In addition, I have went there for breakfast at least 6 times and this is what my feedback is about. The staff taking breakfast orders at the deli counter is terrible. EACH AND EVERY TIME I have been there, the person taking the order is ambivalent, morose, unsmiling, impatient, short, or a combination of some or all. Now, this is the CUSTOMER FACING part of your store and yet, these people are sending out the signal that our breakfast business is unimportant and that our visit, TO YOUR STORE, is an imposition. Today, as an example, the woman was serving an older gentleman in front of me who was obviously having trouble hearing with the plexiglas shield and the fact that he was over 80. She was annoyed and it was clearly showing on her face and in her tone when telling the man to push certain buttons on the pin pad. He was getting flustered and she had no patience whatsoever. Just this side note, the MAJORITY of your customers each weekday morning are over 60. Try treating them like human beings and realize that some have hearing loss or move slower than others. Now, the price for the food is very reasonable but can someone clean the grill? when eggs come out with black charred remnants of past 'cooks' something is wrong with your clean up routine. In addition, hash browns shouldn't come out white. Cook the damn things so they brown up at least a little instead of trying to rush the order out. I just don't understand why the store doesn't put personable people out front and someone who cares about their job. I get that you won't get rich working there but if you don't want to work, then leave and find something else.

I decided to try them again And wowwww! I was blown away how poorly I was treated by staff. I filled up my cart with what I needed and then waited for a young man cleaning his conveyor. As I approached, the cashier was talking to a man that was working the customer service counter, both employees looked at me then went back to what they were doing. No greeting at all. I guess you have to be a customer conscious employee. Horrible service no attention to detail and I will give my money to one of the three other grocers in this town. I blame your leadership for this, I said it four months ago but you really blew it. Oh yeah, they helped me so I left my cart where it was and went home. Your company does not want customers or their money.

We ordered roast beast, farmers cheese, and salami. My kids were blown away at how delicious and fresh it was. I realized that I nearly failed as a parent because I had never brought home farmers cheese to them before! Everyone is so kind here and they have everything you would ever need.

Unfortunately, they were out of one item that I came in for (sugar-free vanilla pudding mix), and I also do not see any heads of iceberg lettuce, which was strange as I have never been to an Aldi that doesn't have these. Otherwise, they had all of the regulars and much, much more! The cashier was nice, and extremely fast as usual with this store. I will definitely be back to this location!

I was stopped for a reason ! The lady was a worker she had a bobbed style hair cut dyed black and red. She gave no effort to apologize and didn't even look our way as she passed by my vehicle to walk inside !My grandma is 88 years old and I am 25 weeks pregnant ! if she would have hit us or the elderly couple it could have been fatal with how fast she was going. Once we got in the store I had looked up while shopping with my grandma and she was just staring with a dirty look on her face. Very rude, very inconsiderate! If you're late for work - leave earlier problem solved- don't put other people's lives at risk for your poor time management!

My big complaint is that they are really not great at keeping things in stock, especially sale/coupon items. Nine times out of ten, the sale/coupon item shelves will be empty if you don't get there first thing in the morning. We often end up going to the Madison Ave. location to shop because they do a fantastic job of keeping everything stocked. If they could do a better job with stocking at the Broadway location, I would certainly give them five stars.

Recently changed pharmacy from Walgreens to Bakers as our insurance provider said Walgreens was no…read morelonger a preferred provider. What a very big mistake!!! Service was horrible. It would take as much as four days to fill a prescription! Once they only gave me a partial refill just to get me by til they could fill the rest. I finally called Aetna and asked about changing back to Walgreens and they looked up my most expensive medication and said there wasn't a price difference and that I could go back to Walgreens.
