Came to return a photo frame purchased in the wrong size. Easy with the receipt. Line wasn't long and associate was nice. We shopped for toiletries and cooking oil plus pencil cases. The selection of clothing is different from the location closer to my house. Will have to come check it out another time. read more

I ordered something from Walmart online. When I went to pick it up on the store, they told me I had to go to the far end of the building and wait in a designated spot for someone to come out and give it to me. Once you get to the spot, you have to call a phone number. This top process took at least 10 minutes. Then they finally come out and deliver your item you purchased. I fine. Walmart would sell more things if they did this process inside the store. read more

A Huge Shoutout to Dani, the Amazing Manager at Walmart in Parker, CO! Today, we had the pleasure of experiencing above and beyond customer service thanks to Dani! We were at the Walmart in Parker, CO, looking for a cute chair for our granddaughter that we saw was in stock online. After searching the area where the website indicated the chair should be, we couldn't find it. So, we turned to the customer service area where two wonderful ladies assisted us. One of the ladies made a call to the children's section, and they informed us that the chairs were in the stock room. After a little wait, Dani -- we believe she's a manager -- took it upon herself to go straight to the back and personally find the chair for us! She brought it up front with such care and attention, truly going the extra mile for us. While others might have simply said, "If it's not on the floor, we don't have it," Dani's dedication made all the difference. We'll never forget how she went the extra mile to make sure we got what we needed. Thank you, Dani, for your outstanding service -- you made our day! read more

Larger retail stores like this usually draw the short straw. Just by the numbers, they usually have more customers than smaller businesses. And more customers usually means more complaints. For the most part, Wal-Mart has things that I like / use (eg, sustainable sardines in water for the dogs). A lot of their prices are competitive with grocery stores, etc. Customer service might be lacking at times, but we have not experienced that. The parking lot might have shopping carts out and about, but occasionally customers forget to roll them into the corral. I usually look at the app prior to make sure the store has the items I want in stock. This can save a lot of time. read more

Well, this Walmart averages two stars, which should be considered a gift. Upon checking out with our obviously special-needs nine-year-old...the checker rings up the 15 to 20 items that we've purchased, and has me complete payment before I realized she didn't charge me for a bag. When I questioned her why she didn't charge me for a bag her reply was, " you didn't ask for one." Seriously? I asked her if it was the store's policy to require the customer to ask for a bag that is OBVIOUSLY needed and she said it was. So in addition to Walmart requiring customers to check themselves out (in most cases), they now require customers to actually ask for a bag. Anything else I can do for you Walmart? Stock your shelves? Sweep your floors? Pathetic customer service. read more

Prepaid for an item the website said was available. Went to pick it up and had to go to the "pick up" area and a product was brought out that was not what I ordered. So interesting they put a caveat of there may be a "substitution" of a product. How about the website just states "this product is not available". I wasted 2 trips. The first trip because the website actually stated the aisle where the product could be found. Of course it was not there. (So much for the great world of tech and inventory tracking.) I then ordered and PREPAID for the product on line because the website said it would be available the next day. Not only did I not receive the product I ordered, but the PREPAID charge is still pending on my bank account and I have nothing. I called this morning to talk with a manager (again). No one ever answered and the call disconnected. I will not ever order anything on line with this company again. And the remodel of this store? Sad that Walmart thinks it needs to look like a Target. read more

I bought a tv and some other items before Christmas. Vacuum and tv were broken. They were both used I returned them the lady didn't no what she was doing and instead of figuring it out she pretended to scan and said it be on card in 10-14 business days..I waited over a month which was a huge mistake because after contacting them the man calls me a liar and says I never returned either item. Then I get a call and they say sorry right and I'll have refund right away. I preface this review by saying I'm not one to shop in-store, but I do LOVE the shop online and pick-up or delivery services of this Wal-Mart! It's honestly the best. We've had the Wal-Mart+ membership now for just over a year and it's totally been worth it. Easy time selection for either pick-up or delivery. Only once did I have a delivery challenge and they made it right! We've now tried the new in-home service where delivery is included and delivered in to my garage via controlled access. The agent who delivers has taken great care - they will place refrigerated items in the fridge-freezer for you, all in a matter of minutes. For those concerned about having someone in your space, you receive a video of the entire delivery almost immediately - from the moment the agent exits the van to confirmation that your garage door is lowered and they close out your order. What a great service from the store! The time-savings and convenience this offers is appreciated! read more

