The email notifications could use some improvement--the scheduling link in the email went to the wrong system--but the scheduling link on the website worked perfectly fine. I didn't buy new frames this time since my prescription didn't change and I'm still happy with my current pair. They do have a wide selection of frames, and while many lean toward the expensive side, the quality looks good and there are plenty of nice options to choose from. Overall, a positive experience and I'll continue coming back.

I reported this to Macys manager and they hardly did anything. I asked to get him off the floor and he kept creeping around. This guy is giving me the total creeps. I'm canceling my card and never shopping macys again. In fact all my business dealings with Macys are done.

The service I received from Mr. David Richards, the manager and owner, was absolutely first-class. He created a customized experience that was unique to me -- from helping me explore hundreds of frame options to introducing me to independent eyewear designers who personally shared the stories behind their lines. I was especially impressed by the diversity of brands, including minority- and women-owned collections, which made the experience even more special. I even got a custom clip-on sun cover for my glasses and chose progressive lenses that are both functional and stylish. When it comes to eyewear, I should admit that I am one of those very picky customers (and David was so patient with me as I tried on many frames). I'm almost embarrassed to admit it, but I had already looked at two other optical stores before finding exactly what I wanted at EyeWorks. But beyond the look of my frames, they are expertly cut lenses. In the past, I've made the mistake of trying discount shops, including Warby Parker, Costco, and Kaiser Vision. Frankly, they didn't get my lenses cut properly, and my vision was compromised. Both pairs of glasses I got from David are stylish, and I see better than ever. The other team members, including Alan and Julie, were also great to work with. You can tell that I am a huge fan of this shop, having just discovered it last month.
