What a surprise ! I have shopping Walmart years and there is no one checking my receipt. This is the 1st time this guard checking me on the way out. He did not check people before me. I've been so amazed that on how many gift cards they say I have won from Walmart and taken my address and person information,to reseave not one in the mail but to only be SPAM CALLED from everywhere in the world. After I thought that they were offering it to me because I was struck down by a vehicle in the Walmart parking lot of Warhame Mass. and never was asked if I was ok after the fact that I left in an Ambulance. You shouldn't tell someone that they have won a 1000.00 gift card not once not twice if you don't plan on sending it to them. read more

I will not go back into that store, the front end help Carol and Trish are just god awful hiding name tags and being very rude to customers and myself, yelling like it's in a grade school yard.. Highly recommend using Target next store, just discussing service. -5 read more

I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience today. As I was leaving the store, the greeter approached me in a manner that felt invasive and inappropriate. I didn't recieve the name but the greeter was a larger white man in his later 20s or early 30s working the afternoon/night shift on december 7th 2025. Instead of the usual friendly "Have a good day" or casual interaction, this employee followed me outside and continued to ask me personal questions about my shopping experience, despite me giving short responses. When I wasn't able to provide a receipt immediately, the employee became noticeably rude, raising their voice in front of other customers and making me feel uncomfortable. I understand that employees have a role to do, but this behavior crossed a line and felt more like harassment than a simple greeting. I hope the store can address this issue so other customers don't have to deal with the same situation. This situation was very scary for my young daughter and we are going to be shopping at aldis until this man is fired. read more

Purchased 2 tablets and a protector long story short I brought back the protector it was cracked this was on 3/14/25 service desk employee had refunded me the tablet and not the protector so i had informed her that it was on $9.99 not $74.05 she then said I am sorry I will correct it, due to her error, so she refunded my protector at $9.99 and gave me a refund receipt in the amount of $10.21 with tax. on 3/16/25 I opened up the tablet and the screen was cracked and the other tablet was not what I actually wanted so I went to the store service desk and the ladies were very helpful i explained my situation they looked in the computer and had advised me that i already returned the tablet and I said no and explained the situation they then called the Team Lead her name was Alyssa, she was very helpful she tried everything to help she then went and got a Coach named David, he must be like a shift manager well i spoke with him and he came over and said that he searched the system and all he can see is the $10.61 receipt that I had already showed them, and explained how his employee admitted to being wrong and was going to fix the problem, he continued to tell me what I already knew from the previous employee's. He then proceeded to say i only have this reciept and I said yes because that is the only thing I returned, as I have the tablet in hand...I then got more upset then he said well maybe you went on the website and tried to return it that way, I looked at him and say why would i be here if that was the case, he then said he can not do anything for me, at that point i was extremely upset, so he left, Alyssa in the meantime as he and i were speaking she called walmart.com and explained the situation at the end of everything Alyssa was a excellent employee and deserves a Raise to manager because she went above and beyond to resolve a issue and ended up solving it. That is a truly dedicated employee who makes a difference. She deserves to be a Coach the guy named David he truly should not have the title he does and the authority he has because he truly doesn't look out for the customers. Wareham Walmart-Alyssa truly needs a promotion and David needs training on how to handle customers and maybe some sensitivity classes. read more

The poorest of the poorest. Employees treat customers so badly. Screaming and Yelling at check outs and Customer Service.

The store itself is fine. Pick up is a big waste of time. You check in, no one responds. You call, no one responds. Sometimes when you call the main number, the operator pages pick up and they still don't respond! They will always return your items back to stock though. It would be wonderful if you could just get everything shipped, then having to deal with this for inconvenience every time. The best Walmart around is plymouth, def worth the drive. Do not go to the wareham Walmart. The security guy is a d***. He just gave me a two year no trespassing notice for a bottle of water I gabbed and was going to pay for. I grabbed the water because my sugar dropped and I was going to pass out. I had a medical reason why I needed it. I grabbed a piece of candy for the same reason. I have type one diabetes. I don't recommend that store at all. Avoid it if you can. Do not shop there. I have also seen him harass customers, following them around because of the color of their skin. I have reported him many times to corporate but they don't do anything. Please avoid it if you can. read more

