This Walmart is one of the worst Walmarts in town. It's conveniently close HOWEVER.. going down to 92nd or up to 120th is worth the drive. Nobody helps-everything is locked up and you wait 1hr+ for someone to come give you a time of day. I come in the get my tire fixed, says it'll be about an hour/hour and a half so I go shopping around. When I go to check out I get the Grumpy Old lady TINA :) (mind you it's 8:30am) she doesn't greet me and doesn't respond when I ask if she has bags...ok? I brush it off. She finish scanning my items and i realized 2 of the items were more expensive than I thought so I asked her to remove them. When she removed them the Walmart pay QR code goes away . That's how I planned to pay since Walmart doesn't take Apple Pay and my wallet was in my car which is currently getting worked on in the auto part of the store. She gets upset because I said well remove it all than bc I have no other way to pay. She huffs and puffs and rescans everything. Screams the total, I pay and she immediately starts to greet the next person. Doesn't give me time to grab my stuff and didn't even say goodbye or have a nice day. This store is so discrimmating that it is really bad. They have locked everything up, had to wait for 15 minutes to get someone, then they don't trust anyone to put it in their carts. This Walmart is awful. I can't even describe how hideous this was. When I first walked in I noticed that the lines were super long.when I walked in one the sections it was so messy there was even things that don't belong there. And the bathroom even worse there was paper everywhere and stain on the walls. by the time I finished shopping the lines were even longer. The only good part about this Walmart is that the wait time for the lines was not that long. There is so much more then were this came from but I would rather just not say.! read more

So I had went to another Wal Mart location back in July I want to say and they had put their paving stones ( those things you can make like a retaining wall with ) on sale for a really good prince.. I figured all Wal- Marts were on the same page and either also had the same sale going on or would be soon.. so I waited and waited and waited for those same things to go on sale .. and finally this store put the ones i needed more of on sale. The parking lot is now overrun with men loitering on all the islands and the bike racks. they have tried to grab me when I passed, yelled things in a langupage I'm unfamiliar with and have been aggressive. After finding them trying to steal my bike 2 different times at this store, I no longer feel safe leaving my bike to shop here and now go to Safeway which I hate or Kings. sad. read more

Just want to throw a HUGE!!! shotout to Kelly over @ The Salon inside the Walmart on Grant st. She does such amazing work!! In the time I was there I saw this woman handle 5 different customers from perms to cuts to other services offered. Each time I watched her not only engage with each client but also conquer each battle that came her way. And each person I saw leave her chair looked stunning. They all walked away excited with their new look.If anyone out there is looking for their new spring cut, color, highlights the works then come over and meet with Kelly. You'll be excited you did! ( time frame: 5:30pm-8:00pm) You NEED to learn how to manage situations and different people with more grace and respect rather than the most outrageous attitude and disrespect you showed tonight. ...you work at a Walmart... where customers are NOT legally required to show you their receipt of purchase after scanning and bagging everything themselves. (And yes, everything was scanned as you can see from your many camera angles and everything was bagged and the bags were bought due to your new policies) Remember what you yelled at an elderly woman who was exhausted and frustrated? "Well then GET OUT!!!" All she was literally trying to do was leave... why did you detain her for so long anyway? Are you racially profiling? She was holding her receipt the whole time... smh. Yep, there's the golden standard of training Walmart is sure to implement on every manager in their stores. You're representing everyone else terribly, nicely done. To anyone who might come across this young lady she is of Hispanic descent she has long hair that was worn in a pony tail and she stands about 5'5"- 5'7". She is rude and yells at elderly people. Today I had the nicest Walmart associate help me! I didn't get her name but she has black hair, a lip piercing and works on the cosmetic department. She was helpful and friendly to all the customers not just me. I called the store to speak with the manager about this young lady but after waiting for 2 minutes and 37 seconds for an operator to answer the call, I gave up and am sending her compliment via this venue. My rating is a 5***** for the associate and 0 stars for the operator! read more

do yourself a favor and go anywhere other then here. especially avoid this location if you where suckered into doing Walmart + subscription as there employees are horrible. They have the ability to put a delivery on hold and not update it at all leaving the customer to either cancel the order and resubmit or Wait it out and hope someone catches it. They also are very quick to take the money from your account. But give you the run around about crediting your account. I attached a picture of the worst of there delivery people avoid this one at all costs. She can't handle going up stairs to deliver and will just put your order on hold read more

Just do yourself a favor and don't shop here. Go to King Soopers, Safeway, Albertsons, or whatever else is around. The cashiers are friendly but the shelves are always bare. There's things of half eaten chicken laying around, and people take meat and just leave it where ever they want. Then that meat is taken back to the cooler by the recovery team and you end up getting rancid meat. You will never find the deodorant that you're looking for because that part of the store seems to never be stocked. Actually the whole place seems to never be stocked up. I went to get my car key duplicated and the machine in the front of the store said that the key that I needed was in stock. So I went back to the tire place and waited 30 minutes for the cashier there to make some house keys for someone (I wish they'd have just used the machine that I was just at, it makes house keys in under a minute...) Once he was done helping them he ran away, said he needed a manager. He came back 10-15 minutes later, grabbed my key, took my info just to tell me he didn't have that key. Why? Your kiosk at the front said that key was available. He was courteous but don't advertise your stuff if you don't have it. I wish Bigg's was still there. read more

