I really like the specials Preventative Medical Clinic runs for Botox one-two times per month. I have used both this location as well as Millard. Their prices per unit (you can either buy 20 or 40 and get 5 free) end up being a great deal. The only downside is you have to use the units on the day they advertise, so the options of only 1-2 days a month won't always work. I have always found the staff to be very professional, friendly and helpful! Its wonderful that their staff are all nurses, PAs and/or practitioners. read more

I couldn't be more satisfied‼ It is very easy to get an appointment. The staff is very professional and always in motion. You never have to wait long. I don't find that they upsell products nearly as much as they should, but I suppose that is because some people might feel they are trying to sell services. Well, dah! The staff and providers are friendly, professional, non-judgmental and willing to answer all your questions. I feel the staff goes out of their way to ensure customers are happy and satisfied with services. They realize every patient is different. Every patient responds differently. Every patient has different compliance with programs and progresses differently. The staff is sensitive to this and tries to help by providing strategies and are encouraging. So I write this about six hours after receiving my very first Botox injections and (without the results yet) I will say that my experience here was fantastic. It's a nice, warm facility, the individual who perform my injections, I think her name was Crystal, was so caring and thorough answering all of my overly nervous questions. The procedure itself took maybe two minutes if even that, was pretty painless and I left feeling completely fine. From what I understand it will take a couple days to possibly a couple weeks to see the actual affect and I will be sure to update if my opinion changes, but I'm pretty sure I'll be back a regular here. read more

This is my first review...I NEVER write reviews but today was the worst customer service I've ever had. After my card was randomly charged, I tried calling the office for information, Justin told me I owed for services from over 6 months ago! I was very confused because I haven't been to the clininc since MAY, and had already paid for my visit. I tried explaining this to him and show him the emails and receipts I have about canceling my membership. Instead of listening to my concerns, he was very rude and said I owed money because he has employees to pay. He also told me I wasn't allowed a refund because I signed a contract, and this was 'putting him in the hole. Then he actually tried to take another $207 out of my bank account again today - without my consent! On top of that, he emailed me stating I was going to a collection agency and it "will affect my credit" if I didn't pay $200 today! I did not pay this to him , so now he is charging me for the amount of over $1,500. This membership was actually pushed on me, the results were bad, and I talked to them about canceling 6 months ago. I only received ONE treatment in May - which was PAID FOR! Now they are saying I am going to collections for over $1,500. It is absurd how he responded to my questions and is now trying to take money from me- six months later, for these services I DID NOT RECEIVE! I have the receipts and emails. He did not care about anything but money and was extremely unproffesional. I do not recommend doing business of any sort with this person. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!! read more

I told the person Lakesha that I knew nothing about Botox but I felt pressured into buying the package. Never signed anything or registered my name. I even told her my doctor had advised me against Botox treatment do to my health issues and now they want prof. So, if you want to throw money away this is the place. Wonderful. Went in for a botox consultation after a consultation at another place. I felt confident in the practitioner, Pam and so decided to take the plunge and have Botox for the first time. This place is a parter with Allergen so they offer the best pricing. 9.50 a unit with specials as low as 6.50 a unit. I had 20 units out in my forehead and am ecstatic with the results. Kohll's has great monthly specials for weight loss and spa treatments. When I first started with a weight loss package they offered, it was easy to get an appointment. That was last year or 2 years ago. They must be doing more right since now it is very difficult to get an appointment and unfortunately, they do not do appointments after 5pm that I have found. They are very clean and professional there though. I would NOT recommend the B-12 injections that they had a special on. It does NOTHING and I feel I did waste my hard earned money on that. All in all, I do recommend them if you can get in. I do NOT recommend the B-12 injection package that they offer. For me, it did absolutely nothing. read more

I went to Preventative Medical Clinic last Saturday. Denise came out and to take me back for my Botox appointment and didn't even know who I was or know what I was there for. I told her my correct name (she had called me by another name) and that I'd already prepaid for the injections. She then took the Botox needle and began jabbing me around the eyes. I have a bruise every place she injected. She's done my injections one other time and hit a blood vessel but this time it was like she was having a bad day and was not enjoying her job.
