I've shopped this store semi regularly since I moved to the area 6 years ago. Apparently I had never used the men's room before. I'm not sure if I've been in a more disgusting restroom outside of a campground in my life. Badly stained toilets, urinals, and sinks. The tile on the walls was filthy. The floor could not have been swept or mopped in the past month. What does this say about the cleanliness of your food prep areas?? I was appalled and will never return. read more

This is the closest grocery to my house. It is an awesome store with everything you could want for your recipes and family meals Their meat and fish are awesome and always fresh and reasonably priced I love their produce department, always fantastic. Fresh and stay that way for days when you bring them home The bakery has excellent breads, pastries, cakes, you name it. You can also order items for your birthday party. The deli has really good people that are friendly and helpful. Their hot meal area is good quality and I love some of their premade pastas and salads. It's nice to have a neighborhood grocery store. I'm new to the area and this is the closest grocery store. Turns out they are on the same customs system as Kroger, Smiths, and Fred Meyer. So easy! I have transferred my prescriptions here because the staff helping me with vaccines were so friendly. It couldn't be easier. They also answered the phone quickly when I had to call with some questions. My previous pharmacy left me on hold for more than 10 minutes every time I called. I do curbside pickup most of the time but occasionally go into the store. Everything is clean and well stocked. I am sensitive to chemicals and fragrances and never had a problem here. Check out is always fast. Pickup is always quick- I might wait 2-3 minutes. The only problem I had recently was when I went into the store to get baking soda and to mouthwash. I passed the cheese counter whereupon I received a sample cracker, cheese, salami, pickle thing. I ended up leaving the store with 4 cheese, salamis, wine, crackers, etc. I guess it was worth it. ;) read more

I bought a bottle of St. Remy VSOP ON THE 26th of March. I usually pay about $15.99. I discovered that I was charged $27.99. unfortunately I did not keep my receipt. I went to the store and found out that the price of the XO was 27.99. I pointed out the gouging on price and was told without a receipt there was nothing they could do. this is an underhanded action on QFC. we will no longer buy any alcohol there and reduce our shopping. I had never been to QFC but kept seeing it as a grocery option on Instacart. I finally got to see what it was in person. Last week I was traveling (locally) for customers and needed a quick lunch in between site visits. It was basically an upscale grocery store that is not quiet whole foods, but definitely nicer than Safeway (etc). I ended up getting veg soup in the hot deli section and it was delicious. I wasn't wowed by the look of the cold food behind the counter but that veg soup was incredible and I'd go back for that alone. read more

I have been going to QFC in Vancouver for years especially for convenience and quality of meats and vegetables. If you like a clean store with higher prices then this store is right for you. Good sales these days especially at QFC are VERY few and far between, at my store everything will be sold out within hours of 7 am Wednesday morning. Customer service told me it was my responsibility to (I guess quit working) so I could be there at 7 am Wednesday. Straw that broke the camel's back was the third time in a week I went in for the advertised salmon at $12.99/lb. Waste of time but are willing to sell you king salmon for more than double...I'm familiar with bait and switch. Due to the high prices and NEVER having in stock what they claim to have on sale I will unfortunately be shopping elsewhere, but if you're into much higher prices and staff that can apparently do nothing to help you you'll love this store. read more

We love this QFC. It's never really busy. I guess that's good for us as customers. The checkers are friendly and efficient. The store is very well stocked and keeps up on all the seasonal products. Tonight we picked up all the ingredients for a good ole beef stew and of course some of their yummy deserts from the bakery which by the way has quite a nice assortment of sweets. read more

I shop at both Fred Meyer and QFC and entirely curbside. There is a world of difference between the two. At FM, whenever I needed a refund or return, due to shopper error, it was corrected during my next trip by the curbside delivery staff on the spot. No biggee. Today, at QFC, I was over charged on an item by $31.00. Called the manager and he wasn't quite sure of his own process. Told me to call the Kroger 800...which I did and spent several minutes wading my way through automated bots. I was finally transferred to an online customer service human being who was able to make the correction on my order. Kroger is making a BIG mistake asking customers to do this much work to correct a mistake on an order whether the purchase was made online or in-store. FM is customer focused. QFC is not. read more

One of the best, highest quality grocery stores around. Amazing deli, cheeses, soups and alcohol selection. Staff are friendly and very efficient - a nice change from most others. Everything is stocked, self-checkout is swift and all lanes are always open. This is what a grocery store should be like! Few can compare. You will pay a premium for some items, though. Quality comes with a cost, but in this case, I will gladly pay it for superior products. read more

