I came here for the first time this past Friday and couldn't have left more pleased. I live in…read moreBoston and have been going to the same guy who's maintained my blonde mane for years, but I spend half of my week up in Danvers where my boyfriend lives. I think my usual guy got a little comfortable in taking liberties and brought my highlights all the way up the last time I visited him. I usually keep an ombré since I'm not super punctual about getting my hair done and it allows the grow out to be a little less obvious. The last highlight job left me with a distinct line after a month and a half of growth, which I wasn't thrilled about. That being said, I was looking to try somewhere new and they were able to get me in on the same day I called. Devyn was my stylist - I described what I wanted and showed her a few pictures and we were off. No lie, I was in and out in about an hour (my old salon visits would take at least 3), it came out EXACTLY as I described and wanted, and it cost me half of what I was used to paying. Devyn is super cute and did an amazing job - I'm so happy I decided to come to her/Dellaria and will definitely keep coming back!

I picked Dominque because of her pictures she had public on her Facebook and she has an Instagram. -hairbydominiqueee She was a little booked out but I made the appointment and went in today and I am so happy with my results! I got a highlight (full), Low light (full), a toner, and blow dry. My hair was a yellow color with no dimensions and damaged. She listened to all my concerns, checked my hair and was upfront and honest on what needed to be done. She was great with her timing too! No one wants to be at a salon all day!! I am amazed with my results and I'm so happy. My hair looks so much more healthier! I'm going back Friday to get a cut and blow dry! I highly recommend her! The salon itself is very clean and organized! They have some spa services I'm going to look into next. When I walked in Christian at the front desk was very welcoming and all the staff were very professional and friendly! There's good parking and it's right off Route One! Thank you Domniique for the great service!

Ashley skillfully salvaged a real hack job and kept me laughing while doing so. Highly recommended this location. Before and after pictures for comparison to show you the magic she worked. My only complaint is that the booking platform is not inclusive of trans and gender diverse people (forced choice between male and female), which almost caused me not to come in. And that would have been such a shame! I assume this is a corporate issue, but I hope Fantastic Sams chooses to make the booking platform more inclusive with at least an "other" option to avoid losing future customers.

My sister helped book an appointment ahead of time so we were able to get the whole salon to ourselves practically. We had a few changes to our "order" before coming in, but they were very accommodating. The studio itself is very clean! I was happy to see pre-packaged and pre-disinfected tools being used, and there was even regular sanitizing. We were all paired up with a stylist who were all very attentive to each of us and so accommodating. Two of my sisters got French manicures and I even noticed that their stylists checked in with them to see if they liked their styles before finishing up their whole hands. One of my sisters and my mother even accidentally smudged their toes when drying, but their stylists also fixed them at no additional charge. Overall, it was such a great experience! Now onto the make-up- my daughter showed a picture of what she wanted, very simple and not too overdone. What she came out with was not what she wanted at all and the coloring was way off. She also put on eyelashes that looked horrendous. The stylist was sweet but my daughter was just trying to get out of there as quickly as she could and was so upset. We ended up driving straight to Target to get makeup remover and all new products to do it all over again as we were on the way to get pictures done. The place itself is clean and nice but maybe we'd try it again for just hair and ask for plenty of hairspray.
