First Review on Yelp for ANYTHING: When I was around 25 (52 years ago). I developed chronic lower back pain. After eight hours of driving a cab, I couldn't even stand up for half an hour. Jogging got to be out of the question, and every year or so, my back would "go out" and I would be bedridden for days. Over time, I tried to get help from many different practitioners with no long-term relief. A close friend who had experienced excruciating sciatica made sure to get me to try Koca Chiropractic. The results were slow in developing, but what a difference! I have a job which requires lifting and carrying heavy objects, but now with no problem. A lifetime condition was suddenly gone. During my care with Dr.Koca, I tore the rotator cuff in my right shoulder. I was told by a big-deal surgeon that the condition would only get worse, and that surgery was really my sole option. I was okay with the idea until I learned there was a six-months recovery. I have good insurance coverage, but there was no way I could wait that long because of my job's obvious requirements. But Dr. Koca soon began adjusting my shoulder to treat the rotator cuff tear. The results gave me a continuing improvement which by now allows me to do all the lifting my job requires. Who knew? A rotator cuff tear is treatable with chiropractic. BUT, WAIT, THERE'S MORE! I walk two to four miles a day on concrete. No sensible shoes of knee supports could relieve the pain from the daily pounding. So, Dr. Koca referred me to his colleague, Dr. Mike Pryce who adjusts both my knees. This relief was almost immediate. I still wear the sensible shoes and the knee supports but the knees don't hurt anymore. I can't say enough wonderful things about this practice! I see Dr Koca the most, but know and have been adjusted by others and they are all wonderful. The staff is attentive and there are so many ways to communicate with the entire staff! Recently I had a serious health scare. I was operating off of 30+ hours of no sleep due to my condition and side effects. My primary physician wanted to throw narcotics and antidepressants to help make me sleep and cope until he could reassess my plan. He gave me no verbal communication except thru an online written response via my health portal. I was at an all time low. I called Dr Koca on his cell phone to get some advice because I couldn't come in right away for an adjustment. Not only did he respond to my text, but he gave me a return voice mail AND followed up with me later that day, until we actually connected. If that doesn't say how truly he cares, nothing does. As a result, I will never see another chiropractor again, he will always be my first contact, and I will make sure everyone knows it! Dr. Lyle Koca is a wealth of knowledge, resources, and advice, even when you can't get exactly what you need. I have been going to Dr. Francoeur for several years my initial visit was a doozy 4 years ago: This might be a little lengthy but it needs to be told! A few months back I had thrown my back WAY out of whack. IT WAS A DOOZY! I mean I could barely walk or sit with out wanting to burst into tears. I am a hair dresser so not being able to stand was not an option. I had called Koca and asked to be seen. I know its hard to see a patient you have never done any adjustments on, but Dr. Matt completely save my back. He was so patient and forward with how we needed to address the healing process. In two days I was walking normal again! I was even having my mom drive me to and from work and to my appointments. I cannot thank or recommend Koca enough! I will never not keep my wellness of my back and neck a priority! YOU NEED TO GO HERE!!! Thank you again to the entire team during that time! My favorite story to tell is when I first came here. I got my x-rays and found out the real reason I was having such bad migraines all my life (and i mean since i was around 5-6 years old). My neck was not in the correct position. That day I had a pretty bad migraine as well. I went in to get cracked for the first time and as I walked out, i realized it was the first time in my life that I did not have to take pain pills for my migraine to go away. Since then I've been going back and my migraines are less and less. This office is amazing. My fiancé had a pretty bad back as well and he loves coming to get it fixed. I've never seen anyone leave this office without a huge smile on their face. And it's not just from getting their necks and back fixed, it's also just from coming in and seeing a family. I have been going to Koca for probably close to a year now and I can honestly it is always a positive way to start my day. Dr. Francoeur is always such a friendly face at 6 am when I go. He's also very knowledgeable and truly cares about your progress while in his care. I always see Grace and Blaike, who are ALWAYS the sweetest ladies. I have a very hectic schedule which causes me to change my appointment dates and they have never been anything but accommodating, friendly and more I than happy to switch my appointment for me. I honestly can't say enough good things about this facility! Everyone I've met is so kind and I plan to go here for as long as I'm in need of a chiropractor. Another point. I do a lot of weight lifting, which can every once in awhile result in a pinched nerve or tweak in my back. Both times this has happened to me, they got me in same day to help me work it out and Dr. F adjusts my care to ensure I'm on the road to recovery as soon as possible. I have been seeing doctor Matt for a little over a year. He and all the