I spent nearly an hour on the phone with your artificial intelligence (ignorance) to resolve a problem with logging into my account. You could not match my name to my password, email, or phone number. I had to reset my password. Finally got logged in and placed my order. It was shipped to Grande Prairie, TX. (A long way from Cedar Park, TX). GP was never mentioned but yet your AI address me by my first name. If it was so smart, it should have known where I was. Especially after giving it my name and email! Then when I went to my local store, the call-in number was still broken (so they say). The 4th assistant sent me to another wrong store across town. WHY IS WALMART THE ONLY STORE THAT I HAVE TROUBLE WITH?? HOW DO YOU STAY IN BUSINESS?? read more

Walmart is just that walmart. You don't go there for quality. Either go there for assistance. You don't go there for any perks. Not even gideon rung out by an employee. Don't get me started on the receipt thing. read more

Convenient and a wonderful place to shop can find anything you want. Great store. I'm at the automotive department and they were very professional and helpful every step of the way. They gave me many options on buying a car battery. They installed it and made it super easy for me. Will definitely be coming back. read more

The guy in charge is extremely rude. I paid for a spray and I took the time out of my night to come back to the store because my item was not placed in my bag. He assured me that I have the item and it went home with me. When it clearly didn't he thinks I would come back to this store on my day off to pick up something I have? No I'm a decent human being and he had the audacity to say that I'm not getting what I want and I'm throwing a fit. No I'm a working college student that pays for everything myself and now I'm leaving a store without my item and wasted seven dollars that I've worked for super inconsiderate and I'm calling corporate. read more

The store is rough. It's my neighborhood Walmart but it feels like the parking lot needs security with the amount of panhandlers there it makes me hate this store. The employees are fine, the younger ones are awful but it seems like Walmart Finally took notice after I went and complained because it wouldn't take my coupon even though it was on the product and still a a valid coupon for that item. Anymore I go to Amazon for my ordering since it's generally cheaper and doesn't require me to be hassled to find someone to unlock something. read more

This store has always been a joke when it comes to the electronics department. If I were to rate this store just based on that I'd give it less than 1 star. The electronics department has always been understaffed for years. Customers seem to almost always have to stop an employee who doesn't work in the department to ask them if someone is actually working in that department. Just today I was about to purchase 5 items (4 which are kept under lock and key and another on where the DVD has to be taken out of a plastic case). The total amount of $ would have been over $90. There were also at least 3 other people waiting around for assistance. If you are looking for electronics my advise is to stay away from this particular store and visit the Walmart on the corner of 281 and 1604 or the one on Nacogdoches near 1604. I almost always have to resort to going to those stores to purchase electronics. read more

I'm a glutton for Walmart punishment They have been open over a week and they still can't get their act together. Their self check out registers are still having the same issue they had when they opened: some work properly some don't. Some take cash only, some take credit/debit only bit neither accept both. What's worse, they're not even labeled as to which take cash only and which take debit only-there's an employee directing traffic and I done think she knows which is which (at the time of this review, I was waiting for her assistance at onenof these registers and she was telling another employee about the issue). Security! I just left my mop and Roma tomatoes on the malfunctioning register. I'll just go to HEB across the street. A la chingada!!!! read more

let's be real, is walmart ever good these days? haha no. the fact like walmart locks their makeup and skincare products now, makes me so mad. you have to ring for someone, they have to lock your makeup in a box, then when you check out you have to get it unlocked then a worker scans the items. come on now. it still makes me mad that they have to check your receipt as you walk out. overall walmart is awful. they should have never did self checkout if they have to check your receipts. i won't be buying makeup from a walmart ever again. target is the place to go for your makeup needs and none of their stuff is locked up. overall, walmarts are trashy and people and workers are awful. read more

This store never answers the phone and never have enough cashiers, management treat their employees horrible even from a customer's perspective. I waited for someone at the fitting rooms to try on one pair of pants and got another associate called for help. A girl finally showed up at 8:01 after I'd waited and told me I couldn't try anything on because they closed the fitting rooms at 8pm. I explained I had been waiting since before 8pm and she told me that it was too late and the keys were already put away. She showed up without keys in general so that implies she did not have any intention on helping. I'm under the impression she waited until the fitting rooms were closed to avoid her obligation of helping customers. It was all very unprofessional and ridiculous. 0/10 read more

