First off its hard to beat a store that's open 24 hours a day for all day munchies. The kids here are decently friendly and the shop is clean. Probably the cleanest Winco I've seen. Service is generally quick if you avoid peak times. read more

Usually shop here every weekend for groceries. After waiting an an unusually long line in self checkout and getting to the front, the employee (Pacific Islander, sleeve tattoos) informed me that i couldn't use the self checkout because I was above 15 items. All items I had (17 total) fit in the child seat portion of the basket. She kept repeating "It is corporate policy" and after I explained that I understand that, and that next time I will pay closer attention to the count. She still insisted I had to exit the self checkout line to go stand in an equally long, traditional line. Won't be coming back. read more

I went shopping here on 8/17/25 they had everything in stock that I needed. The prices are so much better here than other competitors stores and you don't even have to download ridiculous coupons on a stupid card to get a deal on sale. I will always do my shopping at Winco Foods. read more

I would be hard-pressed to tell you what is different between one WinCo Foods and another. They're all basically laid out exactly the same, perhaps in reverse orientation, but otherwise you know exactly what you are going to find here: low prices, decent produce, bulk and canned goods galore, a decent bakery, and horrendously long lines at the checkout lanes. You will drive away with some amazing deals and savings, but I highly recommend shopping in the evening or early morning hours. Think of it as a low-budget Costco, without the stupid membership fee and cult-like following. read more

Pretty clean. WinCo is a lot more affordable than safeway. And everyone's going through a tough time right now with inflation being as high as it is. We got to look for deals and we can get them. WinCo is always fairly priced on pretty much everything it's not like Target or Safeway or Albertsons where you might get a better deal on something but then double pay on other things. read more

I really like shopping at Winco Stores. The prices are great and they usually are less than other stores. The store also has quite a variety of items to choose from. The debit card/cash payment method can be an issue with some I am sure. What I didn't like about my last visit to the store are the way some of the employees are wearing their masks below their nose. Washington State mandate is that employees are required to wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth to protect the shoppers. As careful as we all try to me, that is a little annoying in that it's not enforced here. read more

Absolutely horrible, I've been going to this winco for 14yrs. Ever time we would get food from the Deli employees were really helpful and nice to us. Today was really disappointing with one of the Deli employees started with his face like he was being bothered by me trying to get something from Deli not even a smile or anything to greet me nicely. It was at around 5pm 4/19/2023 when I asked the employee (I couldn't see his name tag he was tan) if I could have half baked chicken and the other fried chicken. The 12 peace meal, and he asked me again what did I want baked chicken or fried chicken, I responded can I get half and half, he responded " I don't care" I was like maybe I can ignore his response and then he said what side, I said baked potatoes with eggs. Again his rude answer was "No" and he replied rudely what I sides I could chose from. So I just told him I didn't want anything and continued walking away, and told the other Deli employees that he was being rude with an attitude, and they just did an I don't care ‍. And that man that was rude told them I was upset because I could have the side that I wanted, and clearly that wasn't the case. I went ahead and spoke to one of the person in charged and he apologized, and that was all, he didn't speak to the rude employee, he just went ahead to do what he was doing. read more

Clean and organized store, however my issue is the lack of mask enforcement. Several customers were blatantly disregarding the mask requirements (I saw a few take off their masks as soon as they entered the store, and several with their masks under their chins.) There was zero enforcement of this. A man in the checkout lane next to me wore his mask under his chin the whole time and zero employees said anything. Very disappointing and I will be shopping elsewhere. read more

Although I generally like this store there's room for improvement. The good: low prices, great selection, usually well stocked. There are some good finds in the bakery department: I like the foccacia bread and the bagels are surprisingly good. The bulk bins are plentiful and I like to he Wall Of Bargains when you first enter the store. The not so good: They only have GIGANTIC shopping carts (not everyone has a family of 8!), no quick check asile, and the produce is sometimes substandard. Also, as others have mentioned there is very poor sanitation. During covid most employees were either of unmasked or only covered chins. I stopped shopping there for awhile because of the health/sanitation concerns. And what's the deal with the constantly flooded parking lot? And yeah, some of the deli staff can be quite rude. read more

Winco accepts cash or debit cards, which helps to keep the prices low. They also have items I've never seen anywhere else except for Costco. Their selection of fresh items is on the small side (there are only a few token "fresh fish" items), and their store brand deli items and bakery are average quality. This location has a parking lot that floods during rains (seriously, circular swaths of 30 or 40 unusable parking spaces), and always has very long lines because they never seem to have enough cashiers. It is conveniently located, has low prices, and the staff is generally friendly. read more

