The staff at the front and the Doctor were both very friendly and professional. I had a few tests done for prevention and they were all good and I did not need glasses so that was nice. There were a lot of other people there so their shared practice is big; they also have glasses for sale if you need them. The parking was a bit tricky because I didn't expect that many people to be there however, I was still able to get in and out pretty quickly. I was given a coupon for the only recommended item I needed so that was nice. Then towards checkout the employee really had mercy on me as I couldn't find my credit card and wanted to use multiple to pay the copay... so I will forever be thankful for that. Thank you!

Was not even close to my prescription! Optician said I could have wrecked my car driving while wearing incorrect lens. Simpson reordered lens. After a 10 day wait, the second lens arrived. OMG. They caused all kinds of visual issues. The third attempt - disaster! I ended my relationship with Simpson. New optician got it right the 1st visit!
