She offered no apology and was not knowledgeable about the results and was sarcastic at one point . She gave very little info about my exam . I will never return to this facility and I have no confidence in her ability as a healthcare professional. Go to The Eye Guys for professional help with your eyes. They are actual medical doctors and the wait time is better. My visit to specs was a complete waste of time and money .

Here's the best part. My hearing loss wasn't severe so the Doctor told me he would NOT recommend hearing aids at this time! Very straight forward and honest. At the end of 2017, I needed new glasses so I dropped in for an exam and the possibility of lens made on site. The wait for the doctor was as long as would be expected (35 minutes); I was a walk-in and expected a wait. The doctor was quick and efficient. He managed to be personable even though I was his last patient before he left for vacation. My visit today was just as pleasant. Different doctor, but just as personable and entertaining throughout my exam and our discussions both before and after the exam. Additionally, he offered suggestions for my continued health and eyesight. My only real complaint was the wait. Even though I scheduled an appointment last week, it still took half an hour to call me back to take my measurements and an additional 20 minutes to get back to the doctor. This seems out of bounds when they were expecting me. Time management isn't this practice's strong suit, but if you have the time to spare, this is the place to come for same day glasses and contacts.

Even going to the counter to pick up my glasses there were 2 women there, no one even acknowledged my presence. I always wait when approaching because you don't want to assume they are available or they have another customer, so I waited a few moments to be sure. One started cleaning the counter. The other talking on the phone- a personal call- so I approached and they were not happy I pulled them to ask for my glasses that were ready. I did happen to have to go back to have my glasses adjusted and a cute young girl with glasses was welcoming people in. She assisted me and was able to adjust my glasses - as the person who should take the time to do when you receive/pick up your glasses but they didn't. The office is clean, neat, and has a large selection of stylist glasses for shopping. After placing my glasses order, however the customer service dissipated. My glasses were late. The time required for production was predicted at a week and a half. It has been over two weeks and the order still reflects as "in process." When I call the office, I am either placed on an indefinite hold exceeding 15 minutes and no one returns to the call. Or, I am sent directly to voicemail and the call is not returned. If the only means to receive a status update is to physically visit the office, this is unacceptable.

They claim they contacted us and says the phone was out of service. Looked at my phone and did not have a miss call from this place. What a joke!!! Never will I go to this company again and I will make as many reviews on different sources so this doesn't happen to another CUSTOMER. Also, this location was 45 miles from my home.
