Sadly, the other reviews here reflect accurately the lack of customer service that is ingrained at this store. It's the closest to where I am but after 5 visits I am now driving twice the distance to another WalMart. There are very very few staff on the floor at any time, they appear disinterested, the checkout queues are long and only 3 or 4 are open at any time, aisles outside the food / grocery depts are not signposted clearly - the manager of this store seems not to care if we shop there, or not. Is there a zero stars option? Filthy parking lot, dirty carts, dirty floors. No cart wipes. I politely told the manager the lot was just full of trash yet she didn't care at all and didn't send anyone out to clean up. The lines to check out were so long that my ice cream was melting and I finally just left and went to Fry's. I would encourage you to NEVER go here. Try Target or a grocery store because this place is dirty and full of apathetic workers. read more

I just went to the store in Phoenix and spent 40$... the lady hands me two bags.... I said to her.."you got all that in two bags?" She looked at me and smiled.... I said impressive.... as I left I threw out my receipt.. I got to my hotel and learned I'm missing 2 strawberry containers and a chicken mango salad.... that's 10$!! I called up and a lady answered and I told her I left a bag there and threw out my receipt.... she said just bring your receipt to the front... I said "I just told you, I threw it away!" And she said hold on... a lady picks up the phone and asked what I needed... i told her the same story and she said hold on... a THIRD lady picks up and asks why I was holding ... I AGAIN told her and told her she is the third person that asked me the same thing... she tells me to hold on... she got back and said "we couldn't find your bag!". I AM LIVID! Probably never going to Walmart again!!!! Poor horrible service and my food was basically stolen. read more

I only shop here because it's close to where I work. Not the safest location as the neighborhood isn't a good location. There are a lot of homeless and weird people hanging out in and out of the store. read more

This walmart is gross and full of undesirables. Too bad i have to get my birth control pills here cause its the nearest one to my moms. Whenever i have to go i go in and get them and hurry the back out. Cashier was rude as hell to me when i grabbed some apple beer and cookies yesterday for a cookout and didnt know they started checking receipts at the door and told her to put it in the bag until the guy yelled at me to show him my receipt. I tried to find it and asked her for another one but she gave me attitude saying "thats why i tried to give it to you' in a very unpleasant manner" then i told her i didnt know about the receipt check. I know employees are treated badly at walmart but dont take it out on your customers! Last time i stopped to get anything other than my prescription.. read more

Tried to order a gift card from out of state. Worst customer service ever. Operator said it couldn't be done, I said it could, she sent me to customer service, they said it could be done on line, would walk me through it, please hold. Held forever, back to original operator who repeated that it couldn't be done, then sent me back to customer service. That operator said she was trying to get me to original customer service operator. Then I got disconnected. In the meantime, I figured out how to do it online myself. read more

As a traveller from Canada I was looking for a cheap cell phone plan to get me through 4 days in Phoenix. I explained the situation to a worker and he immediately suggested the $14.88 Verizen plan that includes $10 of credit. At $1.99/day I was able to use call umlimited in Phoenix to anywhere in the US and I still had some left over for a few minutes to Canada. Would highly recommend this plan for fellow travellers. read more

I have Multiple Sclerosis, I can walk somewhat. However I can't walk well enough to make it through a Walmart. This one does not have any courtesy carts, they don't own any.... unlike every other mid to large store in the country. Which is not really surprising since this store is so run down and dirty, you can just see no one cares or cleans anything. I'm pretty happy I can't physically shop there and had to leave. read more

