Don't do a battery warranty exchange here. The clerk that helped me out in automotive was very slow. The clerk didn't know how to use a battery tester. So the service manager had to go back and forth, back and forth. The whole process should've taken no longer than 15 minutes max. It took over an hour. read more

Customer service really bad, they just don't care about everything, tires shop really slow, they take my car to do rotation and my vehicle was in the shop 1.5 hours and when I came to take it they said 2.5 hours more, so I took my car and did rotation my self in 10 minutes. read more

If I wanted to shop and shop the prices at Target I would buy there, literally they are the same distance from me. Not impressed with the new set up or the over inflated prices for clothes.. Update!! After going up under my truck I came to find out that all of the bolts/screws that came with my truck are gone and replaced with hardware that not even meant to be on my truck. I mean replaces bolts that you would find on wood products etc. I do not know where my original bolts and screws are at. I mean they must have lost my bolts and replaced them with bolts they found inside the store. This place is a joke. If you want to get your oil changed here, I WOULD BEWARE!!! Now I have to go to the Toyota dealership and pay big money to have the job done right!!! Good place overall. I take my truck here for oil line and filters. They do a decent job most of the time. But this time somehow they had forgot to put my skid plate on. I went back a month later when I had crawled under my truck and noticed that that skid plate covering my oil pan was not there. I talked with Mike the manager of the auto department and he had said he would check out the video tapes to see where my skid plate was. He called me back a couple days later and told me to go buy the part and he/Walmart would pay me for it. I got my money for the skid plate today so all is good. Not too sure if I will come back or not. But, they have the best deals around for oil changes. read more

Decided to get my oil change done at Walmart while I did some shopping. The entire experience was not so great. They told me it would be an hour when I arrived shortly after 1pm, I get a page that it was completed at 2:22 so I checked out and headed back. The car was not even done and she said she shouldn't of paged me. I was also getting a tire rotation done, at 3pm it was still sitting on the rack and I told them cancel remaining services since I had to get my daughter from pre school. As I'm driving down the road I smell burning oil so after getting my daughter and getting home I read tech notes that they spilled oil on the engine and cleaned it. Cleaning did not happen, there is oil all over my engine compartment with puddles in spots and even some all the way over on the battery, oil smears etc all over. This is completely unacceptable, charge me $75 which now I also have to go get my engine cleaned correctly and I could of went to jiffy lube for the same price and faster and better experience. I have used Walmart for years getting tires and oil changes on my old cars. Looks like I will NOT be returning to Walmart after this experience. With all of this experience I should of been given a steep discount, at least clean my engine after messing it up. Now you cost me even more money than going to a pro. read more

Between the skyrocketing grocery prices and the fact that all 20+ of this location's self checkout stations seem to always be closed now, I've completely stopped shopping here. Used to be I'd regularly go out of my way to shop here even though there's a Safeway, two Fred Meyers, a Target and a Trader Joe's closer to me... Now it feels like management is deliberately trying to drive this store into the ground. read more

Walmart Supercenter - the shelves of a grocery store - Department Stores Near Me - Vancouver, Washington

This Walmart is near our home and so I am in there quite regularly. It is a colorful mixture of all walks of life. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I think that hourly workers aren't recognized as often as they deserve, and so I want to be a part of changing that. In apparel/dressing rooms you will find 2 outstanding workers. Genny, is so helpful that if she isn't busy (she is ALWAYS busy), she will help you find sizes. I tried to put the items that I didn't want back where I found them but she insisted that I put them in her cart because "its her job". These hard working women are constantly bending over, picking up after thoughtless people who feel entitled. These woman are constantly picking up after people who feel entitled. They spend their whole shift on their feet and I for one, have no doubt that I couldn't keep up. Also, they keep a sharp eye out for theft, therefor helping the store keep costs down, so the paying customer will benefit in the long run. Genny is always smiling, which is so refreshing because a lot of employees with the same type of job tend to complain. Genny also works with another excellent co-worker (I will get her name and add later) and together they make it a pleasant and positive shopping experience. Thanks, ladies, you deserve a raise!!! read more