I haven't been to Walmart in Wareham since they moved to the new location but while traveling home from New Bedford I stop by this Supercenter to pick up a gift. This new location is huge and it has a great selection of goods. The staff here was really polite and the photo department in the store had very informative staff members. The only issue I saw was the fact that they are a little understaffed which made the wait a little bit longer than I had expected. In the end, I really liked this location in honestly prefer it over the Falmouth store. We will stop in at this store as much as possible. read more

Tonight 1/3/2024 at around 5pm, myself and my daughter went to Walmart in Wareham Ma. to buy a few things. I went with my cart to get water, milk, and a few other things. While my daughter (25) was looking at squish mellows in an open wire bin. She texted me to meet her to bring the cart because she was buying some squish mellows for her boss who owns a toy place. I get to her and she put a big cow for $25, 2 hello kitty's for for $14.99 and a little one for $4.99, she also had 2 storage bins that were already in the cart. We go check out to a person. I paid for all my things and she paid for hers. We walk out to the car and as I was loading my items in the car, she looked at her receipt and noticed the 2 hello kitty's were $19.99 not $14.99. I told her let's go back and ask, that's $10 difference. As we go in the store she went to go take a picture of the bin to show customer service. When she returned, she told me the other side of the bin said $19.99 so she wasn't sure because the hello kitty were on the $14.99 side, but they were on both sides. We wait in line at customer service, while waiting she texted her boss saying she wasn't sure if they were $19.99 or $14.99 and her boss said if they are $19.99 then just return them. We get to the front and there are 2 women and a man in plain clothes. My daughter showed them the picture she took and said she got these from the $14.99 side. The man takes the receipt and 2 hello kittys and said he would check. He takes forever to come back. He finally comes back and only has the receipt and looks at us and said " come with me" We follow him very confused. Once he takes us to his office he we ask "him what is going on?" He said "you know what you did" we both were shocked?! I said " what did she do?" He asked for her ID and I said " no she's not giving you her ID we didn't do anything wrong" he told me to be quiet very aggressively or he would throw me out of HIS store. He told her he saw her on video deliberately putting the 2 hello kitty's in the $14.99. What?!?! The bin was all mixed up. I start talking again and he kicked me out of the office at the top of his lungs. No matter what my daughter said he wasn't listening. She told him she has a text message to her boss telling her that if it is indeed $19.99 to just return it. He refused to see them. Again he kept saying he has the video and she said "show me the video of me doing that" and he said he doesn't have to show her anything. He intimated her into giving him her ID and then when he was looking on the computer he said " you're probably already in the system" she told him, " no you won't find me anywhere because I don't do the things you're accusing me of." He then said " you have 2 options either I call the police and you get arrested or you are banned from Walmart for 2 years for return fraud " she was so nervous so upset for something she didn't do. She is now banned for 2 years. This man was verbally abusive on a power trip. Hours later I'm still shaking at how this man treated us! I have health issues that I'm dealing with. My daughter has high anxiety that she takes medication for and has never been in trouble. He also told her it's ilegal to buy something from Walmart and resell it, that's a lie. Once you purchase something it's your property. Walmart buys squish mellows from somewhere else. He told her he could get her job in trouble. I called Walmart corporate and filed a formal complaint. I understand that I'm sure they deal with people all the time but the way we were treated is truly disgusting!!!! And I just saw another review about him!!! I will not stop until something is done! read more

I have been to this Walmart many times. It is my local Walmart and it is always very well-stocked with all the items I need including0 batteries, flashlights, headlamps, and general camping gear for when our power goes out here in Plymouth. However, my insurance changed Jan 1st and I have been utilizing their pharmacy because it has some of the best pricing around. The downside to having to switch to this WalMart pharmacy is that some of the people, namely Josh, who work there are rude. A prime example of the rudeness is Josh's refusal to share basic information such as the pharmacy's fax number to me; an important number to pass it along to my doctor in the event that I need a medication quickly. I love wandering this store and finding deals on various products. I also find it amusing to sit back and just take in the amusing sights, scents, and bouts of spontaneous singing or preaching of The People of Walmart. Overall I'd say it's a good store. I just would like to see the attitude improve in the pharmacy, as my family and I will be stopping by there quite often, read more

