While some staff members, such as Kiki, Tammy, Kaylee, and others, have shown genuine care and dedication, it is clear that the administration, particularly Allison, is not upholding the standards necessary to ensure proper care. Given these circumstances, I have arranged for home health caregivers to assist my mother until I can relocate her to a smaller, well-vetted facility.