The 1 star is for the issues I have had regarding grocery delivery (shoppers for Walmart). So many times I get notified by text that I have replacements to review and at the same second they send a text that the window for rejecting the replacements has closed, what the freak! Also, I order Turkey lunchmeat and instead of suggesting a replacement, they just cancel it! Now I have cheese and bread and no meat, what am I suppose to eat now? I am disabled and going into the store is not possible and I appreciate they have this delivery service but they need to improve it. THEY GET 5 STARS FOR PRICES, YEAH!!!! read more

Went shopping a bit late tonight and the lady infront of us, with her daughter and grandchild was struggling to pay with a gift card so I just offered to pay for it. The issue starts when the cashier goes "no. She has money" I told her "I know let them keep it, I want to pay for it" and she refused to let me pay cash for this family's stuff. All the while before I offered she'd been speaking very rude to this lady while her daughter translated for them. There was 5 people standing around the back of the register watching this. Along with an entire line behind us. Before the lady left she grabbed my arm and said thank you ect. I'm just very disappointed in what I assume was a shift mangers responses to the situation. Who the hell says no when someone offers to pay for the person infront of/or behind them. Oh let's not forget talking quietly to the other cashier next to her about how "she just messed up, she kept scanning this card not this one" lady literally took her cards and handed them back to her one by one and was not nice about it. And the lady paying didn't speak English she had her kid(20s) translating. read more

Overall I've had good experiences with this Walmart location. They have all the stuff I need in stock for the most part. The few returns I've had have been painless. Store itself is clean. Recently I started using the pickup service. The pickup area is on the right side of the store (Home Depot side). The employees have all been friendly and placed my groceries well. My only issue is that sometimes after I order I get an email that things are out of stock. This would be fine except I've gone into the store to find the items listed as out of stock and find them in stock myself. Overall I do like pickup, and I like that I can shop online at home at my leisure and pickup the next day or two with just a few minutes waiting. I do like going in the store on my own to shop too. Getting to walk around is a benefit you miss with pickup. read more

First let me begin with, "It's just a Walmart" - so I don't think it's ever going to garner a 4 or 5 star review. However, in my experience, this is one of the cleaner and better stocked Walmart's within a reasonable driving distance from my home. I appreciate the wider aisles and overall cleanliness of the store. Some seemed like they were panhandling others it was unclear. My head was on a swivel when I left to go to the car. I haven't felt that level of concern at all Walmart. Gotta do some major praising right now!! I ordered a chair to do store pick up at this Walmart. The email says picking up is 24/7 but when I arrived it was closed. I asked customer service if they could help me and they called over the managers (I believe) Kendrick and Jeremy. Not only did they help me by finding my pick up order after hours but they walked it to my car and loaded it for me. Best service I have ever gotten from any Walmart anywhere! read more

We wasted an entire afternoon TRYING to get a battery tested and replaced ... and failed. FYI - I had a battery installed in our nearly identical VW Beetle (totaled by a drunk in front of our house) less than three years ago in Lawrence, Kansas The "hour" we were quoted to test the battery was closer to 1.5 hours, having to waste some time shopping. Once the car was actually inside the shop, I told the mechanic what the problem was and he performed a test with a handheld device which he told me was "not very accurate". The test said the battery was cranking out 0.0 cold cranking amps (CCA), but he suggested testing it on the big machine which he said "is much more accurate". Because he would have to take the battery out of the car to test it, he told me that it would take ANOTHER 1.5 hours, so we left the car and went home (10 miles away). I got a call from the service manager (Trista) less than an hour later, telling me that the battery was "bad" and needed to be replaced, so I told her to go ahead and install the $120 battery. Less than 30 minutes later, she called back and told me that three of them could not get the battery out of the car and, therefore, could not replace the battery. Well, they apparently failed to properly test the battery (on the "big machine") as promised, so Trista apparently lied to me when she told me that the battery definitely needed to be replaced. Seriously? Three mechanics cannot replace a battery? Another 15-20 minute drive later, our fourth that afternoon, we were back at Walmart to get our keys and pick up our car. If their mechanics cannot even get a battery out, it is probably a good indication that you do not want them working on your car. I know I do not. I really wish I could give them zero stars ! If you're thinking of buying any electronics from them don't! Thought I was getting a really good deal Getting a computer for $399 HP I 3 End up getting a printer$40 also and ink $50 Asked if I wanted the protection plan not (Plans) I said yes thinking I was getting both. It only shows one protection plan on the receipt, apparently it's only for the printer. But it does not state which one it's for it just says two-year protection plan. If you purchase 2 Products you're supposed to buy two plans. Maybe your awesome employees should explain each warranty is separate make sure you select yes for both. If only one comes up them there is probably a issue. Why would I buy a protection plan for a $40 printer but not a $400 computer makes perfect sense right. Now I am stuck with a $400 paper wait what bunch of ass clowns. They should all be burnt to the ground, I guess people come in and stealing is karma or pay back because your stealing from me and my rights for a plan and making a living as a single mom to provide a living. Fast service desk, much faster than the one I worked at! There were a few employees loitering around talking to the cashiers while they were trying to work. I did have to wait a bit for someone to unlock a case, but it all worked out. The deli was good and hot and the employees at the counter were attentive. I'm leaving a good review because it is one of the few walmarts that actually had items on the shelf. That may of been the time of day though! read more

