The website said they had what I needed in the pharmacy department. I looked around, couldn't find it, and asked at the pharmacy. The person behind the counter came out and immediately found what I needed and made a suggestion for a certain product based on what I needed it for. Great service pharmacy! Then when I went to check out, there was no one in sight. I strolled up and down the check out area for a few minutes and finally an employee came out to run the register. I imagine management wants the check out people busy stocking shelves just to utilize their time, but it's annoying to customers. Perhaps a bell to ding on the counter would alert staff more quickly that someone wants to check out. read more

customer service in the pharmacy is lacking. I respect that their team needs to take a lunch break at 1:30pm... but customers wouldn't know this, and when they are sitting there, make eye contact and just lower their garage door in front of you with no explanation... that is the definition of bad customer service. Not every person knows before walking in at 1:29pm that they take a lunch break at 1:30pm. I don't expect them to work through lunch, and now I Know. But... LOL - Like a comedy skit! read more

CVS prescription manager is this year's new prescription coverage for our Healthcare provider Well guess what. They are already denying coverage and requesting extra info for a simple heartburn medicine ??? 10 years with other providers no problems and now CVS is screwing me around and making me spend time and my Dr's time. For them to try and save a few bucks. When calling to try and resolve they said well maybe there are over the counters you could take?? Seriously you do not think I tried that already piss off. CVS sucks in my book. read more

Believe it or not, I have never been to a CVS store until this location at 84th & Center this past weekend. I have to admit, it reminded me a lot of Walgreens but the lighting and signage seemed better. I also liked how the aisles were angled so it was easy to tell what was there without walking up and down each one. They seemed to have quite a few sales although the prices were higher on over-the-counter products I regularly purchase than at the hospital pharmacy which is probably not a fair comparison. It's a convenient location and I would stop by again. read more

This CVS is the one that made me dislike CVS. If they didn't send out such good coupons, I would never go back. I have been to several in the city which I like. This one is frustrating because the staff 1. never seem to be at the front counter - on my recent visit - it took 9 minutes for a staff to come and check us out - there were 5 customers (I believe) waiting at this time. I wish this was a first - but this has happened many times at this CVS - never at the others in the city. It's not uncommon for me to have to look for a staff to say - can you check me out at this location. read more

Still waiting after 50 hours for results of the covid test that was promised in one to two days. Calling the store does nothing. Calling the 800 number they tell you your results will be ready in 1 to 2 days when you enter your personal information they say results are generally available in 2 to 5 days. Go someplace else if you can it's not worth waiting for the results... read more

This is a nice location and really helpful staff but when I was there it seemed a little dirty. I don't know if it was because it looked like they were stocking some new products in the store or what but it just seemed like there was stuff everywhere. got a cvs gift card and they could not use it at target cvs pharmacy, can only use target gift cards at cvs inside target...It is not cvs pharm. then, it is target...Will not go back. other cvs got 3 prescriptions from dr. and insurance wouldn't pay for it, but the pharm did not even help with an over the counter choice since drug was 150 bucks. oh, yea and the prices are very high..highest in town...you get 2 of everything at any other store than for what they charge for 1 at cvs....cvs is a store you can live without and prosper, peace be with you.... read more

These pharmacists are seriously the best pharmacists/staff I've ever dealt with. My friends mother had complicated medical and drug prescription issues and the woman pharmacist here went OVER-THE-TOP to make sure we got the most meds for the best price and in the shortest time. She even stayed late after a 12 hour shift to make sure we'd be safe and have the immediate meds before closing. The whole time she was completely sincere and welcoming and empathetic. It really marked me how awesome they were here and I wish they would all get a raise for their kindness. This was over the course of a month too so not just a one time deal; they were consistently amazing! read more
