The parking was a bit tricky because I didn't expect that many people to be there however, I was still able to get in and out pretty quickly. I was given a coupon for the only recommended item I needed so that was nice. Then towards checkout the employee really had mercy on me as I couldn't find my credit card and wanted to use multiple to pay the copay... so I will forever be thankful for that. Thank you!

However, the glasses and eye exams do not cost what you would expect them to, in an area and with presentation like this. You know the TOMs shoe concept? See for yourself, all of the glasses are under $100... with lenses. Like any other place, you can upgrade on the lenses and pay extra, but even those prices are astronomically low. After LASIK surgery years ago for myself, I still find myself in a different eye ware store about once a year for my daughter. I've previously shopped for glasses at just about every place in Lexington. We once spent over $500 on a pair of glasses for her at another place, even those glasses and the overall experience didn't meet WP. I'm totally blown away by Warby Parker. And that price tag!!!

Fast forward to now..... HORRIBLE. Let me explain as this is the very first negative review I have EVER given. I made an appointment for my two daughters and I on a Friday. I take off work, the girls rearrange their schedules, and we go to the office at our designated time, which was confirmed with a text. There is no one there. We sit in the car for 45 minutes desperately trying to get in touch with someone, no answers. I should probably mention there were 2 other people in the parking lot doing the exact same thing. I finally get some call center a million miles away and they say that "late last night" my appointment had been cancelled, but she showed no attempt at notifying me (at least she was honest and apologetic.) Basically, I completely wasted an entire morning and I was asked to make another appointment for the next week for the girls and one the following week for myself. When the girls arrive the next Friday, they are treated poorly. The front desk staff is courteous and kind, but the doctor literally yelled and berated them during their time being examined. They left the office upset, crying, and begging me never to send them to that place again. These are tough older teenage girls who have a tough mom. I can't imagine how awful he had to be to illicit this kind of response from not one, but BOTH. Not only that, but the office that I had once trusted, completely took advantage of their naivety, and up-sold them for a crap ton of things they did not need. I have excellent eye insurance and have been getting regular exams for the three of us for a long time, I know the typicals. It was triple what I normally get charged. I guess part of this is my fault for not being able to accompany them, but never did I expect for them to take advantage of long time loyal patients. The doctor even yelled at my eldest daughter for not wanting her eyes dilated because she had to DRIVE, makes sense right? Gotta get that extra $15 dollars regardless of her safety, doc? Appalling. Seriously, appalling. So today is supposed to be my appointment. I figured I'd keep it not only because I desperately need a new glasses rx, but also because I wanted to see how I was treated and scope out any problems that maybe the girls weren't aware of that could somehow explain the stressful and negative nature I had been advised of just the week before (I'm in healthcare.) I wake up this morning to a message on my phone that my appointment has been cancelled.... AGAIN. At least this time I was notified. :( I know this was lengthy, but I truly hope my advice is taken and NO ONE subject themselves to this office. Between the blatant disregard for other people's time and schedules, the overpriced up services, and the unkind treatment, I will honestly never go back. They've lost a very loyal and expensive customer forever.

She didn't have to go back and look for another frame as her choice fit my lenses. I can't not express how grateful I am that she was as friendly and knowledgeable as she was.
