I visited Kohll's last week for a fertility shot prescribed by my physician. I was apprehensive to get the shot but I am so thankful it was at Kohll's! I had the pleasure of talking to all four of the women that were working in the pharmacy and all of them were very kind. They were even so sweet to my toddler who accompanied me. Staff was able to price match my prescription to save me some money!The pharmacist was knowledgeable and reassuring in regard to all of the questions I had for her. Kohl's pharmacy the one on Dodge Street in Omaha Nebraska they told me I no longer cannot receive my deliveries with my medication cuz I was harassing them and I asked why they said because I kept calling about my deliveries. I asked the gentleman if my medication can be delivered through the mail he said only certain medications I asked him was I being discriminated against he said no we don't do that here and then he hung the phone up in my face. Recently bought replacement batteries for my 83yr old mother's scooter from Kohl's. $180. Installed and work great. Afterwards I looked into price of exact batteries on line. I could have bought exact batteries for more than 1/2 the price at Batteries Plus or Amazon. This RX has everything you can think of for injury recovery. I came for an indoor stair lift & outdoor wheelchair ramp. Staff are friendly & knowledgeable to get exactly what you need. I was able to get a stairlift under 5yrs old for a cheaper cost. It's nice they have that option. Prices are comparable & install may set you back a few weeks, but they work well with your schedule. read more

Kohlls Taxi Service transported my wheel chair bound mother from a local nursing home to a nearby funeral home for a visitation this past Tuesday on 08/04. Everything went fine - the driver was very professional and the VISA charge went through. The big problem is that I went by my mother's room yesterday and found the document entitled "Reservation Sheet" laying on her bedside table. The bottom of the sheet shows a section entitled "Payment Information/Agreement." In that section, my full sixteen-digit credit card number, the expiration date, and the three digit security code was shown. Anybody, such as worker at the home or someone who later found it in the dumpster, could use that information to order goods online with no problem. I have never seen a vendor show this kind of information on any invoice or receipt - Wal Mart, NFM, any restaurant - they will only disclose the last four digits of your VISA number. When I called the Kohlls Taxi Service the phone answered by a person named "K" (name withheld). She didn't think it was a big deal and told me that I was showing her "attitude," and she had a dismissive viewpoint. I found her attitude towards me and towards the idea opening displaying my personal information outrageous. Needless to say, I didn't get anywhere with her. A member of my family who works at FNB Omaha also found the open display of my full credit card information shocking. No invoice or receipt should ever have that kind of information on it. That section should have been cut off before it was sent to the customer. I don't know how long your company has been doing this but it needs to cease. If your company won't do that, then at least give the customer the option of paying by check and not having themselves exposed to this reckless practice. read more

We purchased a lift chair from Kohlls Rx in Millard (Omaha) Nebraska. The chair was to be delivered to us and set up. I did not get a call letting me know the delivery was on its way as expected. We were not home when the delivery person arrived at our home. He called and I explained that our son was nearby and would come over to let him in. (My wife was hospitalized the day before and I was with her.) The delivery man, Nick, was understanding and waited for our son to arrive. He was amazing according to our son. He set the chair up and placed it where we wanted it. He offered best wishes for my wife's recovery. She was surprised by the chair when she returned home. She absolutely loves it because it assists her in getting into and out of the chair and is very comfortable. Nick is a superb representative of Kohll's! Thank you Nick! read more

I had been displaying Covid symptoms for the past two days and decided it was time to suck it up and get a test. Kohl's pharmacy was the only pharmacy close to me that had availability. I pulled up to the parking lot about 10 minutes prior to my scheduled time. The lady came out to my car and was obviously put off that she had to help me. So much so, that I told her I had no problem waiting until my exact appointment time if she had other things to do. That made her become even more hateful and rude. Nonetheless, she aggressively swabbed my nostrils and told me I will text you later. I'm not sure if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed or what. Terrible first impression and i probably won't be using their services anytime soon. read more

My fiancé got a prescription for compression stockings from her doctor today. Since she met her yearly out of pocket for insurance we decided to try to pick them up. We walked into Kohll's and went to the first counter. They had a sheet of paper posted that if you are buying compression stockings to go to the middle counter. Problem is there is a front and back middle desk. Went to the back and the gentleman working there directed us to the front. We stood at the front desk for a few moments and finally a woman came to help us. She was very curt from the beginning as if we were inconveniencing her. We explained the situation and she reprimanded us that the doctor didn't give us a chart or Mercury grade. Things we have no idea about as a patient. We could hear her on the phone with her doctor and she was very rude to them as well. The end of the day we got what we needed ordered, but we both left feeling like we did something wrong. Thinking of someone's grandparent being treated this way makes me sad. I certainly will look elsewhere if future needs arise. read more