While almost all of the workers at this Walmart are very helpful and kind, the management is inept and rather worthless. Literally, every weekend I come here the only lanes open, other than the self-check, are the two 20 items or less lanes. I come Sunday or Saturday mornings to do my shopping for the week. I am very uncomfortable standing in a line with a cart full of groceries when there are people with just a few items behind me. Every week I have to call and ask that regular lanes be open for those of us who have full carts. There are so many things wrong with this, I don't even know where to start. I am no longer hopeful that this will change. As much as I like the workers here, I cannot come to this store any more. read more

All I have to say is the cashier Mia at the self check out at the time needs to stop being a grumpy old lady and communicate. Also to mention, good luck getting a manager to attend to you for a complaint. I had to wait 30 mins for them to get out of their "BREAK" so they can see me. I asked the manager (Juan) if there is any other managers working he said yes and he didn't know where they are at because he just came in from break. "Eek! Methinks not" doesn't begin to describe it. This is a lousy Wal-Mart. But when do you find a good one? This place is sprawling. Full of cheap stuff imported from China. No use in trying to find a sales associate or a clerk. They're too busy to help. This place is certainly short staffed. There were a lot of empty shelves. This is what the death of Main Street looks like. The self check out registers were broken when I went, and I had to get in a long line that moved incredibly slowly. Parking is a bit of a pain here- this parking lot is incredibly busy, and people seem to tune out when they get on the Wal-Mart property. read more

One reason why people hate Walmart..... they don't care about the people who work there. While checking out I noticed that the plastic protective guard was gone because it was broken and removed. Instead of putting the poor cashier at the next cash register over or any of the rest of them that weren't broken, this is where they put him. I guess it would require a person who cares about the people who work there, or someone with a functioning brain in management. read more

As far as Walmarts go this one is the worst of the worst for this area. I'm a retailer of 20 years and I can tell you that you shouldn't trust their website in terms of their inventory or if things are stocked where they're suppose to be. It's very common for a departmental reset to be activated and yet not done. A new product is considered "in stock" because it's in the backroom but it's not on the floor where it's supposed located. I've seen this happen many times. Many price changes aren't done. There was at least a month where the employees didn't have a key to a watch case because some employee (now former) took off with it. They employees that they attract I wouldn't even trust to take out the garbage correctly. They apparently have no choice but to hire the bottom of the barrel. Not all Walmarts are like this to this extent. There are at least 2 other Walmarts within the area (Northside) that's run a whole lot better. read more

Returns.......I'm currently expecting my 2nd child and have been in nesting mode like crazy. While Cleaning the closet in my little ones Room I came across a bed cover from mainstay that had never been opened and that we didn't plan on using. I bought this item in Dec16 or Jan 17 and could not find my receipt but since I bought it from this location and they actually still carried this very item I went to return it no problem right?...Wrong! I went to customer service and right off the bat the cashier Kurt was VERY rude. No one was in line so I went around the dividers to the front and bumped into the little pole. Once Kurt called to assist me he made a point to say" it would have been easier if you went around." With a attitude. No hello, No how can I help, not even a smile. I replied "it was what was easy for me, but thank you" I gave him my return and explained the details. He scanned it once pushed it back to me and said I can't return it...and called for the next customer before finishing with me. I explained that I was not looking for cash I just wanted store credit. Which he again told me no, so I asked for a manager. A CSM came over..not a manager and checked the item and he was at least pleasant. However, he told me since the barcode..not the item was not in the system he could not return the item and that I should try driving to other bigger Walmarts and see if they will take it back....this is a Walmart SuperCenter right.. He said that he could not do anything at all. I told him that was ridiculous and asked for the customer service number. I stepped to the side to call and explained what had occurred and they advised me to speak to an actual Manager and it would be up to them. I found the CSM and asked for the manager like they suggested. He walked me to the Store Managers office. I believe her name was Victoria (I could be wrong)..but within seconds of explaining, she took a gun thing out and scanned the item and told me the reduced price for it. She put it back in the system and said she would allow the return for store credit. She called the CSM back and advised him to personally handle the return. As he was doing what she said he began to apologize and said he should have done that and forgot that he could have etc. Long story short.....no one should go through that much trouble for a simple return! If it wasnt for the store manager I would have given a zero. She conducted her self professionally and I appreciate great customer service. read more

