The first day I waited for at least 25 minutes past my appointment time, from the time that I checked in. The second day that I came, I waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. I don't really understand how this happens. I don't want to put the blame on the phlebotomists here but the truth is this place is just poorly run. They also didn't let anyone waiting know that they running over an hour behind schedule. I had another appointment scheduled that I had to cancel because what should have been a 15 minute blood draw turned into a hour and a half ordeal. If you can avoid coming here do, it's just not worth it. There is absolutely no convenience associated with this place. If you can get your labs drawn or drug test done literally anywhere else, do so. Especially unfortunate because this is the only location in Omaha, so anyone using Quest is coming here, therefore super busy and they can't keep up. My phlebotomist however was good, I had several vials drawn and she did a good job switching each one out. This is the silver lining- at the very least the blood draw itself was not painful. My phlebotomist was clearly experienced, I can't speak for the others.

I came in and filled out some medical and personal paperwork Robin asked me some questions and I swear I was out of my seat and getting started in 5 minutes. She was wonderful explaining everything that was going to happen and why before. She told me it was going to be loud and last for an hour and i could not move at all. She asked about the temperature of the room for me. pillows my position, what radio station I wanted. It was obvious she really cared. Afterwards she brought me back to the tv room and showed me my whole back in the scan. OMG how freaking cool. She had a cd and the next morning I had a neurologist report on it. I dont want anyone to have to go here as its probably because something is wrong. But if you need any kind of medical scan this is for sure the place to do it. I might break my leg to go back :).... hehehe JK

He showed me on the xrays what we were dealing with and explained exactly what he would be doing. November 22 I had a rod and 8 screws put in by back. I have NEVER FELT BETTER. I can not say enough about how great Dr. Gill is. He was always punctual, talked to me, (he even called me himself if I had questions). And had a great bedside manner, unlike my first surgeon. I want to add his office staff was great to work with too. Called me back right away, and checked on me. If you need to have spine surgery Dr. Gill is the man for the job.
