Every time we come to see him for an eye exam, we get a bill even though our insurance had stated that we are covered. Stupidly, I continued to pay even though they have shady ways of doing business. We have even called the insurance company and had 3 way conversations stating that the service was covered. This weekend I received another bill and contacted their billing department and this person was again rude and nasty telling me she was not going to resubmit the claim even though she clearly remembered having the 3 way call with my husbands insurance company. I will never ever go back to this eye clinic and hope that you choose a different eye doctor before you go and have to deal with these nasty people who work in his office's billing department. I have never been talked to by an office staff member before in this manner and I refuse to be talked to in the condescending way that I've been spoken to by this person. Since I had been referred for cataract surgery in 2024, they had to scan my glasses because my prescription dramatically changed after the surgery. Dr. Maller always does a thorough exam. He takes time to explain each process. As he checks my vision, he provides enough time for me to look at the changes to select the ones that are best. I come away with an excellent prescription. They claim they contacted us and says the phone was out of service. Looked at my phone and did not have a miss call from this place. What a joke!!!
