Here's the best part. My hearing loss wasn't severe so the Doctor told me he would NOT recommend hearing aids at this time! Very straight forward and honest. Love the doctor on duty - he's performed every exam I've had and is not only very professional but also knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have. Occasionally this store may be super busy, but when someone greets you to let you know you'll be taken care of next or that there is someone in front of you, you know they will get to you as soon as they are through with the customer ahead of you. Dr. Daniel's takes his time with you , you never feel rushed by him , he tells you everything in detail about what is wrong with your eyes in layman's terms , he cares about making sure you know exactly how to care for your eyes and recommends a solution to you even before you ask . However, they did not look up to greet me and another employee come over after six minutes of being there. This particular employee offered me to look around for frames. The office is clean, neat, and has a large selection of stylist glasses for shopping. After placing my glasses order, however the customer service dissipated. My glasses were late. The time required for production was predicted at a week and a half. It has been over two weeks and the order still reflects as "in process." When I call the office, I am either placed on an indefinite hold exceeding 15 minutes and no one returns to the call. Or, I am sent directly to voicemail and the call is not returned. If the only means to receive a status update is to physically visit the office, this is unacceptable.

It was "for him", and then when he asked when he could come by was told the nearest opening was two months away, and he should evidently run around blind until then. That really sounds like they care. Not to mention when he got upset at hearing that, the lady on the phone literally laughed at him. This place is a scam. Get your prescription from someplace cheap, then order your contacts or glasses online and save yourself the headache of dealing with this dishonest business.