This location has definitely seen much improvement after new management has taken over in the past couple years. Of course, every location has its ups and downs and this one definitely has seen it. Store number 1231 is one of those locations. They definitely have good days and bad days, just like any other super centers. A lot of us fail to remind ourselves, we are human and we can only do so much as well. And they (the ones who work at this location as well at any super center, and any retail setting) is pressure to meet numbers by upper management. When you are running on a skeleton crew, especially during the holiday season, a lot of them have to do extra work without the extra pay to keep product on the shelves for you and I to buy. And many times, yes, those shelves could be bare due to staffing and/or a supply issue. And with that being said, this particular location has done amazing with what crew they have coming out of a pandemic into a holiday season. The associates will have bad days, and they are trying. If they don't know the answer right away, don't get mad at them, they cannot memorize an entire store (it's literally impossible) and give them time while they research the information for you. read more

Watch out people Walmart is ripping people off when you order delivery. I am disabled and I have to order delivery and Walmart still charges delivery and a huge tip when I use my food stamps I looked yesterday and the tip was $27.97 I am luckily that I caught it because then I changed it to zero pissed me off. The other thing is I live in a modular, and the person put my stuff at the back door The door that I never ever use and I said my stuff was delivered, I wouldn't looked I didn't see anything so I complained to Walmart that it said delivered but wasn't and they told me that it said it was so they wouldn't send a new order out or even reimburse me. So the next day when I was outside going around my modular with my dog I saw my grocery sitting out there and get this my groceries are mostly frozen goods milk cheeses fish chicken pork chops steak all of that spoiled so I contacted Walmart again and again I was on the phone for over an hour and they said no that I could not have a reimbursement or new groceries because it was at my house even though it was missed delivered. Terrible place. After almost getting trampled multiple times by employees I spent a good 10 minutes trying to find someone to help me. No luck. Everyone was too busy talking about their personal lives to help me load a futon on a cart. Place is dirty and disorganized. Impossible to find prices on large furniture items. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but hopefully this gets to management. I arrived at a few minutes before 4:45 pm and was told they weren't accepting any more oil changes(or services for that matter) for the rest of the day. Called to confirm their hours and the auto care center is open till 8pm! There was only one car in the bay and one outside both in the "oil/lube" lanes. No cars parked nearby that may be waiting their turn either. That's just ridiculous to me. I can change oil myself in 15-30 minutes when I had the equipment. I'm extremely disappointed as this is my first chance to get this done in months oof being overdue. Writing this from the waiting room of another place, that DOESNT have an attached grocery store. This Wal-Mart was very different in the way it was set up. They had jewelry section blocked out so could leave without passing the cashier. Also when I was there a stocker knocked down a whole display of ranch dressing she was trying to fix it and it crashed on the floor. Not a fan of the way this walmart was set-up not very convient to have the pharmacy in the back of the store instead of near the front like most are. Just had to stop in for a few items on my way back to Cheyenne. read more

It's my neighborhood Walmart, and yet, I'm scared to shop here. It's dirty. It's grungy. It's never staffed well. No matter what, you'll spend at least ten minutes in the checkout line. Parking is a disaster. People will camp in the middle of a lane in the lot so they can get the closest spot. I almost wound up in a fistfight with a jerk in a BMW one afternoon who was blocking traffic. Most importantly, the store doesn't feel safe. It's messy and crowded, and nobody shopping here seems happy. Even the rent-a-cops seem miserable. But, it's Walmart. Cheap goods, a grocery section, and a convenient location. I go here when I know exactly what I need to get and park on the perimeter to avoid meanies like BMW boy. If I just want to browse, I drive to 128th and Quebec! read more

I hate visiting this store and will undoubtedly drive further or pay more just to avoid shopping here, for many reasons... First off the people that shop there are rude and seem to have lost there manners somewhere in the over crowded parking lot. The bathrooms are always closed for cleaning, which boggles my mind because they are always messy and something is always broken. You can never find someone that is working to help you find something, and if you go in after ten the night crew people are too busy hanging out and chatting with each other to acknowledge you. The produce goes bad so fast! The lines are always long and under staffed. Most every department is a mess and disorganized. I did have one good experience after calling the Pharmacy a total of five times. read more

I don't understand why when you leave this Walmart (as compared to the one on 128th in Thornton) you have some associate with the title "Asset Protection" give you and your cart the once over before you leave without even a crack of a smile. Walmart got rid of the happy greeters and now we have "Asset Protection" folks with a marker and walkie talkie check our groceries. If he decides to stop you, which sometimes he doesn't, he marks your receipt. Why is it only some Walmarts have these folks? I don't see them when I leave the 128th store in Thornton. I normally get a pack of full throttles for 8.88 but the fucking idiots took the cans out of the box your supposed to sell it in. I went to self check out explained it to her and showed her the picture of the tag. She said she couldn't lower the price or do anything. I didn't take no for an answer and she called her manager, Adrianna I think. The manager said it would "mess up the computer" yet they were changing prices and giving discounts to a person beside me. I previously reviewed this Walmart for the eyeglass center. This review is for the pharmacy only. We are keeping our prescriptions here because there is no reason to change. The line moves fast. The clerk who finally handed over my prescription was friendly, smart and efficent. He really seemed to enjoy his job. His name is Mitch and I hope they appreciate his customer service skill.". My husband has had bad experiences here in the past with the managers and the check-out line clerks. We only come here for our prescriptions. I am keeping it at 4 stars because we are pleased with the pharmacy and the eyeglass center, but i wish the rst of the employees were as easy to get along with. read more

I can agree with some previous reviews that you can definitely find some characters walking around here, it is a Walmart after all.
