Fast forward several years and after being unhappy going elsewhere I called Dr Feder office and was told they've always accepted my insurance! I was so happy to find this out I made an appointment on the spot. My wife and I both just had exams and are extremely happy with how we were treated! Dr Feder has all new staff that was a joy to deal with. The whole office has been remodeled. And best of all he still sits and takes the time to do a very good and through exam including taking digital images of the eye to detect future onset of glaucoma much earlier. He sits and answers any questions or concerns you have as well and you never feel rushed! I would highly recommend that if you need a good eye doctor that you give Dr Feder a try. Also if you haven't been to him in years due to some of his past staff, I'd say try again as they are new and awesome!

Last time I was there the ladies were all chatting while a customer waited to get their glass order in. After 5-8 minutes of me being there one for the girls stopped talking about their personal life finally and said to the other worker "oh I forgot they have been waiting to put an order in" and they were there before I even went inside the store. If you want good attentive service and inexpensive glasses don't come here. Feels like a deli counter.

Store manager Michael was rude, clueless, and couldn't even find my account using my phone number, claiming that I will get the package the same day. Michael doesn't know the difference between the estimate delivery date and a tracking number. After five days of getting nowhere, even going to the store in person I contacted headquarters multiple times and learned the order won't ship for another month. Total failure in service and accountability. The update: Marta, the ophthalmologist called me to come in the store today and she went out of her way to find a pair of monthly contacts that could work close to my number. I'm very thankful to her and I'm wondering why did the store manager claim repeatedly that they don't have any in the store, he even said that he did check, and they have nothing. The website isn't just for show, him (his office) actually use it. Even though I'm not a young millennial that needs to do all my business via tech I am a tech nerd so millennials will find the website very useful. Office is a beautiful small one story building with parking in the back. During the pandemic the office provides face masks at reception if you happen to be a Karen and conveniently forget your mask. Office also provides hand sanitizer during these trying times in an effort to protect patients. Exam room is very large, spacious and equipped with the finest eye tech for our modern time. Jedi Master Dr Franco is absolutely amazing in his empathy for his patients. If eye glasses are required the office is equipped with a beautifully elegant room with eye glass frames displayed on multiple walls where you can indulge in picking your new look (upgrade or otherwise).
