But this shout out is specifically for Zoe in Clinique because I still get my essentials and she knows all my favorites and color likes. I get calls for all promotions and bonus times which I love and regardless of how busy she is in store I hear the smile and patience while I give her my order and ask questions. Even when you call in there's an operator who politely transfers your calls, which is so personal. I miss the piano, but customer service from thousands of miles away is top notch. There are signs throughout, so it is relatively easy to find the area you are hoping to shop in. Each time I've come to search for something, I have not had any luck. The main reasons I have not bought anything here are either of it. Nothing fits my frame/style (This store is much more geared towards women than juniors, and business/cocktail attire than anything casual), and that the price point is high above competitors I shop at. Overall, I do not think I am their target market, but I am shocked that people come in and spend what they do for items you can get cheaper elsewhere. Probably just a matter of opinion, but I do not frequent this store often for that reason. I do know a lot of friends who get great deals with within the shoe clearance area -- this seems to be what they're known for! I looked around, and did see some decent deals, but nothing that I needed. Overall, I would come back here to shop at the shoe clearance, but probably nothing else.

We have been members 8+ years and loved it when they recently built a new location 10 minutes from our home. We were originally drawn to Costco for their discounted gas prices that save us .04-.08 per gallon and of course the discounted meat and produce. This week we ordered a new LG washer, dryer, pedestals and dish washer from Costco and we were very impressed by the communication, delivery team, and installation. Delivery, installation and haul away was included in their price as was the hoses and materials needed to get everything up and running. We have never experienced such a smooth install--they were there when they said they would be and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. We will not hesitate to recommend Costco for appliance purchases and will put them at the top of our list when purchasing future appliances. One consideration is that appliances are ordered on line so the purchaser will need to be comfortable with online purchases. We went to the store and they were very helpful walking us thru the process and showing us the features and sale price bundles. Costco is more than discounted fuel and groceries!

A few of my favorites are Hu Hot, PepperJax, Qdoba, Omaha Kebabs, Persis Biryani, and Le Peep. There is also Caddy Shack, ColdStone, and Potbelly, which I've eaten at and are also pretty good. There are a few other shops/businesses in North Park, like a tattoo shop, a few insurance offices, and a smoke shop, but I can't speak to those. The parking lot can get a little crazy, because it has about five different little "alcove" lots within it, but I have never had a problem finding a spot right near where I want to eat/shop. If you work or live anywhere near North Park, you can always find a place to eat there that will meet your cravings!

I went in on a weekend today, so that is likely the reason for so much more traffic than usual! In addition, I have went there for breakfast at least 6 times and this is what my feedback is about. The staff taking breakfast orders at the deli counter is terrible. EACH AND EVERY TIME I have been there, the person taking the order is ambivalent, morose, unsmiling, impatient, short, or a combination of some or all. Now, this is the CUSTOMER FACING part of your store and yet, these people are sending out the signal that our breakfast business is unimportant and that our visit, TO YOUR STORE, is an imposition. Today, as an example, the woman was serving an older gentleman in front of me who was obviously having trouble hearing with the plexiglas shield and the fact that he was over 80. She was annoyed and it was clearly showing on her face and in her tone when telling the man to push certain buttons on the pin pad. He was getting flustered and she had no patience whatsoever. Just this side note, the MAJORITY of your customers each weekday morning are over 60. Try treating them like human beings and realize that some have hearing loss or move slower than others. Now, the price for the food is very reasonable but can someone clean the grill? when eggs come out with black charred remnants of past 'cooks' something is wrong with your clean up routine. In addition, hash browns shouldn't come out white. Cook the damn things so they brown up at least a little instead of trying to rush the order out. I just don't understand why the store doesn't put personable people out front and someone who cares about their job. I get that you won't get rich working there but if you don't want to work, then leave and find something else.
