The last highlight job left me with a distinct line after a month and a half of growth, which I wasn't thrilled about. That being said, I was looking to try somewhere new and they were able to get me in on the same day I called. Devyn was my stylist - I described what I wanted and showed her a few pictures and we were off. No lie, I was in and out in about an hour (my old salon visits would take at least 3), it came out EXACTLY as I described and wanted, and it cost me half of what I was used to paying. For starters, the service I received was not good. She was rude to me and did a very hasty job. When she did the highlights, they did not go all the way up to the root of the hair. Now if she was concerned about causing damage to my hair, she should have informed me at the very beginning of the session that they will not go up to my root, but she did not do so and I didn't catch this until the end. Also, she left a lot of dye at the top of my head and forehead. I understand that it is normal that a stylist will leave some dye on my skin, but not the large amount that this woman left. She never even offered to help remove it from my skin and I was left to go on a trip with stained skin. I was not at all happy with the job that was done and for the amount of money that I paid, I definitely could have gotten much better service at a cheaper salon. I was very disappointed with my visit and will not be coming to Dellaria in the future.

I got a highlight (full), Low light (full), a toner, and blow dry. My hair was a yellow color with no dimensions and damaged. She listened to all my concerns, checked my hair and was upfront and honest on what needed to be done. She was great with her timing too! No one wants to be at a salon all day!! I am amazed with my results and I'm so happy. My hair looks so much more healthier! I'm going back Friday to get a cut and blow dry! I highly recommend her! My only complaint is that the booking platform is not inclusive of trans and gender diverse people (forced choice between male and female), which almost caused me not to come in. My sister helped book an appointment ahead of time so we were able to get the whole salon to ourselves practically. We had a few changes to our "order" before coming in, but they were very accommodating. The studio itself is very clean! I was happy to see pre-packaged and pre-disinfected tools being used, and there was even regular sanitizing. We were all paired up with a stylist who were all very attentive to each of us and so accommodating. Two of my sisters got French manicures and I even noticed that their stylists checked in with them to see if they liked their styles before finishing up their whole hands. One of my sisters and my mother even accidentally smudged their toes when drying, but their stylists also fixed them at no additional charge. Overall, it was such a great experience!
