This place started out great for me. I got hearing aids here about a year ago and at first…read moreeverything was wonderful--I was able to hear like I could years ago. The specialist was very patient, explaining what my problem involved, the best way to overcome it, and the hearing test was very thorough. Over the last three months, though, things have gone far south. The sound is often tinny, like robots are talking to me, or "echo-y" like I'm in a deep well. I have been in at least twice to get the hearing aids adjusted but it doesn't hold very long. They even sent the hearing aids back to the factory the last time, but now the left one doesn't work at all. The turnover here is unreal--the specialist has left and they seemingly can't keep a front desk receptionist for more than 2 weeks. I have called many times to get a new appointment and the phone is never answered. I leave a message and never receive a return call. I go next week to pick up some hearing aids from Miracle-Ear and hopefully they will be the solution for which I have been searching, and thought I had found.
