I used to love all the targets, but service has gone downhill a bit. They threw my bags in the car and eggs broke due to this. Target was nice enough to take care of this in the app, but it's still a problem that can be fixed at the employee level. Store is always clean inside. Prices have gone up a lot in the past few years and the clothing styles haven't been right in regards to sizing and fit. I frequent target far less than I did a few years ago. read more

While I am a huge Target fan, I wasn't all that impressed with this one: yes, the parking lot is huge (compared to the ones we have in/around Boston) and the store is well-lit and clean, but the two employees I encountered were just kind of "meh". I had one item to return, stood at the return desk just watching two male employees in the (sort of )back area off to the side talking and just couldn't get their attention (honestly, I should have just walked back there). I love Target and shop there often. This Target was one of the worst I have ever ventured into. As we entered there was a long line of people returning items and 6 shopping carts parked by the entrance of items that had been returned and I guess were being restocked. As I walked through the store there were hundreds of giant pallets full and empty of boxes all over. The aisles and store were full of merchandise on the floor and strewn every where. There were displays on their side in the aisles. It looked like a hurricane went through the store. The toy aisle had sheets in it, dog toys and a lot of food items, some opened. Disgusting. We did buy a switch video game and found someone to open the case for us, a security officer for Target who was restocking. He was extremely nice and helpful.. Internet doesn't work inside the building. We were looking for toy for our baby but couldn't see what aisle it was in. Stuffed animal toys were all over the place instead of in one section together. Once we finally found it, cashing out was awful. Self check out had a long line and there was one lane open with a cashier who clearly hates his job. read more

Awfully run department store. I had a question for a woman at guest services who needed assistance so she called over a woman named Wilmary who immediately took a negative tone. It is very clear that she is miserable and had no intention of helping any customers. Do yourself a favor, if you have a question avoid asking Wilmary, she will give you nothing but attitude and condescending remarks. read more

While in Wareham we decided to stop in at this target since it's the only one in the area. This location is fairly large and over all the shelves are pretty well stocked. What I also enjoy about this location is that they have fresh produce and unlike some others we have been to in the past when I say it's fresh I mean it's fresh. The biggest downside to this location had to be the staff. The cashier we had was overworked and tired and when we tried to find someone to help us look for a produce, we couldn't find anyone... literally not one single employee. In the end, it may have been an off day at this Target, but I have heard other people share the same thoughts before. read more

A mediocre target. I live in the upper south shore and frequent Braintree, Dorchester and Abington Targets and this is a bit below each of those. I came for Christmas ornaments and was disappointed in the mangled selection of somewhat empty bins, it is only December 12th, Christmas is still 2 weeks away. Also the prices for a lot of ornaments where pretty expensive. This and other items seemed to be higher in price, the all will tell you this too when using it to scan items "see store for price" that is kinda whack. But this store isn't super clean, a lot of stuff was thrown about and was hard to get a smile out of any of the employees. I understand it's close to closing time and you work in retail but meh. I would give this Target 3.5 stars. It also closes early in comparison. I suppose perspective is relative! read more

Maybe the worst target in the state? Only one person ringing after like 4pm leaning to huge lines and yet three people standing around at customer service. Tried to buy something from electronics and it came with a free promotional gift, but it took three people and 15 minutes to ring me up, turns out for no reason at all. The guy helping me seemed so afraid I would steal the product he wouldn't leave the cash to get a manager, and he didn't have a walkie. So insulting. Just take it with you if you're afraid of me! I'm standing here this long trying to buy it from you my goodness! Every time I come here I leave exasperated! read more

Great store, great location. This Target is quite clean, well organized with very helpful staff and stocked with everything for your shopping needs. Also, I went to the store for a specific item for the price; in store it was more expensive than the listed price online. I was prepared to haggle my way through this transaction but it was unnecessary, the cashier was ultra happy and had no qualms lowering the price just on my word. She didn't even ask to see the price but I showed her because I had this argument built up the whole time. It was a great shopping experience despite the xmas rush and clutter, I would highly recommend this particular Target location. read more