It's Walmart, so expectations are already low, but today's experience was so soul-sucking, that I have vowed never to return to this location. What should have been a quick shopping experience turned into a 50 minute ordeal. Shopping went fine...found everything I needed in less than 20 minutes. Headed to the checkout and both the self-checkout areas and the TWO open regular checkout lanes had really long lines. I noticed that the other twelve or so checkout counters were closed. It took 30 minutes to check out today. The two checkers they did have seemed to have no sense of urgency, regardless of the customers piling up, and moved as slowly as they could. When I finally reached the checker, she chirped, "and how is your day going?" I said, "not so great, we've all been waiting in line a long time." She replied sharply, "I SAID how is your day going?" I'm not kidding. Manager Michael showed up. I and the customer behind me mentioned the long wait. His reply? "I've been telling 'them' about this for a long time." And added, "It would be better if you contacted corporate directly; they'll listen to you more than me." I laughed and said that I had no interest in spending more of my time helping them with their staffing problems. With so many stores shuttering their doors, you'd think retail would step up their customer service. I also find it creepy that some aisles have "spy" cameras. I suspect that 99% of your customers don't shoplift, so you are violating my privacy for the 1% that do. Off to Amazon where I find everything I need, they have great customer service, and I avoid snarky interactions with under-trained, over-worked employees. read more

I decided to risk Walmart since I needed a lot of groceries. In front of Walmart, they were counting the customers, only allowing a certain number in. While I was shopping, two of the employees brushed against me, as well as many of the customers. Sadly, I lost it at yelled "6 feet" at one. I went to the bakery looking for pound cake slices, and there were 3 women behind the counter at about 1pm. I waited several minutes while they stood in a triangle less than 1 foot apart talking. I heard one say something along the lines of - if they come in and get it, it's on them. At that point I interrupted and asked for help. The person who helped me didn't stay 6 feet back. Then when the person ahead of me in line was walking past the line to within a foot of the person in front of her I asked her if she realized that the lines were for social distancing, and she said, "well how else am I going to put my stuff on the belt?" I told her she would just have to wait until the person in front of her was done. She ignored me and finished unloading. Then went back and stood on the line. The cashier said nothing, which I found unusual. The cashiers at Safeway and Grocery Outlet bite your head off if you are in front of the social distancing line. I checked out and the cashier suggested next time I shop and pick it up. Many of the things I wanted to buy are in store only or out of stock. Regardless, Safeway and Grocery Outlet are the shining stars in this time of Covid. As I was leaving, I was considering talking to the manager about the lack of social distancing, and the lack of care or awareness about it among the employees, but the person in Customer Service with the walkie talkie was standing in a group of 4, less than a foot apart, talking. As one came toward me, I asked her if they practiced social distancing here. She responded "Yes!" with a big smile. I pointed to the remaining three in the group and asked, "what is that"? She said, oh they're just getting together to chat". I told her that wasn't social distancing and left.  It is obvious the employees don't care about the spread of the virus. Their lack of respect was breathtaking. I will never shop at such a cesspool of germs again. What is so hard about getting paid to do a job which requires you to stay away from the customers and each other? I would say daily training, signs in the breakroom and managers displaying social distance is needed here. read more