Love this place. I have been faithfully the past 3 years because They never change the location of the items I'm here to get! Safeway, Fred Meyers and Albertsons are all located with in the same distance of my house, but because they never seem to stop remodeling or moving items from one area to another I have completely stopped using the other stores 100%. I am a creature of habit, so when I come to get a sausage log and cheese, it should ALWAYS be: A. Located where it was last time and B. Be the same damn brand I bought last time. Best prices in town and seems to be doing a great job at Covid precautions! Also the vitamin waters are best price in town between Freddy's, Walmart, and Safeway- winco saves you about .30-.50 cents per bottle!! :) my favorite flavor is the mango one! My only feed back is the self check center is not consistent, sometimes employees are quick and kind and sometimes it appears they are chatting or awkwardly staring at you while you walk bye- a nod or wave would make you feel more appreciated leaving the store. Also sometimes it feels inconsistent in the tone of the employees happy to help certain customers but then dull and rude other times. It can be confusing. read more

We live about 3 miles from this store, and I am in the adjacent strip mall for coffee at least 5 times per week. I went into WinCo for Apple cider vinegar to prepare my wine barrels for planting. Not noing how much I would need, I purchased 10 bottles. I only used 3 bottles, When I tried to return them, the customer service representative said they had a store policy of not accepting returns on anything. Never mind that all the bottles had the plastic seals in place. So customer service means the same thing as sending the bull into the pasture to "service " the cows. Never mind about going back to pickup more because it will be a cold day in Hell before we shop there again! read more

We routinely shop here because the prices are the cheapest in the area and the bulk section is better than anywhere else I've seen. There is a mix of employee types: 60% helpful, polite, friendly; 20% you can count on to rise to the lowest of your customer service expectations (they'll tell you where it is but then you're on your own, and forget the smile); and 20% that clearly hate puppies, happiness, and life in general (expect them to give the answer to your question with a side of eye-roll, heavy sigh, and an ounce of snarkiness, or all three... it happened). read more

Herb was rude to our family and didn't greet us even after we greeted him. Insisted on seeing both of our ID's when purchasing a case of alcohol, when we have our son with us and we're obviously well of age. The worst WINCO ever, I was shocked by the customer service. I was in a check-stand that had a lot of groceries waited for 10-15 minuets had only 3 items. A guy can't remember the name called for additional checkers no one came so he came back towards the next customer which was me totally ignored me as I asked if he is opening up he took the other customer that just came up and gave a a terrible glare. Since I work in the same field but at a different store, I would have been fired or in huge trouble for doing that. Terrible customer service!!! read more

I really can't complain that much about Winco, I do my bulk shopping here. Great prices that beats out Fred Meyers, Safeway, and even Walmart on a lot of things. I will say that Walmart has a bit of an advantage on it's pre-wrapped/packaged stuff, but Winco isn't shabby. This is a great grocery store. Winco has the best prices of anywhere and it's open 24hrs a day. I love their bulk selection of candy, pasta, nuts, dried fruit, baking needs, mixes and more. You have to bag your own groceries but there is never a long wait as they always have enough checkstands open. Their produce isn't the best but the price is right. It's a fun store probably the nicest Winco in the county. They do not accept credit cards so make sure you bring your debit card or cash. read more

I love WinCo and do 99.9% of my shopping there and have always had good customer service but tonight was the exception....we went to the deli to get a pound of their delicious JoJo's and there was a young lady preparing red hot chicken for the hot case and she dropped the lid to the hot sauce, picked it up from the floor and proceeded to put it directly back on the bottle from the floor! I couldn't believe my eyes. I then said something to the other worker and she took the lid off and placed it in the garbage. The young lady who dropped the lid noticed that the other person threw it away and she clearly had an attitude and was irritated that she was caught red handed being careless. I am very disappointed and not sure I'm confident that I can safely get deli food without cross contamination and germs off the floor..... read more

My wife and I shop here after attending church on Sunday. We love the layout of the store, the freshness of the produce, the deli dept., and generally all of the friendly employees in the departments and the front end. The prices are very competitive and usually lower than the competition. Lower prices are available if you register on your smart phone to check out the items that are on sale for the week. One big plus is the width of the aisles that allow two carts to pass without causing any backup. This is a great store to shop and has plenty of parking area. read more