Prices are great and the store is clean and organized. The employees are very friendly and overly chipper. The store has it's own parking lot, so parking is never an issue. There is a Starbucks inside as well as a target pharmacy. This location is convenient ad was built around 2008. read more

I bought an Amazon Paper White from this store. It was supposed to be a 10th generation, thats what I asked for and what was on the Box. I also bought a case to go with it. The case, that was recommended by an employee didn't fit I did a lot of research and bought another case. The new case didn't fit either and I called Amazon. After trouble shooting with them for about 30 mins they had me give them the serial number. Turns out the model I had was a 7th generation Paper White. I asked for a 10th generation, I was given a box that said 10th generation but in the box was a 7th generation. Not the end of the world mistakes happen. Then I reached out to Target and they told me they wouldn't give me the correct device. How a billion dollar company thinks it's ok to sell an older model labeled as a new one is ok is unbelievable to me. I wrote a review on their Facebook page and after pretending they were going to help me out told me there was nothing they could do. Imagine going to buy 2021 Camry and when you get it you realize it's actually a 2015 and the dealership tells you there's nothing they can do. I've been a loyal Target shopper for as long as I can remember, I go there multiple times a week and probably spend 8-10k dollars there a year. Things go wrong and people make mistakes, I have no problem with that. The fact that the company lied about the product they were selling, disguised it as a newer model and refuse to make it right is very disappointing. To top it off, the company deciding it was ok to not make it right is unforgiveable. Here's a quote from their CEO Brian Cornwell "Guest trust is critical to our success - trust in our products, our services and our actions. And this trust, built up over decades of ethical practice, can either be enhanced or eroded by the decisions we make each day." He couldn't be more right. Turns out they have a "Code of Ethics" that each employee is supposed to follow. Either every single person I spoke to about this issue is in violation of this code or it's just a bunch of hot air. So far through their action, I'm going to file it under hot air. Just another Billion Dollar business stepping on the backs of the little guy and marketing themselves as moral. Finally I took another quote from pg 19 of their code of ethics: "Always make sure that product attributes accurately represent the quality, features and availability of our products" Another lie. If a company is ok swindling someone over a $150 piece of Tech, is ok with mislabeling items and ok with letting a loyal customer walk away with their $10,000 annual revenue, doesn't back up the word of their CEO... what else are they okay with? read more

I had been to Target in Wareham about 2 weeks ago, to pick up a highchair I purchased online. I had multiple staff members offer to help put it in my car, since the box was big and fairly heavy. I was very appreciative of the multiple people who went out of their way to offer a helping hand. Including a young girl that worked at the service desk that was even smaller than I am. read more

Love Target, can find pretty much whatever I need there. If I can't, I can order ship it or have it ready to pick up at store. What isn't to love about Target! Well I guess the only drawback is whenever I go there I find more than I intend to buy and I don't think I walk out of the store without spending at least $100! In the midst of a hectic two days before Christmas, I visited Target to exchange an item I had purchased, with the tags in place, for a different size. Once finding the last item in the size I needed on the floor, I returned to the customer service desk to be asked for my receipt. I did not bring it with me because it was an even exchange, and I had never exchanged an item at Target before. I was shocked to discover that not only did I need the receipt to do the exchange, but because I did not have it, the item was considered to have been sold at the latest, lowest price, which was less money than I paid for it, and I had to pay the difference. So the $9.99 item now cost me $11.98...much more than the store was even selling it for. This is poor customer service I feel, and I will not return to the store to purchase anything in the future. read more

They never have the prescriptions ready even when they are sent hours ahead from the doctors office. Sometimes only half the prescription is filled. Always a long wait. The store is always nice and clean and the people who work there are very friendly. read more