I don't understand how half of a pick up order can be missing? Don't they have to scan everything in? Not to mention that now I have to wait up to 7 days for my 55.00 refund. This is supposed to be a convenient option, but once again this has turned into a huge inconvenience. I have tried more than once to give the benefit of the doubt that my order would be complete and correct. I understand this is a free service but if you offer a service without expectation of more money it's still your obligation to do your best by the customer, but I get it, Walmart doesn't care because they are raking in billions and it makes no difference if I am dissatisfied or stop shopping there. I could understand if this was the first tie but this has happened to me on 4 different occasions and I live in a rural area so just popping back in, isn't really an option and part of my family needed stuff for a trip. read more

Things are getting worse. I contacted WM headquarters and what do they do....... They have the store assistant manager call me. The local management is why the store operates like it does. My intelligence was insulted by the fact that an appropriate level of management such as a District Manager or abive didn't think that I was deserving of their time or interest in what I has to say. I spent many years at mid and upper management with a Fortune 500 Company and my company would never have the lower level management person that was part of the problem and not able to solve the issue respond to a customer. Customer service needs to be better. I switched to Walmart for my groceries and toiletries (used to go to Winco) when they opened the new store on 192nd because it's close to my home and they take credit cards, even though they are more expensive. On Thursday, August 31st I did my usual shopping and stood in a long line, only to find out, when I got to the register, that their credit card reader was down and they were only accepting cash and some debit cards. Fine, but if I had known this sooner I would simply have come back another day, but they made not effort (i.e. signs, announcements) to let people know until actually getting to the register. I had to get cash out of their ATM to pay for my purchases. They refunded the $2 their ATM charged, but they refused to refund the fee my bank charged for using a foreign ATM, even though it was their fault that I had to use the ATM (or else walk out and leave my cart full of groceries behind). I really think they need to improve customer service. Yes, stuff happens, but do your best to make the inconvenience minimal for the customer. read more

The manager on duty made us wait for 20 minutes to get the cash back that we needed and she continued to tell us she would help us and continued to help other people. Multiple staff continued to not help us as we were in a hurry. We even had a receipt saying that we had that crash back and someone that had worked there verified that we needed cash back and had confirmed us leaving it there over the phone before we came back, and multiple staff continued to say that they did not know anything about it even though they were the ones who had helped us previously. Furthermore, staff continued to question our receipt even though we had it saved to your Walmart App. If it wasn't for me having previous positive experiences here, I would never come back. Let me start by saying... That every time I walk into a Walmart fear of a Zombie apocalypse sets in. Why? Who knows. I was extremely surprised by this Walmart. All of the employees are extremely kind, and very talkative. I have never had an employee not smile and chat with me while I check out, so I'm not sure what other reviews are talking about. Normally the busy hours our lunch time, and right after work between 3-5pm. But normally, the lines are not terrible and they are pretty quick to get you in and out. It's also extremely clean for a super store. I was very surprised that the bathrooms were fully stocked and cleaned. read more

After a long, tiring shift at work I thought I'd treat myself to some nice, cheap printed photos at Walmart's photo counter. I've done this before and everything has gone fine, but this is the worst experience I've had. I preordered the photos and they're supposed to be done within the hour. It's been 2 hours. I've been mindlessly wandering the aisles of this crowded store for a whole hour waiting for my photos. I have to pee. I didn't when I came in. I missed dinner with my family. I keep desperately refreshing my email to see if they're finally ready. My feet ache from standing. A child won't stop playing Baby Shark a few aisles down. Finally, I walk over to the photo counter. No one is there. Who's doing my photos? Is this why it takes 2 hours? I've never had this issue before. I'm leaving soon in defeat. I'm sore, hungry, I have to pee, and I'm mentally exhausted from this wait. I'm not one to post a bad review but this ruined my night. update: I found an associate and asked him if my photos were done. He said he'll check then started them right in front of me.
