Let me first off say, I'm not surprised he doesn't have more reviews because the worst doctors that…read morehave not only taken advantage of me financially but are known butchers...have tons, TONS of fake reviews. I learned the hard way, that's how they get so much clientele. I don't want to make this post about that, but considering Dr. Chen is one of the rare doctors that obviously doesn't do this, it shouldn't go unsaid. Dr. Chen has taken care of me for 2 years. he revised a botched facelift I had and I needed several tweaks after, which he refused to charge me for. His staff could not be more kind. Britani, his office manager, has talked with me and has an ability to understand his clients on an emotional level. I know his level of care is genuine and he is an honest man, I have witnessed it first hand. In the plastic surgery world, it is rare. Because his office was 3 hours away, I had to spend the night near his facility after my revision. HOWEVER, he literally came to our hotel the next day to care for me there so that I didn't have to go into the office. I would recommend him on merit alone, but he also wants to get his work right and will tweak it if necessary without making you feel like a burden and without charging you through the nose for it.

Dr Chen and his staff are the most wonderful and compassionate people. I have been living in a…read morenightmare ever since a Charlotte surgeon completely ruined my face. I traveled to Beverly Hills desperately and all over the United STates in hopes to fix what dr Sean freeman did to my face. I lost all faith in myself and all doctors for 2 years before I could save enough money to get my nose fixed. God somehow directed a customer who came into my salon and highly recommend Dr Chen and after a thorough consult I decided on Dr Chen not only because his expertise but that he genuinely believes in customer satisfaction and if something were to go wrong he would try his best to achieve that result and not tell me the reason my nose was crooked was because my face was crooked as my previous Dr. Claimed. Dr chen and his staff were by my side throughout the whole experience not once did they leave my side and not once did they not answer my calls. It took him 4 1/2 hrs to fix the mess of a nose that I came in with and when I woke up the nurses had already helped me put back the rest of my clothing on. Unlike the last time where I was forced to stand up and dress myself still drunken with anesthesia. I will forever be a patient and I have also brought my 60 yr old mom in for a facelift by dr chen. Thank you to you and your staff!!!

Doctor Milot is Amazing!…read more I've been to several plastic surgeons and numerous spas offering various procedures to enhance the appearance of my face. No one has done more for me than Dr. Milot. She is intelligent, extremely competent, knowledgeable, and possesses an excellent bedside manner. I've received neurotoxins from her, always with terrific results. Her tiny needles cause less pain than any previous experience. Her laser equipment is state-of-the-art. When I visited her recently, her laser work made my face look three to five years younger. It was like magic. No needles, no marks, and no bruises. I highly recommend Dr. Milot! June 21, 2026

I had actually gone to a different dermatologist and had been told some things that I didn't think sounded right and wanted a 2nd opinion. This office scheduled me to be seen the same week! I went in and saw their NP and she was so kind and caring. I have never had problems with my scalp before and I was scared that something serious was wrong because I have had a type of cancer on my eyelid before that I had to have removed and had to have reconstructive surgery. She settled me down and said that she believed I had psoriasis. She prescribed an oral medication and an oral medication to help with the itching. She also prescribed a shampoo and something to leave on my scalp. I am scheduled to return next week and I am so relieved that I trusted my instincts and scheduled a 2nd opinion with this office. The other dermatologist office told me that I needed a biopsy to find out if I had psoriasis and this medical provider said I did not need one for her to know that I had this condition and that she would start me on medications and if they didn't work, we would look at stronger medications when I came back. She put me at ease and settled me down because I was so frustrated and scared and had been dealing with this for over a month before I went to the dermatologist. This is a friendly, clean office and the staff is quite busy but seem to care about their patients. Schedule with them because you will be pleased!

I was pressured to have the treatment during this visit and agreed to. There was no numbing gel provided and I had to tell the doctor several times to STOP as it was excruciatingly painful. My face was so red, swollen and painful that I waited a full week before calling the office. I could see the laser had scooped sections off my nose that left my pores enlarged, something I never had before. PLUS there were areas across my face where the doctor's application of the laser was done unevenly and it was very visible. The staff who answered was not responsive and would not allow me to speak with the doctor. She said they were understaffed. I decided to send photos so they could see the damage. I have remained indoors and worn sunblock and wide hats daily and the treatment only left me with scars but did NOT remove or even lessen the brown patches. I also never was credited back the $50 I was promised. It has been one year now and even though I avoid the sun, wear Elta and Obagi sunblock and wide SPF hats I still have the brown spots/splotches and the scars Dr Sherman gave me during his treatment. In his own words, Dr Sherman said he used that laser for tattoo removals but he still used it giving me confidence it would work. I would NOT go to Dr Sherman for hyper-pigmentation or brown spot removal with lasers. Save your money and drive to a larger office where this service is done regularly, has proven results and the staff is professional and attentive. You will not get this at Dr Sherman's office.