I really like this store and it is convenient for me but they often don't have enough checkers. Usually only one checker and the self check out option. I never go in the evening because after 8pm (maybe earlier?) they only have self check out. I know some don't mind self check out but I avoid it if I can. read more

Really bummed that this is the QFC the Vancouver area has to offer. We previously lived in Redmond, WA and had an awesome QFC, always stocked with the things we love. HOWEVER, this QFC couldn't be any different. It's much smaller and has an odd smell and the lighting is weird. Every time my husband and I make the trip to this particular location we almost immediately get a headache and/or migraine and end up feeling ill. This will often dissipate the longer we are away from the store. It has lead us both to believe that their is some kind of environmental factor that is effecting this place such as mold or faulty lighting that flashes, I've never smelled a QFC like this...something is just wrong here. In addition to that some of their regular employees are just incredibly rude. They act like your asking allot of them to even unlock a liquor cabinet (which by the way is directly in front of the store directly next to the checkers. The worst employee we have dealt with is a young woman who typically seems to work the Express Self Checkout area. It seems like everything is beneath her and she will give you real attitude. She's even stopped in the middle of talking with us to go chat with co-workers leaving us like what just happened? We love QFC normally and would normally do 95% of our grocery shopping there but not at this location. We actively avoid this one. It's really time for QFC to build another, larger location closer to the town center. read more

This store does not enforce mask mandates. When I inquired of the cashier (about the maskless person in front of me), "Aren't we still required to wear masks in businesses?" The cashier (whose name I believe was Emily) responded that their policy is simply to ask people to wear them. She said QFC will not allow them to refuse service or require masks to be worn. I then inquired if she, herself, had followed that policy by asking the maskless woman to put on a mask. She said she did not. She continued on to explain that it's because people just yell at her when she does and she does not want to get yelled at. Really Emily and QFC? You're going to endanger your staff and your customers so you don't get yelled at? I felt like yelling at her for *not* supporting the mask mandate. This type of kowtowing to anti-maskers is unacceptable, reprehensible, and reckless. AND WE ARE SUPPOSED TO TRUST THE PEOPLE AT QFC WITH OUR FOOD? Nope. read more

Stated shipped 1 part of order shipped FedEx which arrived by 12/10. 2nd part of order shipoed ontrac. stated reached warehouse/out for deliver 12/10.....everyday since states out for delivery...everynight states delayed.....Ontrac ...clearly fail at being on track. .Kroger Qfc customer service is nice but hands tied ...manager unless states he can't replace order or call to see why ...this isc2 weeks at local warehouse.. .beyond dissatisfied....Corp not available...holiday they went home early...I will never order delivery from them again...I reccomend you do not either Huge Fail read more

QFC is a Kroger store. Not familiar with Kroger? They own Fred Meyer and seemingly ever other large grocery chain in the country. QFC is effectively a small Fred Meyer with frustration and disappointment everywhere you turn. Want a nice loaf of house-baked bread? You won't find it. Want local farmer's items? You won't find them here. Want local meats? Try elsewhere. There is nothing unique or compelling about QFC. If you're in the neighborhood, they're a convenience, but that's about it. I wish they'd more prominently advertise or have signage outside indicating that it is a Kroger store. That way, expectations would be set appropriately before entering. read more

We're about equidistant between Fishers Landing Freddy's and QFC and I will admit we occasionally go to Fred Meyer. Both are Kroeger stores, so both give the same gas points. But QFC is so much nicer in so many ways. First, they have a real butcher shop, with real butchers to talk to. And second, their fish department is second to none in freshness and selection. No smelly fish! The store is smaller than Freddy's (a bonus) and much easier to find unusual (or the usual) foods. And the pharmacy has the most pleasant and capable folks you'll ever meet. I stood in line for 10 minutes while the checker worked with a woman trying to use a coupon (I think) on her phone. My groceries were on the belt, the shopper behind me with a full cart finally went to another checker, checked out and left. I had no idea what the problem was but the wait had far exceeded any wait I've experienced in any grocery store. It had become ridiculous. I asked the checker if I should move to another line hoping there would be an explanation for the long delay. He said that "no one is holding you hostage" and turned back to staring and his and the customer's cell phone. His manner was extremely disrespectful and rude. I asked for the manager but at this point I was so upset that I took the single item I needed most, left my other items on the belt, abandoned my cart and went to another line. When the manager showed up I waved him down and told him what had transpired but was given no resolution. This isn't the first time I've had rude checkers at this store. read more

