On moving day, the three-person crew arrived right on time. After a quick walkthrough of the items to be moved, they got to work immediately. At our new home, they took the time to lay down floor protection before bringing in any furniture, which gave us peace of mind knowing our newly remodeled floors were being protected. The only challenge was a stubborn screw on one of our bed frames that simply wouldn't come loose. The team quickly brought it to my attention and talked through several possible solutions with me. In the end, they safely moved three-quarters of the bed frame, and my husband planned to remove the remaining section later. I appreciated their honesty and problem-solving rather than forcing it and risking damage. The crew worked efficiently, handled our furniture with care, and completed the entire move in just 3 hours and 15 minutes. They were friendly, hardworking, and professional from start to finish. We highly recommend JC Express Movers. Their communication, professionalism, attention to protecting our new home, and efficient service made our move a smooth and positive experience.

When other motorists reacted, the driver responded by honking and driving even more aggressively. I hope management addresses these concerns and reinforces safe driving practices with their employees.

Every experience I've had with this company has been professional, efficient, and stress-free. I especially want to recognize Roger and Anthony. These two are absolute beasts. We had an extremely difficult move with multiple stops, heavy furniture, tight spaces, and a very long day. They never once sat down, took a break, or slowed their pace. They worked hard from the moment they arrived until the very last item was unloaded, all while staying positive, professional, and taking great care of our belongings. They took about 1 hour to move an organized small studio and just under 2 hours to move my lesser organized 1 BR. These guys were optimal and had excellent strategizing and problem solving across all three buildings (which were all different).