I was denied a covid vaccine after making an appointment, calling beforehand and talking with a pharmacist if I could get the vaccine because I have type 1 diabetes, filling out paperwork, etc. When I got there, it took staff over 30 minutes to help me after a few other staff members said they were already helping someone. When I called & asked to speak to the person in charge (Mark), I was put on hold & told he'll be right w/you. 15 minutes later after no answer, I hung up & called back & was told he went to lunch. wtf? Kohls is absolutely INEPT, STUPID & WORTHLESS. Kohl's is as useless as our feckless president. At least he has the dementia excuse. Kohl's ppl just don't give af. When I know I have to work with Kohll's to get medical equipment through my insurance, I cringe. It took 4 months to get a piece of medical equipment previously. This time they had a chatting feature on their website that was helpful to check the status of getting my equipment approved but the chatting feature just disappeared one day. It is impossible to call them because they do not answer the phone. I had to call the regular pharmacy twice and tell them to put me on hold until I could talk to a real person. I got a hold of someone and they promised to call back soon. Hours went by and I had to call the regular pharmacy once again. I finally got the equipment approved and delivered. 3 days later someone from Kohll's called me to tell me my equipment was ready to be picked up and I told her it had already been delivered a few days ago. She literally told me not to tell anyone. I wish there was an alternative to Kohll's but their isn't for the size and type of medical equipment I need. read more

The service that I received from Kohll's RX was outstanding. Alex, the associate, was on time and completed the job in a very reasonable timeframe. He explained the different steps as he completed the project. The completed project provided the access to the shower that was required. He left the job site and room as clean as it was when he arrived. He removed all debris and vacuumed the room. I would highly recommend Alex for installation of the Cleancut product. read more

Condescending attitude received from the person I was directed toward to, to speak about the hoops I would have to jump thru to receive diabetic shoes, even with a prescription they had received from my doctor. I realize Medicare requires certain things, but after not hearing back from these guys with any status update after several months, I finally just gave up and purchased some shoes. Not only was Kohll's taking appointments, they also provided walk-in access for the CoVID vaccine for children the first day it was possible to do so. What an amazing service to our local community. I like to use small local businesses whenever possible. I won't be using this one going foward. Followed the instruction on my email for confirmation of a COVID-19 test, paid out of my insurance. Wrong instructions on email, no signage, person in parking lot ignored me for over 45 minutes. ............ service inside worse than outside. Uncaring, unhelpful, uncommitted. Pharmacist asked why I hadn't called when I was in the store with my cellphone in hand ringing the pharmacy. They weren't answering the phone. Really an unacceptable experience and so very unprofessional. response from business: "JD, I'm very sorry for your poor experience.  Although, I'm a little confused.  None of the were tossing paper around or having joke time. If you're looking for diabetic shoes, avoid this place like the plague. My partner, Bob, put in a request and it was a nightmare dealing with them. It's impossible to speak with anyone there. They direct you to an online form where you fill out the information as to what your request is, then they ignore you that way as well. They must have a thousand fax numbers as my doctor's office faxed information multiple times, and they didn't receive it. The doctor's office also called and was not able to speak with anyone. We found another place that was not only happy to have our business, but also picked up the phone so we could actually speak with a person. I know medical supplies and mobility equipment is in demand, but save yourself the headaches and deal with someone else from the start. You'll save yourself much frustration. read more

