I struggled to do basic physical activities needed to get through the day. Jason and Matt have been key in shaping my mental image of health as well as my physical. I always knew nutrition was important but I never understood how key eating (I mean real food full of good carbs, proteins, and fats) in the proper amounts throughout the day matters to your body. These guys have changed my image of food and helped me focus on building a strong healthy body instead of obsessing on numbers from a weight scale. They have equipment for the beginner up to the heavy lifters. Even the people that work out here are very pleasant. I have many medical issues from being an Army Vet. from 74-84 and my trainer is working with me to work out safely and how to follow my diet and what to look for. I would recommend this gym to anyone at any age. I hope the reviews here that I have read some from my brothers and sisters are not true. I will not go to the post office and send a certified letter to cancel a service when it can be done right there in there presence. I am with the Silver Sneaker program which allows me a free membership. Don't mess with our service men and women.

When your contract ends, you still have to go to the post office and send a certified letter with a return receipt. You'll be locked in until you send that letter through the post office. Customer service is decent, but they need to work on training when gaining new customers. The equipment is really old and outdated, but they do have every machine you can think of. Hopefully all the bad reviews will encourage them to change their practices.
