Even with Covid, they were very sweet and accommodating, gave me excellent advice regarding how we should take a few things in (the top front/back of my dress was ALL illusion paneling and I wanted to be able to lift my arms) and they really knocked it out of the park. I dropped a Nike jacket off on March 23rd to have a zipper replaced. I was quoted a turn around time of at least 10 days because they were very busy and running behind but I was ok with because she told me upfront. So time went by, and on April 4th I called and left a message and never got a response. So my wife called a couple of days later and was informed that there was a death in the family which I totally understood and gave them a pass. Tried again a few days later and was told that a person by the name of Julie was in charge of the jacket and would be in contact with me when she did finally contact me informed me that the wrong zipper that was ordered or came in and the new one was in and my jacket would be ready in a couple of days, which would have been the 15th. So because of my work schedule I was unable to pick up the jacket until the 20th. But upon looking at the sewing job the stitching for the zipper was inconsistent and loose and I have a feeling it will be coming apart soon.