Placed on online order. Came to pick it up at end of the pick up time and it was delayed 2 hours. Waited for an hour in parking lot before leaving and rescheduling for the next day. Came the next morning 2 hours after pick up time figured I would have given store plenty of time for my order and when I arrived it took 30 minutes just to speak to a person that helped and didn't just keep transferring my call. This type of service is terrible. If they don't have enough employees then there should be a cap for online orders. Not customers fault nor the poor 2 employees running around like crazy while in the store there are plenty of employees standing around and not busy. I've now wasted 2 trips in gas back and forth since I live 20 minutes from this location. Is any compensation given to the customer for the inconvenience? Because there should be. And a raise to those employees who actually are working hard. read more

01/19/2020 My Worst Wareham Walmart online in-store pick-up experience ever...so far! "That's the way the cookie cutters crumble" Worst pick up experience ever! I ordered my product early in the morning and it was ready within hours when I went to go pick it up at the store this is what happened.... Before I picked up my order I went to go see if my product inside the store was the same price that I paid for online. I noticed down the aisle there where 2 boxes of the 101 cookie cutters off the shelf on the floor isle. I knew that the pickup person must have been getting my order ready. The price of the "in-"store compared to online was a $3 difference. When I went to the online pickup area The lady was fast and efficient with my order. When I looked at the packaging of my order it was damaged it should of never been sold. I was disgusted because there was two non damaged packages that I just seen down the aisle and the lady chose the most damaged package to sell me. Upset and thinking I spend a lot of money at Walmart in the store and online that an employee would treat a customer with such unprofessionalism in picking out a product I went to the courtesy booth will another box that was not damage to make an exchange. read more

Unfortunately Wareham is my local store! This is my latest undelivered order this week! So glad I paid for Walmart plus It was supposed to be here by 8. This is the second time I placed the same order this week and it hasn't shown up Good news! Our agent Ahmed has joined the conversation. A Agent said Thank you for contacting Walmart Grocery Pickup and Delivery. How are you doing today? My name is Ahmed and I'll be assisting you in resolving your issue. You said Ok thanks I can see that your order is delayed. I apologize for it sincerely. Please stay with me and allow me a moment to look into your issue. A Agent said Marc, I apologize for all the trouble you have to face with this order of yours. I've looked into the details for you and it seems like this delay is caused due to some unforeseen issue at the store which is why they were not able to fulfill the order requirement. I know this is not the kind of experience you wish to had. However, the best possible solution at the time, is for me to go ahead and cancel this order for you so a refund can be processed and you can go ahead and reorder the same order using the App again. You said This was the reorder A Agent said I am really sorry for the issue you are facing from our end again and again. I can really understand how upsetting it could have been and how inconvenience you might have faced. What I can suggest you is that I wont process the cancellation at the moment and you can contact us back tomorrow morning and I will contact the store for you. As the stores are now closed I am unable to reach out to them. I will get your order delivered to you tomorrow morning on priority basis. You said Please put in another complaint against this Wareham store. If you look at my order history they continually screw up You said Why did I pay the $10 fee? I am definitely going to launch a store complaint on your behalf Marc. I am also escalating the issue so this wont happen to our loyal customers like you. A Agent said I am refunding the express fees for you right away. You said Ok thanks. There is a 75% chance it doesn't show up tomorrow either A Agent said I have refunded the fees of express delivery for you. It will be returned to original payment method. read more

All Around Horrible Customer Service! I was stopped outside the store and accused of stealing an item that was in fact on my receipt and paid for. I spent well over a $100.00 this trip to be harassed by "Top Notch Security rent a cop" He first checked and I had no issue because I had 2 items not in bags but he perseverated on one of my bags and told me that the item was not on my receipt. I then proceeded to show him same name of item and cost on tag from the item in the bag. He asked why I was being rude to him because I had to do his job and show him that in fact that the item was scanned and purchased. He stated he was being nice to me. I then tried calling the store manager once I got back to work and the person who answered was rude and had no knowledge of where the Manager was and or what time he worked till. She replied back how am I supposed to know and hung up on me. I have spent a ton of money here and have a hefty credit card limit that I am thinking of tossing and returning all purchased items due to the incompetence of these employees and making me feel embarrassed and belittled. If it wasn't for us customer you employees would not have a job. If you are concerned about self check out then hire more employees willing to work effectively and efficiently without accusing people you supposed watched on camera. So Not only was I accused I was being racially profiled? I never not once have gone in there and acted in any way to be shady, I go in and get what I need because most times its on my lunch break. Hopefully, something is done because I refuse to give my business again to this location. read more
