Absolutely horrendous service. I made a phone call to see how busy they were and only got a sassy receptionist that couldn't be bothered by my question. Instead of telling me how busy they were at the moment she repeated "we're open from 8 to 5." I said OK, but how busy are you right now. I finally got an answer out of her of "there is no one here right now." Thank you, that is what I asked for. When we arrive shortly after, the receptionist was not any nicer in person. We waited about 30 minutes to be seen. My son and wife were called back when I stepped outside for a moment. When I walked back inside, they were gone, and I asked if the receptionist could direct me to where they went. She responded with "it's gonna be a minute." Hmm, that's strange, me asking was more of a courtesy to let her know that I'm going to proceed down the hallway to look for my family that you knew I was with. She wasn't joking about it being a minute, so I called my wife and asked which room they were in. They were just down the hallway so I proceeded. The receptionist yelled at me and said "hey you can't go there by yourself." I responded back with "I can't go to my child?". I arrived in the blood draw room where another woman with terrible bedside manner was about to draw my son's blood. Without any verbal information or instructions for him, my wife informed them that he's only had a blood draw one other time and he fainted, she proceeds to jab at him with a needle where he instinctively flinched and tried to back away. She then chased his moving arm with the needle. We gain led control of him and she was able to draw his blood, but it was an absolute shit show. No communication, no ability to deal with a child. I get it, they probably get a lot of drug users that need to be tested here. We didn't know where we were going when the doctor ordered a lab draw and we will never be back here.
