The staff at the front and the Doctor were both very friendly and professional. I had a few tests done for prevention and they were all good and I did not need glasses so that was nice. There were a lot of other people there so their shared practice is big; they also have glasses for sale if you need them. The parking was a bit tricky because I didn't expect that many people to be there however, I was still able to get in and out pretty quickly. I was given a coupon for the only recommended item I needed so that was nice. Then towards checkout the employee really had mercy on me as I couldn't find my credit card and wanted to use multiple to pay the copay... so I will forever be thankful for that. Thank you!

We went in today with no appointment, as she was having discomfort in one eye. She was taken back immediately and taken care of by a very kind technician. When he was not able to find the solution, Dr. Ko Took care of her personally. I appreciate their kindness to her. They remove and replace her contacts for her every month.