The managers of this store are idiots who don't care if you come back. Avoid this store. The money you might save is not worth the time it takes to check out. God help you if you have to return anything. You'll be punished by having to stand in line forever because they only had one person at the counter when I was there and it was slow. A very poorly run store for the ghetto and ran by the ghetto. Go elsewhere if you have transportation. This place sucks. I blame the management. Do you like getto crapy walmarts then this is your stop! It's a great place to wait in line and get robbed! Idk who management is there but listen they need fired and you need to get some experienced staff in there to deal with all of these slow running store associates you have there they are lazy, that place is disgusting I seen the one review where the guy blamed the customers idc what the customers do it's no reason for it to look like that and for customers to wait an hour in line for one thing. I waited in line for customer service for a little over an hour then when I got there the woman says oh you need one of them forms over there next please oh no if you think I'm going to the end of the line we will see who's standing after I'm done swinging. No where did it say I needed a certain paper and it was way out of site to see it. My ass stood right there and I told her if you think I'm loosing my place your wrong her tune changed real quick. 3721 East Thomas Road, Phoenix 85018, Store # 2515 I am a vendor for a major distribution company that services Wal-Mart. I encounter many unjust situations on a daily basis, but have never experienced ANYTHING like I did this afternoon at Store #2515. I went to Wal-Mart for a few things, and ended up with a bill of almost $200. My shopping cart also included two bottles of wine. After a 25 minute wait on line, the cashier refused to sell me the wine because the person with me forgot his wallet at work--understandable! We left the property, and I returned to purchase the two bottles, and was told, by the same cashier, that they could not be sold to me. I went to speak with a front end manager, who, in turn spoke with the Store director (which I later found out was nothing more than another assistant manager) and was, again refused the sale of alcohol. When I asked why, she curtly responded,"because of Federal Law." I explained that I understood that, but the person I was with, was no longer in the building or on the property. She stated "it doesn't matter, do you understand me? It's Federal Law, not Wal-Mart's rules." I then responded "so you're telling me that because on 5/5/15 I was in line with someone without ID, you can never sell me alcohol?" to which she responded "we can sell it to you, but you would have to wait 24 hours." Now, the issue here is not complaining to corporate everyone--we need to contact the Federal Government to inform them that Wal-Mart is using their name to conduct business and create regulation that (after some research) does not exist -- there is no 24 hour rule! Now, for the aforementioned comments regarding merchandise that is not properly labeled; we need to contact the US Department of Weights & Measures. I made another purchase today at that store of something that had no shelf tag, yet that shelf was stocked by a Wal-Mart employee following a MOD indicating it belonged there. We cannot just let this store continue to operate under these conditions!! I called the store after the incident, and was placed on hold for over 6 minutes while the operator, clearly was screening the calls for complaints. I asked what the First/last name of the acting store manager was right now, she told me "Melissa." I asked what her last name was, and she responded "I don't know." I then asked for the corporate number, and was placed on hold even longer. She finally returned and told me to contact "1-800 Walmart." I will be taking this further. As mentioned earlier, I am a vendor and know the channels and avenues available. I will try and make sure this store is held accountable for everyone one of these instances. read more

I have been going here for since i was real young, when customer service was always helpful, but growing up as an adult so many things has changed. When the customer ask for help its like we are pulling off an arm and a leg, you see a sigh comingfrom the workers. its is also when a customer has more then 20 items and all the lanes are packed you waiting there for quite awhile. I have never been soo disappointed with their services before. I have tried to hold my breath over their services for the 2 and half years. This Walmart needs a better update. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I shop at this Walmart more than any other store. this is the only time I've had an issue besides the overall appearance of the store itself which isn't ever really in good condition as far as shelves being stocked, and the isles being clear; there are men looking for work out in the parking lot, it's ridiculous. The upkeep of this Walmart location doesn't seem to be a priority.Today I went to Walmart to buy two boxes of size 2 Huggies diapers. The shelves were empty. For some Reason Every Size but 2 was on the shelf. I particularly need Huggies because it's the only brand that doesn't give my son a diaper rash. I had to walk almost the entire Walmart To Find Help, A simple employee. I asked if she could check in stock in the back, she claims she did but she came back to quick and told me there weren't any. I asked another employee he left came back and said he couldn't get the diapers and that i had to wait until 8:30pm that's when the shelves are restocked. I arrive home to call and ask to speak to a manager. i asked why are there no more diapers on the shelve, i told him about his employees, and i asked why there were none in stock. his response was "the trucks don't arrive until 11:30 at night every night, there are no more in stock because there is a limit, and to come back at 11:30 tonight." yeah right i'll never shop there again! this is bullshit. lying employees, and they don't know what time the "trucks" come everyday to restock. how did they get a job?? -UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER read more