Terrible place to do business! Was told to put something in my wife's name because I didn't have a prescription from the doctor and it would be easier to switch it over once I received the script from the Dr. I received the script and forwarded it to them less than 48 hours later. Fast forward two and a half months later and they never put the item in my name. Had no record of it. Of course it was still in my wife's name and never transferred it to me. The guy working told me to take it back with me and return it the next day when a manager was there. I said I'd rather not drive all the way back out here, can't I just leave it and we figure it out tomorrow. I called and left a message the following day, a Monday only to never receive a call back. I called back a couple of times, and was finally able to speak with someone later on Thursday. I was told my wife checked a box saying we would private pay, even though verbally we were told to put it under her name because it would be easy to switch over once I received the script. Very rude customer service on their part multiple times. #1 never putting it into my name once I sent them the script. #2 Telling me to come back the next day to return the item when I'm already there. #3 Not returning my phone call, after admitting they received the call and someone from their staff was supposed to call me. #4 Basically calling me a liar by saying they don't prorate, even though their employee told us to do it by putting it in my wife's name because it can easily be switched over. I have found the durable medical equipment team to be very inconsistent with their customer service. One person will be extremely helpful and friendly, and the next two are very curt, hostile and condescending. Overall, my experience with them has not been particularly positive. Don't think I could find a worse pharmacy. Had a terrible time getting a nebulizer. Doctor faxed prescription and instead of calling me and letting me know they don't have them (although they have a respitory department and the sticker on my existing machine says Kohls....) they sat on the prescription. When I called to have prescription moved to a reputable pharmacy, they said it would be better if the doctor called in a new prescription to the new pharmacy because they didn't know how to send a fax.... This is just one example of one experience of many I've had with Kohlls.... read more

I had a fantastic experience this morning. My 93-year-old grandpa needed a walker. We were all worried about him because he isn't as strong anymore and his current walker isn't stable. I called and talked to Ethan and he was super patient and explained everything to us. He said he would be there at open to help us and he was so freaking kind and wonderful. He was super patient, listened and answered questions even though my grandpa is kind of hard to hear. I want to commend Ethen because he was just great and this guy deserves a raise! read more

I have gone into this Kohll's serval times in the past few months. I have never had friendly service. I have never been able to get anyone to help me with questions I had. When I would pay I was meet by people that acted like I was bothering them. It would take for ever and then when I went to use my HSA on a walker was told they dont take HSA accounts so I had to pay cash and get reimbused. I get it sometime codes are off and as long as I was reimbused it was no big deal. Well today took the cake. I went to make a purchase Tina in the back was Amazing took me to what I needed helped me pick what would work best for me. Went to pay and she asked the clerk if they could help me. My doctor prescribed pain medication for my injured shoulder and sent the prescription to Kohl's Pharmacy, 50th and Dodge St, Omaha NE. I requested delivery to in order to get my medication asap. I still haven't received my medicine. My doctor ordered my medicine a week ago! After contacting Kohl's they informed me that they mailed it! Unfortunately, that was not true. I received other medications but not the pain medication! I contacted Kohl's again and I was told it would be delivered tomorrow! I've been in pain for over a week! I originally requested delivery in the first place. This has been and continues to be my worst experience with Kohl's Pharmacy!! They completely dropped the ball and they didn't even apologize or provide me with an explanation for this mess! I have had to purchase other over the counter medication to help mitigate the pain of my injured shoulder and I've been taking large amounts of ibuprofen just to get some relief. This company's dedication to customer care is non-existent. Having used this company for just a few months it's obvious there is no interest in building a loyal customer base. After receiving several incorrect orders I asked to speak to a manager. I got Merideth and she told me to call her direct and she would handle my orders. I left her a message in December of the supplies I needed. To date I have not received any shipments nor a return phone call from her. I also keep getting texts asking if I need CPAP supplies. I text back yes. I've never heard back from them or received a shipment of supplies. I'm now ordering from Amazon and a direct shipment warehouse to get the supplies I need which means I can't use my insurance to help with the costs. Care to explain? read more

I was trying to get a walker with wheels. The person on the phone was extremely rude. I have to pay cash up front yet they won't submit to Medicare, I have to do that. My doctor wrote on the prescription that I have a fractured pelvis. I would think that's plenty for Medicare. Mindy said they did not get the requested doctor notes showing the need for the walker. Wow. They said they were going to follow up tomorrow with my doctor. That's one week from the initial request. Kohlls (Mindy) was very rude to me on the phone not once but twice. She said I could pay cash and not have to pay tax because they had the Rx from the doctor. But once I buy it I cannot submit to Medicare. Apparently Kohlls is not a Medicare provider. If they were, this would be a non issue. I notified my doctor to not bother with further documentation. We ordered one on Amazon today. I'll never do business with Kohlls nor recommend them to anybody. One star only because zero is not an option. read more

Came for covid antibody test. Showed up for my appointment and they were very busy. Waited in my car. Finally was brought in for the test after ten-fifteen minutes. Staff is usually friendly enough, but I am disappointed in th follow-up...I got my test on Tuesday morning and it's now Saturday night and I still have not received my results. Website says it should be to me within two hours!! No one will call me back or email me back either. very disappointed.
