Disappointed with the service and management from this company. Our pool was due to be redone per code. It's about 10yrs old. Walters decided to wail until summertime to do the remodel. What was supposed to be a 3 week remodel turned into over a month a half (it's still not complete as I type this). 1- Lack of planning: This was a routine remodel. There was no emergency with the pool/nothing was broken or needed to be fixed. This could have been done before or after summer. 2- Lack of Respect: The pool was ripped apart in about a day. It took them over 2-1/2 weeks to come back and re-plaster. Walters took our pool away during the peak heat of the summer and allowed the project to rot. The whole project should of been completed in 1 week or less. The pool was taken away from the kids of our community in summer time when temps reached up to 115 and the playground was too hot to play on. This just shows Walters Management doesn't care about our community, it's just a business deal to them. 3- Lack of Safety- The FOBS that allow entry to the pool area were still working until I had to email Walters and let them know if their project was going to sit in rot it needed to be locked so no one would fall into an empty pool. There was also no signs placed until I notified them. I have had to follow up weekly to ask the status. The remodel company left trash that has been there for about 3 weeks. The pool is now full of water and green as we await the health inspector. The health inspector will not sign off on our pool in its current condition. This whole experience has let me know that Walters Management lacks the "know how"on managing an association. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

After paying a nearly $5k security deposit, we discovered 4+ months into our tenancy that both our Smoke Detectors AND C02 detectors were all either faulty or defective. When we requested a thorough walkthrough with House Match of the property due to our fear of faulty wiring (we were warned by multiple electricians that the wiring was extremely funky - example: the faulty smoke detector in the office was wired to the office fan which never worked until we discovered the wiring. Linda, Amanda, Pearl, and most important, Andrew (Drew) Butterfield failed to handle any major issue with courtesy, respect, or knowledge. AVOID HOUSEMATCH AT ALL COST!!! I know Pure Property Mgmt. technically owns them now, but they're still operating the 'House Match' way and it's both negligent, and a massive drain on your finances and time. Note: see drew's comment underneath. Yes Drew, we stopped paying because you were negligent and you/your staff refused to even acknowledge our emails until we stopped paying. It's called withholding rent due to unlivable conditions your bastard. If you want a SLUM LORD go with this guy, he'll harass you then try to slander you on the internet not to mention if your house happens to go up in flames due to faulty wiring he'll see 'well that's why we require renter's insurance' - which doesn't replace lost lives you dimwit. The smell of mildew/mold in the home was unbearable. Then after the first month, two bedrooms and one bathroom were gutted. My adult son and I have been paying full rent for the use of less than half of the home for 2 months now. We have only one useable bedroom and one useable bathroom. They have very poor communication and do not return calls. Be very wary

As a landlord, you trust a property management company to protect both your property and your tenants. Unfortunately, our experience with the Temecula branch has been deeply disappointing. We encountered repeated delays in responding to urgent issues--most notably a plumbing leak that resulted in significant damage--along with consistent miscommunication or complete lack of follow-up. What makes this more frustrating is the contrast between the lack of responsiveness and the speed at which fees are pursued. That imbalance erodes trust quickly. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company and would not choose to work with them again.

The lady was so rude speaking over me and being so disrespectfully dismissive. I have never been treated as such I was truly taken a back. All I was calling this time to confirm receipt of my move out notice. This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with this company and I'm saddened to leave such a review because I have been dealing with them for the last 3 years. Poor service.

I was wary about Property Managers due to an unprofessional prior experience with a different company but through the years I have been exceedingly happy with the service and quality of care my home has received with Jensen Property Management. As a military veteran I appreciate her no nonsense demeanor but also the care she takes in handling issues. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and has "a guy" for every job. I highly recommend Michelle and her team to any homeowner who is in the market for a property manager because you will not find a better person especially at the price-point they offer. We ended up calling the city to get attention.. All she did was send somebody to clean the walls... Because I'm a single mother with one income. It's hard for me to get out of here.
