This Walmart is ok at best mainly because it just feels so dirty inside for some reason and the employees act like NPCs, NOT EVEN JOKING! But there is a good amount of stuff to buy so I'll give it that and it has a subway which is nice but I never tried it so I can't say it's the best. Overall if you live close to this Walmart (like I do) you should probably just go to this one no matter what because it's decent enough. read more

I placed an order for groceries to be delivered.on February 14th They were supposed to be here between 6-7 p.m. I received a text at 6:40 saying they would be delayed. At 9:50 p.m. I contacted corporate customer service and they stated to me they had no drivers available. They said they would be here at 8 am on the 15th. At 10 am no groceries. NEVER AGAIN!!! I bought a $129 battery here 15 months ago. Now dead for third time. It has a 3 year warranty but they say it can be charged up even tho I've fully charged it up with my large 12 volt charger 3 times. I'm not going to leave my wife stranded again with a dead battery. All I want is a prorated price for a different battery. I'm not asking for new battery free. I was shocked that even manager Kim said no. All the money I've spent there over the years. This was published on Google by my wife .... The cashier Deja, had no customer service skills at all. She was very rude and pushy and  very immature. When she saw how much groceries my family was buying she grabbed her sign that said lane closed and took it upon herself to place it at the end of the lane. She did not even ask  us politely at all, if it would be ok to move our cart away from the conveyor belt so she can avoid any other customers to enter her lane.  As a employee she needs to be retrained in customer service. When she saw that we were going to purchase alcohol she again rudely demanded me to make sure I place the item at the back of my purchase. Instead of working around the item she started to argue with the customer at where the alcohol was placed. She also said under her breath, right in front of my husband, you do not have to be so rude. I did say back to her she needs to watch what she says to customers since this is her job and not mine.  For the rest of the time she did not even say one one to us or even apologize for her rudeness. The manager did come by while she was ringing us up and asked if she was ok if she would take one more customer and Deja said very cheery she sure can. The only person that thanked us for shopping at Walmart was the manager as she handed me my recipe.  This is why I NEVER like to shop at Walmart Stores. Especially the one off of 680 and the Irvington Exit in Omaha, NE. read more

One of my daily stops, plus their doing remodel which is making this Walmart step up their game by all these new updates. Hopefully they can fix some of the staff as some walk around on their phones and you hear some swearing specially from employees in electronics. Other then that most are always smiling and pretty helpful when you have questions. Photo lab usually has a wait as no one really responds to the tap for assistants. But anyway I think the updates their doing making the place look nice! read more

I had three people get overhead pages today to get someone to help cut fabric, 20 minutes later I take the uncut bolts to the service desk and ask for a manager, I gave up 20 minutes later... the manger shows up while I am checking out and rudely interrupts after I ask him to please wait one moment while I finish my almost complete transaction...I found him to show poor quality customer service skills... I never did get my fabric as I didn't want to walk to the back of the store and wait again...there is some good people working here but this experience means I will take my money out of my neighborhood and elsewhere .... read more

When someone told me this was a newer Walmart store, I won't lie-- I thought they were pulling my leg. The outside maintenance and the quality of the construction of the store leaves a lot of room for want. Inside there are signs that it's newer, but the store itself is so understaffed it's no wonder areas have been neglected. Back in the photo department, it looked like a soda can exploded all over a display of personalized photo gifts, and no one bothered to clean it up since it happened at LEAST 6 months ago-- or so the 1/8" of dust on top of it suggests. Many of the displays have damaged tags or no tags at all. I found a stack of what looks like photo paper with bleeding tag barcodes and pricing on a shelf-- I'm unsure why the cardstock tags used in all the other stores aren't used here. Due to understaffing, it's incredibly difficult to find assistance just about everywhere. Most of the price check scanners are out of order or missing, and stock in general at this store is HORRIBLE. One night when I went looking for a pair of black flats, there were 3 pairs of women's shoes in the entire department, all size 5 with the exception of clearance. When calling to verify if they carried a certain brand of dog food, I was juggled around on hold for 14 minutes. Each time someone re-answered, it was someone new who had no clue I was on hold. Then I got disconnected and gave up. I came upon a manager assisting a customer with crockpots last night and heard her tell the customer that there were 10 in stock, but she couldn't get one for the customer. It was off-putting considering I also wanted one of the same products, and instead of suggesting a different product to the customer, the manager just kind of wandered off. It was ME who talked the woman out of a growing rage and suggested a price-comparable product to try out since her need for the crockpot was urgent (Superbowl party and the one she had used for years crapped out on her that afternoon), and mentioned if she decided in a day or so that she still preferred the manual one, exchanging it during a time the store had more associates on hand for better service would probably be the best route. That was really all she needed to hear and she was on her way. You're welcome, Walmart. There have been armed robberies at this store ongoing for months and employees just act like it's normal. Their loss prevention employees are blatantly obvious and eerily so. (I got followed around by a man who looked like a lumberjack once when I was wearing a hoodie and yoga pants... At first I thought he was just a creeper, but then I saw him waltz into the back and start chatting up a group of employees. Now I know of at least 2 of these loss prevention guys, and they aren't very good at blending in.) I really hope corporate gets word of how much of a fail this store is, and quickly before it self-implodes. I live nearby and would really like to be able to enjoy my shopping trips here. Prices really are good, and the quality of the products is decent when there is stock available. Hire more people and treat the employees you have better! read more

