However, I had very little post-op/post-care instruction provided outside of pain management and medication use. I was left asking "if I should be" questions based off of information I'd received from other people and the internet. Often told, "yes, you should be..." all with the nurse which leads me to my next point. I only saw the doctor twice post-op as all other times I saw the nurse. The one time I saw the doc he yelled at a staff member in front of us for wasting his time. It was mortifying! Due to some complications (not docs fault) I had to come in for a second final appointment and when I went in today, Sept 25 2026-over 7 months post-op, we noticed the entire office staff I used to recognize, had turned over. I booked my appointment months ago and confirmed it just two days ago. After sitting in the exam room and waiting 30 mins past my scheduled appointment time, we decided to leave. As I was walking out, doc walked in and he and his staff had an unpleasant exchange that nobody knew I was in the room ... they rescheduled me because I don't have countless hours to sit waiting. The experience over-all has been less than pleasant. Elective surgery doesn't mean elective service. After spending thousands of dollars at this facility, I'd expect better service and treatment from the staff, and of the staff from the doctor in front of patients. I don't like giving bad reviews but unfortunately I cannot in good faith recommend anyone go here for elective surgery. I'd recommend finding a facility with a tenured staff, an attentive surgeon and post-op support.

She frequently interrupted and spoke over me, and one occasion talked at length about her own teenage child that was unrelated to my own care plan. Eczema & problem skin were attributed to "lack of control," rather than discussed as medical condition & symptoms requiring treatment. A requested prescription was refused during a visit, yet the clinic contacted me days later stating the same medication was available (demonstrating Dr. Zimmerman's communication). In contrast, I have seen 2 other physicians at Columbia Skin Clinic and both have been exceptional. While the Columbia Skin Clinic as a whole has some outstanding practitioners, I cannot recommend Dr. Zimmerman.

The first, from some idiot from New York, who obviously doesn't know Dr. Morgan, recounts her 'facial laser procedure" with him. Perhaps Og should stay at home or wander across to Park Ave., pay the freight and book an appointment with one of the 'big names'. I don't seem to think so. They ain't (that's either Northern or Southern lower, lower for 'isn't') going to charge you $100 for an office visit, either. All of the positive reviews are deemed "not currently recommended" to read?? Says whom? I would really like to know. I've never encountered a comment such as this on any other review page. I know of a few really deplorable physicians in Columbia. I will find their reviews and observe which comments are "recommended".
