Although the surgery itself was a success, what happened afterward was unforgiveable. Against my brother's wishes and during a terrible ice and snow storm, he released him only hours after surgery without an adequate dosage of pain killers. Because of the storm, they were not able to get out of Omaha safely and had to rent a motel room! The next day when they finally made it home, his pain was so severe he had to be admitted into an emergency room in the town they live. There they administered the appropriate pain killers and kept him overnight for observation. I would not want someone else to be put in such a situation, so I am submitting this review.

I have seen many optometrists and ophthalmologists in the 10 years since moving from Omaha, yet none have been able to match the quality and precision of him and his staff. Staff measure ones face and mark the center of the eye to ensure that the lenses are made correctly and the fit is good. No other place I have visited has done this though it is the standard I expect since not doing so has led to dissatisfaction with the corrective lenses and the need to return them to be remade. Staff also give feedback and help assist with finding the right pair of glasses making the process easy and efficient. I have decided to drive 6.5 hrs for my eye exams and glasses again after being disappointed by other places.
