Things are laid out very well here, so it's really fun to look around at the different items and styles! Things are easily organized by type of products you are looking for, and there's plenty of room to walk around looking, and see all angles of the items for sale. This store, just like Nebraska furniture Mart has FAR too many employees. You can tell they are all commission based. Every time I walk around, between five and 10 employees ask me if I'm finding everything all right. This isn't the worst thing that can happen while you're shopping, but in my opinion, it does get a little annoying, and concerning to see how many employees are without customers to help. Overall, I love coming here for inspiration! I am very picky on the items I buy, so have yet to find something I actually purchased in the store, but hope to someday as the price point is reasonable.

Some fond memories of this store in my youth even though I worked at Bakers on 90th. Back in the day we would head here for a cheap breakfast like 2.99. This store has a variety of everything food, deli, Chinese, pizza, floral, bakery, organic, health items, liquor, restaurant and more. They have robust pharmacy and wine selection. I always find what I need in the liquor department and love finding clearance out items. Every time I come to Omaha, I usually go to this store to grab wine for the week and creamer for my coffee. On my last visit, I was able to buy stuff for our upcoming bbq. Everything was fresh but they were out of Cotija cheese for my elotes. Anyway all in all a very nice grocery store. I went in there looking for containers to organize some things and cat food. Finding containers was near impossible because they entire store is cramped and unorganized. It looks like aisles from Goodwill. Whoever is doing their stocking needs to slow their roll! I picked out a rug that had no tag, but next to it in a wrapped package was the same rug. Separately packaged inside. Each with an individual tag of $15. I took the opened one to the counter and the girl rang me up while talking to her friend through her Bluetooth headphones. She asked her manager how much it was and she said $25. She rang it up, prepared to charge me. I spoke up that i thought it had read $15 like the other similar ones. All she did was remove it from the transaction and tell me my new total. Didn't give a sh*t. Once my receipt was out of her hand she kept gabbing to her friend on the phone and walked away. I left with my cat's food thankfully. Horrible customer service. Horrible store. Horrible way of sale.

Jessie is the manager still I think as of 11-23-24, and been there awhile so knows all answers, and is a nice young man. On most trips, there is at least one employee out ON THE FLOOR for you to track down and ask for assistance with something. They're happy to help and act like it, which is a real departure from many shopping experiences today in most stores. They have items you'd expect at a TSC and maybe more, but it's NOT Menards, Home Depot, etc with 240,000 square feet of store. This also means you can get in, get your stuff, and be on your way in no time. When in doubt they carry an item, SIMPLE, I just go to their nicely functional web site. Use proper search terms, and if that doesn't find it, just take a second and browse through the product types you would think your item might be in, and some times they got it, and your search term just didn't grab it. No biggie. You can always call them too and ask a human. They got em! :)