This location is disgusting! I'm really sad aa this used to be the best Walmart ever. Hand sanitizer stations were empty! The old guy that was usually the greeter had his face in his phone when we entered the store. When we left the store 30 mins later, he was still face deep in his phone not even acknowledging anyone. What's the point of him? The restroom was filthy with overflowing trash cans. No paper towels, and hand soap was completely watered down. There were no carts available when we came into the store. There was crap piled and strewn about throughout the whole store. Sad :( read more

Called the Walmart on 2/7/22 at 3:28 to ask if they have Topo Chico. The lady on the phone replied no, I asked when they might get it in since I have seen it there before. Instead of informing me or even saying I don't know she just hangs up the phone on me. I call back and she declines my call multiple times. Walmart gets a 1/5 for having Terrible OTP customer service and a very dismissive attitude to their paying customers. I would rather go to the Target next door where they actually care about their customers. read more

The amount of trips I've made to this Walmart location are not many but only because I LOVE the Target that is literally across the street from it. Regardless, this location has yet to disappoint me. I have been at this Walmart in the morning, afternoon, evening, and even in the middle of the night (once). The parking lot always seems full but inside is quite the opposite. Not a ghost town but not crowded. It's well lit throughout so it doesn't give the feeling of your soul being drained away like many Coloradans has stated to me in the past, "Walmart is where dreams die." They have a Subway, nail salon, optometry, and a car service area - all the norms of any Walmart Super center except the Subway may be swapped with a McDonalds. This Walmart location appears to have an adequate amount of staff but you may have to flag someone down if you need assistance as they are not readily available at your disposal. I have yet to checkout with an actual cashier not because of long lines, or anything of that sort but because self-checkouts are located at both ends/entrances. Self-checkout is fun, don't you agree? You get to pretend to be a cashier for a minute. Haha. Ooh, if you love to craft and/or sew like me, then you won't be disappointed with the amount of fabric they have in stock! That's the biggest thing that compelled me to write this review. FABRIC! I haven't bought any though.. not yet. read more

First I would like to say Teresa was so helpful, I waiting for an unlock for over 10 minutes and she decided to go grab the keys from the attendant who would not come over and unlock the case. As we were walking to self checkout the guy with the dumbass wannabe combover stopped us and wouldn't let us checkout since the store closed as we walked up to checkout and we said we had waited for an attendant who never showed but still denied us.( we only had 1 item) crappy customer service and response time. We hadn't realized Walmart closes. We thought it was 24/7. We walked in and there were tons of people there. Then as we're walking to check out about 10 minutes past 11 everything is closed and they rudely dismissed us and said they're closed and we couldn't check out. This is neither the best nor the worst Walmart I typically go to. The worst is the one at Chambers and Parker Road, the best is near Arapahoe and Havana. The Walmart in Parker has good every day prices, but the sales prices on groceries are few and far between, and you are better shopping sales at a King Soopers or Safeway. The produce selection here is also inferior to those stores, and (as Cheryl pointed out) completely inadequate compared to Sprouts or Sunflower Market. That said, this is a pretty good place to get household items, toiletries, dog food, etc. This Walmart needs to make an effort to open more checkout lines during peak hours. read more

I shop here when I need to, but I prefer the Business Center Drive location much better. Why? 1. The Parker location ALWAYS has unstocked shelves. I can rarely get everything I need. 2. We went to pick up a Butterball turkey 5 days before Christmas. FIVE. DAYS. There were hardly any turkeys to choose from. So we bought a brand we aren't familiar with and it turned out to be dry. That isn't the fault of Walmart. It is their fault that their stock is always low on many things. I even asked if they had any more turkeys in the back. Nope. No more turkeys. Parker is no longer a smaller community. Whoever handles inventory needs to realize that. read more

I'm not going to lie... I've avoided Walmart like the plague. I will say, however, for certain things like automotive, camping, appliances this place is amazing! They have more useful camping gear and RV parts than Camping World. I checked out the grocery side and I'm not too impressed. Organic doesn't really seem to be a requirement for the general demographic. So no food here but for household, camping, and automotive goods there is no better place to go. read more
