The real problems start when you go to pick out glasses. This company uses selective words to disguise additional charges for "insurance" that I caught and didn't agree to... Then I found out through my insurance rep that was most likely overcharged anyway however, those charges would be returned at a later date. I'm sorry in this day and age Bill should be right the first time and there's no excuse for charging extra to issue a refund. By the way, they offer you a free glass case with every pair of glasses and they're so hideous and cheap that I threw mine out immediately. I'll definitely be looking for a new place the next time I need glasses.

I have gone to other sources in the past to "save money" on frames and lenses, but what it really comes down to is you get what you pay for in the end. Soon afterwards I broke my glasses... I sent my broken glasses to Stanley, but he was unable to fix them. I trusted him to pick out new frames for me. He delivered! I continue to get compliments when I wear them. I have since tried shops here but never experienced the service and selections that Stanley's has. I am seriously considering a flight to Florida to buy much needed new glasses from Stanley.