Nice clean store, fair prices, friendly staff, good selection of groceries. Baked goods are tasty, deli has a decent amount of cold salads and hot selections. What more can I say, it's a grocery store. Personally I prefer it over Safeway which I think is expensive and when they have sales they make you buy several items to get the sale price. This is one awesome store. What is nice for me is that the KROGER MEGA STORE mentality has not affected these people, they still have the old fashion really caring for their customers. From the seafood and meat department to the pharmacy, they are not only the best, but they are passionate about what they do and truly care. The only problem I would say is with a woman in the deli department. She is just bitter and should take up some other job, but Nuts to anyone that can say these folks aren't good, she is the only exception. I'm surprised they keep someone like her. This is the second time that I have been in our store that I have been humiliated trying to use Wic coupons. I had the correct items but was told I couldn't buy them. I showed them my book that had the guidelines and was again told the system didn't recognize them and that they couldn't be bought. I am very very careful not to buy anything that doesn't qualify so that I don't have this problem. People all around me staring and watching as I feel worse and worse. Then the nerve of the manager either jeff/josh can't remember tried to tell me I was wrong AGAIN after my wic order was finished and I was buying my own groceries. Telling me this with a line of people behind me and embarrassing me even more. I showed him the guidelines again and he said, I bought organic, NO, I got brown NO, I got cage free NO!!!!! I said I spent 10 minutes looking at the eggs to be SURE that this didn't happen and he walked away, nothing else to say. I was right your system and Manger where rude. The poor cashier and bagger tried to say sorry but "there is nothing for the them to do" To which I said please stop talking before i yell at someone. This grocery store reminds me of the Fry's in Phoenix. I'm thinking they are owned by the same parent company. I do my grocery shopping here, I get a good deal on the products and the fruits/vegetables are always pretty fresh. I've never seen anything moldy or go bad soon after I buy. I love finding great markets/grocery stores wherever I am. I was in town visiting family and stopped by here to grab some items. If I lived nearby I would definitely frequent this place. Large market with a great selection of items. They skew towards healthier items, but still have other items too. They have some unique food items too which I love as well. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY ! I switched my prescription from Walgreen's to this pharmacy, thinking they would be more efficient and user friendly. NOT. They were supposed to automatically update my Coumadin script.....DIDN'T HAPPEN. Then, today my husband, who is a doctor, went to get my script and they decided, apparently on their own, to substitute the generic, which doesn't work as well for me. IDIOTS. I am glad we are smart enough to know what is going on, because the tech and pharmacist AREN'T. I'm headed to Cosco next time; maybe more hassle but at least I will probably get the correct script. read more

Growing selection of health foods and vegan groceries to compete with the surrounding health grocery stores, keep it up. Convenient location and never very busy. Nice produce section, bulk spices, bulk tea. Ethnic sections are pretty good. Love that they will sometimes sell overly ripe bananas or bruised fruits / veggies, I'll buy them at that price and they'll go to great use! read more

I am a little bit disappointed....I asked my husband to purchase PeppridgeFarm Puff Pastry Sheet at QFC and end up with something. I had asked him, what went wrong because the list I gave him was definitely stated directly and he said, "I have asked a couple QFC employees where I can find the Peppridge Farm Puff Pastry Sheet. They took me to an aisle and hand me Reynold's Parchment Paper instead. I asked, are you sure this is it? and both employees said, you have the right product...This "Reynold's Parchemnt Paper" is the same as the peppridge farm puff pastry sheet." Since my husband doesn't really know anything about cooking or things used or needed for cooking, he believed the employees. I know it was partially his fault, but the reason why I am giving this particular location a two star is because, their employees should know the store products and are expected to help customers with the things needed. manager need to make sure that his or her employees have the knowledge to do their job correctly. read more

QFC (company) just changed venders for their Deli salads in their Deli section. Absolutely the biggest mistake I've seen a grocery store ever make. Changes are good but inferior products are not acceptable. The new ones are AWFUL compared to the previous salads in their Deli section. The Macaroni and Potato Salads are some of the worst we've ever tasted. The only reason to shop at QFC now is because they carry Boarshead meats and that is one of the ONLY reasons to shop there. Message to the manger/owners-Most of your Deli employees hate the change and have shared that with their customers. We all agree with them. The salads now are gross at best! read more
