If you want doctors that actually care go here! I had been highly mistreated from other pain clinics and within even the first appointment I had seen and heard. There was no judgement from a single person working there, thwy walked me through all the options, the reason why they like to suggest it and side effects to watch out for. Went to this urgent care tonight 4-9-26. There wasn't a doctor on staff. The PA would not prescribe an antibiotic to my husband even though he had a fever and has been sick for a week. Usually a doctor will prescribe an antibiotic for a secondary infection. We should be able to be prescribed an antibiotic if we want. They said it affects your immune system. Well we don't get sick that often and it should be our choice!!! Don't go here unless you want to pay 200 dollars for nothing!!! read more

I have had the most Amazing experience being a client at Pain West Papillon. I was given the upmost excellent treatment As soon as I walked in the doors and was greeted by the amazing intake team. I was promptly seen by Dr. Kurt and assessed for my concerns and needs in the most thorough manner all with a smile and courtesy.Then I was seen by the most attuned and genuinely kind physician Katy who took my vitals, check my reflexes, and gave me a complete checklist of the areas I was having pain and discomfort in. Once that was done I was. Given x-rays for the injured areas of pain quickly and efficiently by Dr. Phillip as well as given a great adjustment by Him as well even though it was almost end of business time, but I explained the discomfort I was having and he went above and beyond to help relieve the discomfort and stress on by back and neck. This is a hard review because on one hand they did help me but on the other it was all temporary and costly. I started my visits a year ago. Regardless of the X-rays MultiCare took my doctor had to take another set because MultiCare's were not "read" by an actual doctor. After the first few weeks I was feeling better and looked forward to my visits. The injections did nothing for me and neither did the electric therapy. Not sure that the adjustments really did either. However, the stretches they taught me still help me! Sure wish I would find the time every morning to do them. The staff were amazing and they really made the environment relaxing and fun. It's an open space with several people doing physical therapy with different therapist. This makes it very awkward when you are on all fours! But it also helped with the fun and got everyone conversing. The out of pocket cost was high and I am still paying for it! Which didn't help when I was told I needed surgery for something else, which has been put on hold until MultiCare is paid off. And I have insurance! Another negative is the fact that I experienced a horrible pain while I was in the middle of my set amount of visits. They said it was probably from using muscles that I was not use to using. While they did help fix it I was in excruciating pain for several days, barely able to walk without crying. Overall the tools they gave me help me stretch out my back and keep most of my pain away. I also toned my arms and am able to actually sit up on my own! All of which I can find in videos online, done by doctors, without spending a couple thousand dollars. read more

Everyone here is phenomenal! It's the only place I know where you can get PT and chiropractic appointments on the same day and my insurance covers it all. Every single person who works here remembers your name, but is also amazing at what they do. I'm so lucky I found this place. I have to do post surgery PT for my shoulder and I'm not just hitting my post-surgery goals, I'm quickly already surpassing all the milestones. They have a great office with a friendly environment and staff. They have numerous therapies to help the healing process. They take insurance. After I call numerous times in regards to attempting to get a refund for appointments I did not attend, multi care finally reaches out to me because I leave a bad review. This is a 2nd review because I am extremely disappointed in their service. I chose to do therapy on my own which I did religiously, I'm told I'll receive a refund around $3k-$4k and this was a lie. I'm told I will not be getting my money back. Do not go here. Multi care will absolutely gouge you for your money and not take you seriously as a customer. They are extremely unprofessional and not suit to be a medical center. Your questions will not be answered and if you try to call and ask about any billing, good luck getting a call back. If you choose to go here, don't pay in full to save money because you will not be receiving any of that money back if something comes up. I will continue to tell those around me to never come to this unprofessional and fake medical center. For those involved with multi care now.. I feel bad for you. read more

I do not have words to describe how awesome this clinic is. My daughter is five and was facing her THIRD set of tubes in her ears due to excessive fluid behind her eardrums. She had her second set of tubes and her adenoids removed in 2008, but still faced chronic ear infections. We started seeing Dr. Kurt at Papillion Chiro and happened to mention what we were facing with our little one. He started weekly adjustments and asked us for two months before we made the decision for another surgery. Since we had nothing to lose, we gave him the two months. When it was up, another visit to the ENT showed that the swelling and fluid was almost completely gone. They went from deciding surgery was a "sure thing" to requesting a follow-up three months later and putting it off. We continued treatments with Dr. Kurt at one or two a month, and by our three month follow-up at the ENT's office, the fluid was completely gone and surgery was now totally unnecessary. Dr. Kurt save my little girl from another surgery and since then, she has been healthy with no further recurring monthly ear infections. I will never go anywhere else and I trust this clinic with our entire family's needs. This office cares about each individual - we have five kiddos and we've never felt like just another number. My husband the biggest skeptic around and that will never go to a Dr of any type finally tried chiropractic as a last ditch effort to relieve his back and neck pain. As a self employed carpet cleaner for 37 years it had taken its toll on his body. Dr. Kurt and his team have helped a great deal and my husband now tells me time to see Dr. Kurt on a weekly basis. First of all, my wife has been going there for the last two years and finally dragged me in there because I was having some health issues.
