It is DIGUSTING how these women are able to sit here and think its ok to treat special needs employees the way they do it is absolutely horrendous. They have no people skills what so ever. This employee has been dealing with a member of his family being very ill and it was told to these manager on 2 or 3 different occasions that this family member(mother) had undergone surgery to where it did not take well, so this employee had to call out today 3/3/2024 due to his mother not feeling well and having to go back into the hospital. So the response from the manager today who was Cheryl stated that he sits here and makes up any excuse to stay out of work. This employee does nothing but work his hardest and does his best at his job and all 3 managers all they do is criticize and come out with nasty comments towards him which is very unprofessional and unnecessary.

As far as employee attitude..anybody who has ever worked in retail or with the public will tell you it's no picnic..people can be damned rude at times. Treat people with respect, and most of the time you'll get it back..as always, there are some exceptions... As far as the pharmacy, I've dealt with them for many years, and I find them as accommodating and efficient as any other place, better than some. When I walk in with a scrip, I've never had to wait more than a 1/2 hour..the hours that they close for lunch are prominently posted. Grocery prices are great, they do run out of stock on some items occasionally, but who doesn't? Again, it's a Walmart..we go there for low prices right? Lighten up people, it's not Bloomingdales..it is what is.. You get what you pay for...and all those other cliches

Regal house was very competitive on price and boasted great service. When we received the furniture, it had several manufacturer defects. Regal House sent their repair man out and the pieces were promptly replaced. 8 months later one of the pieces got stained. We had purchased a warranty and, again, Regal House was great in getting the piece replaced. We have been thrilled with their service.

When I tried to explain to the delivery person that I had purchased 5 pieces of furniture and not 4 he was extremely rude and assumed that I was lying. Thank god I still had my receipt. When they finally delivered the correct number of furniture I thought the head ache would be done. As I was looking at my furniture I noticed many scratches and nicks that weren't from the delivery process. I immediately called Regal House because I was not satisfied with my bedroom set. I was also able to send them pictures. I was told they had to schedule a Regal House worker to come and look at the bedroom set and "see if it could be fixed." I told the person that came to look at my furniture that I refused for it be fixed with a marker. I feel that I have paid way to much money and there is significant damage that would not be able to be fixed by a marker. When I received all new pieces of furniture they were still full of nicks and scratches. After a month and a half since I ordered my bedroom set, I called Regal House again and I was told the same response as before "you have to schedule an appointment for a Regal House worker to come look at the furniture and see if it can be fixed." Well the worker came and he fixed the Knicks with a marker!!!! I called Regal House back and ask for the manager. I wanted to explain my frustration with the company and let them know that this is not acceptable. I did not expect them to send me another bedroom set but for them to understand that I was not satisfied with the way I was treated through this process and the quality of the bedroom set that I ordered. I hoped to get money back towards my bedroom set but I was told by a Regal house worker that $1050 is a good price for the amount of furniture I ordered. Even if I paid 1 dollar for the whole bedroom set that was the price that was offered by there company so I should not be having an employee stating that information to me. She then hung up on me as I was still talking. I called back and she said I signed a paper so there is nothing they can do!!! Before I could say anything else about "the paper" I signed she hung up again. The Only paper I signed was the first time my furniture was delivered and I was told I was signing that I received my furniture. I really advise NO ONE to order from this company !!

The store owner, manager and all employees are happy to help and are great at what they do. Their social media is fantastic and is how I always know what's in the shop and going on at the shop. They do special events on Saturdays that bring in the community and independent makers, which is amazing. I always leave Calico with a bag in hand!