My mother and I just stood in the paint section for 20 minutes. The lady in line ahead of us had already been waiting 20 minutes. I asked 3 employees to page someone to help us. No one ever came. Clean, new and with a variety in different sizes in dairy and eggs is what I like about this newer location of Walmart. Prices are the same. The only thing holding me back from a 5 star review is that customer service...although very quick...it was not efficient in scanning my grapes, which regularly wouldn't be a big deal anywhere else except here. Cashier did not acknowledge me with the friendly greeting I get at the Nacogdoches location. Other than that they have a good looking location with a nicer outside design to the building. read more

Of course they never have enough help. Have been using the mobile app to purchase items and pick up in the store and this is the only Walmart where it actually takes a very long time for someone to actually show up. So far it's a walmart and there's no high expectations. It just opened, why should we expect more? Just be glad that's it's open 24/7 for your convenience. This store doesn't have all the things I need in stock but I can easily go to Walgreens or HEB. it's not a big deal for me. The bathrooms are clean. It's not ghetto. The employees are nice. Disappointed they seem to make no effort to enforce the company's mask policy. They put a big banner in front declaring masks were required, but I walked in behind an entire maskless family and the greeter said nothing to them. I brought it to her attention and she shrugged at me like ok why are you telling me. Walked in and saw more maskless people in the checkout lines. I had planned to shop here today but instead made my return and left. I won't be coming back until they enforce their own store rules, for the protection of employees and patrons. It should be the other way around, people who choose not to follow the rules should be required to shop elsewhere, not me. read more

Today at a Walmart location in San Antonio, Texas, a store manager, Fabiola Calderon and the asset protection Manager, Daniel Diaz, refused to sell me two hunting rifles that were on sale. This store is located at the corner of Thousand Oaks and Nacogdoches here in San Antonio, Texas. During the initial sale attempt, mind you all was going great up until, I mentioned that I was buying them for my Grandchildren, age 9 and 12. They claimed it was Walmart's policy not to allow me to buy them for another. Ok I understand the difference between a straw purchase and buying them for a gift. The initial attempt was Yesterday to only be stopped and referred to the store manager whom I attempted to talk to today only to be left for an hour leaning on the feed corn bags with excuses and finally the original manager, Daniel, to came back by to say he talk to Fabiola and her decision remain the same as his. I asked what they were basing their opinions on, why were they refusing me? His answer was it was policy. I asked again, Corporate policy, in every state and every store? Daniel's reply again was yes. I remained calm and recited the gun laws and read of their signage they had posted in the gun racks. Ok I know your saying I should not of said who they were for but I have no reason to lie because its legal for me to buy for my grandchildren. I am a citizen of this great country. I have a US Passport. I have never committed any crimes outside of a few speeding ticket. I had a CC license starting way back from early 2000 and now I have a LTC, so my background has been verified By the federal government. Yet this store, this one store refused to sell me a product that they had on sale. Here is the kicker, upon leaving this store, I visited two other Walmart's within 10 miles of each other and talked to the associates in these two other stores. One has been employed and working the sporting Dept for 16 years. Both stores were dumbfounded on what happened and both claimed they would sell me the rifles without question if they had any left and even recited the purchasing laws to me and claimed I was doing nothing that thousands if other grandparents and parents do around the country!! read more

The employees who are there stand around talking about their family problems or how bad they hate working there. They talk very loud not caring who hears even if it's their manager. Have 15 registers but only two, maybe 3 are used. Tons of homeless, shady people hanging out in the parking lot along with people asking for money. They are at Walmart so why not apply for a job and make money like I had to do. I don't mind the homeless as I give them food or drinks but NOT going to give out money for drug addicts.
