For the longest time this particular family dollar was in absolute shambles. There were huge boxes…read moreof unpacked products in the aisles, exploded cleaning supply bottles on the shelves, dusty and or expired food, filthy refrigerator. Needless to say they store was disorganized, nothing was in its proper place and to top it all off the employees looked dirty and were rude and always behind the counter eating nasty food that smelled. However! I recently went to this location and none of the things I have previously described was the case. The store was clean! Everything was put and its place and the entire staff was new. I'm guessing that ownership of this Family Dollar franchise is in new hands and they actually care about the cleanliness of their store. However, it's still hood, with ghetto, trashy people in and out all day- but I could care less about that. I just want a store that is clean, and I won't die because I ate one of their expired products or a huge box toppled over me in one of the aisles.

I'm currently doing all the wedding shopping and they have so many things and great ideas for amazing prices- and I love it. Their return policy is really simple as well even if it's clearance you can return it just have the original receipt. I also had a great interaction with Nathaniel he was such a sweetie. He had a huge line and he handled it like a champ, kind and courteous to every single customer including myself. He answered my questions didn't hurry me along and was so kind. Very sweet young man. I bought a floor turbo fan for $30.00. They sell some really nice rugs plus bath, bed & kitchen items, super cheap car items like windshield wipers and seat covers, yard items and more! The staff is friendly and you can see they work hard so treat them nice---they're helpful and accommodating (hope it stays that way). Every Thursday is when the new stock comes in. They give 15% off coupons on their rewards program. I take a trip there weekly to discover great bargains--especially on books, toys and food! I hope this store sticks around and continues to offer great discounted items and great service. We need a store like this-- especially during this horrendous economy in 2023.

Our need for party supplies, holiday decor, badly "grammared" decor, and $1 mylar balloons did not go unnoticed. With the downfall of the previous inhabitants of the building, they were lucky to get a great spot on a busy corner and pretty updated interior... since the previous occupants only recently got a face lift. This local is arranged pretty typically to the other Dollar Trees. Although when you first walk in you're greeted with a mirage of seasonal goodies and no candy in site. I had to search a bit to find the items I wanted. Many of the shelves were not filled, but clearly because they just opened shop. Register personal were happy as usual. I bought 2 items with tax $2.14. I gave her 2-dollar bills and a quarter and she looked at me and waited. "2.14 correct? Here is $2.25 that should cover it." ... " O. Yeah... sorry...". More funny than anything is that many people cannot figure out how to make change any longer. Anyway- I'm just happy there is a Dollar Tree near me.