I know that we don't really expect high quality and class from Walmart, but this is literally probably the worst Walmart I have ever been to. We went to the electronic section and had to search out a person to help us find what we needed. When we found said person there were four employees all standing around just talking and joking with one another. They acted like we were a huge inconvenience for asking them a question. Then when the girl actually led us to the product that we were looking for, she pointed it out and we started asking a question and she literally walked away mid question. Awful customer service. Put that together with the fact that this is a pretty ghetto Walmart and I certainly would not go here after dark, and I would steer clear. The only reason I would ever go back is if I was in a complete emergency situation and had to grab something nearby quickly. read more

There isn't much to expect from Walmart anymore. Right now, Sam Walton would roll over in his grave if he found out what his legacy came to in the business he worked so hard to build up. The store staff act like they are all slaves to the place or do not care. There is no sense or urgency whatsoever in helping out guests. I am currently sitting in line in the TLE department after waiting an hour for oil change and tire rotation. This department is horrendously disorganized and staff move at their leisure. If all the employees at this location were as nice and polite and well trained in their jobs as those in Walmart pick up, the entire store would have a five star rating. They do a great job! The safety in the parking lot leaves something to desire as there are always lights out at night. I can say that I have never had a problem getting what I wanted. The staff may not look happy all the time but they are always helpful and that counts as service in my book. The store does not seem that dirty over other older stores so I cant really say anything bad there. Its a Walmart and at least its not the one on 72nd in Papillion that makes you check yourself out at night and turns the A/C units off so its employees sweat while they save a buck. read more

This Walmart is the worst. They never have enough checkouts. I stopped tonight and they had 1 checkout. That was clear on the other end of the store. The door that gets locked at 10:00 PM. It had 5 people waiting to check out there. The only thing that was open was the self checkout. When you have a lot of items and no one to help, it is a pain to try and get everything out of the cart and put on a small counter and then into a small bag. I hate stopping there. The only reason I stop is because it is on my way home. I have a bad experience there almost every time I go there. Never enough checkouts. At least 4-5 people in a line. You have to wait 1/2 hour or more to get checked out. One of the worst stores that Walmart has. read more

I came in last Saturday to the Auto center because my tire had an nail in it. I requested to have the nail removed from my tire/patched up to prevent leak. I waited for almost an hour & 45 minutes until my jeep got serviced. An associate comes out and suggested I get a brand new tire and starts quoting prices. He gave me a range from $90-120 for a replacement, but I declined for a cheaper competitor. The associate then gives me keys back and motions "no charge" as if he is doing a favor for me. On Tuesday, during my lunch I realized that my tire is going flat once again. I usually get my oil changed at Jiffy lube so I drove to the nearest location. The mechanic there showed that the nail was not removed from my passenger tire and is still leaking air. I called into the Wal-Mart department for the supervisor name Tammy, explained to her this inconvenience and all she could say was "what do you want me to do". She told me something completely different that was on the work order than the associate who assisted me previously. I was NOT advised that no work will be done on my tire after I waited for almost two hours unless I purchase a new tire. I was NOT advised that this "policy" is a safety hazard, which is comparable to driving off the lot with a flat tire and crashing my vehicle. Tammy then decided to hang up on me while I was giving compliments on Jiffy Lubes exceptional customer service. I will not be coming here ever again and wont suggest anyone to. read more