staff at this facility continuously work with joyful hearts. It has always been my experience to be greeted with a smile and compassion when I arrive. This team of professionals go above and beyond for their patience. In February 2023 my dear friend who introduced me to Koca Chiropractic passed away and several members of the team took their precious and valuable time to come attend the funeral. When I started seeing Matt I could barely walk from back pain that shot down my legs and would render me unable to use my legs at any given time. My back is completely healed now and I have gained an inch and a half in my height just from consistent adjustments. My energy levels are high and I am able to participate in life's activities again with out the debilitating pain that I had been experiencing. A huge thank you to all that this team does. Do you know what I love about this place? They are flexible, friendly and affordable and did I mention Great at their job. I love that they work with my schedule my budget and did I mention great at what they do. I have had migraines for years, and Dr. Koca was able to relieve pressure, which eventually helped alleviate the migraine. I will admit I was skeptical, and I never once said anything about having migraines, because I didn't think it was connected to anything the chiropractor does. Little did I know the work that they do helps with a lot in your body. Couple weeks ago I advised I was having a really bad migraine and he said I can help. He said give it 30 minutes or less and it was definitely less. At first it just alleviated some pressure and within five or 10 minutes after leaving the migraine was gone. Thank you. I have been living with chronic lower back pain for 15 years and for the first time I am experiencing whole weeks without pain, and I've only been going for a few months. If you are willing to put in the time and money for your own healing they will get you there. I was hesitant at first because the adjustments they were doing on me were smaller than what i'd experienced at other chiropractors. But now I understand they know exactly what they are doing and are putting me back into alignment with a method that will have long-term results. They are serious about documenting and will x-ray your spine and do a follow up x-ray to make sure their treatment is effective. Everyone is very helpful, understanding, and friendly. Thanks to a few slips, trips, falls, and maybe a time or 10 that I thought I was younger than I am... let's say I attend pretty regularly. :) Rather, I review based on one visit or an overview of the years, it's all the same. If you need a chiropractor, this is where you go! All three of the doctors are great! I'm just partial to Dr. Koca because he's the one that I see the most. Skilled, professional, upbeat, caring... This clinic has the most caring doctors I have ever encountered. The staff is friendly and they greet you with a smile on every visit. This office genuinely cares for each and every patient. They go out of their way to help you, even if it means coming in after hours. I recently hurt my back and was hardly able to walk. Dr. Koca came in 2 extra times when the office was not open and gave adjustments. I saw improvement within the first 2 adjustments. The doctors work as a team and all doctors are able to treat you no matter who your normal doctor is. They are able to accommodate schedule changes and able to change appointment times even at the last minute. I have been to several chiropractors in my life, and this is the office I would definitely recommend to anybody with issues. You can't go wrong. read more

I can't say enough about Koca Chiropractic and their entire staff. I was referred by a friend a few years back & I went from Both sleeping & walking in horrible pain to 5 days later being 100% & able to take a pain free vacation! The docs in this office are about you as a whole. I've received personal notes from them upon family tragedies to get well cards. I'm always met with a big smile when I come in. They care about community & incorporate it into their office. Food drives, clothing drives etc... It's a good feeling to be part of something bigger. You won't find them trying to sell stuff. One of the great signs of a truly strong and viable work place environment is what happens when the Boss is not around/visible. The interaction is obvious when you enter the door. Everyone is greeted by Name. Questions are always answered in a pleasant and respectful tone. Seeing the level of help/assistance behind the counter among staff is whats taught in the superior training classrooms. Any issue is resolved quickly, quietly and in favor of the customers request. You sense family values in the entire office. Without a doubt, if this office staff worked any where else, the reviews would be the same!!! I've been dealing with moderate to severe sciatica pain from a bulging disc for months. Tried everything from meds to physical therapy. My husband has been seeing Dr. Francoeur for quite some time now. My husband told him about my struggles, he said bring her in, we'll fix her right up! When I tell you the headache pain I was in would have taken me out if I didn't get help, I could not be more honest. While I was frustrated I wasn't adjusted the first visit, I know whatever was causing this headache would not be a quick fix. After two adjustments (I was going 3x a week) I have not had that headache since. My doctor, Matt Francoeur is so professional, kind, and remembers the things I tell him. Dr Francouer is patient and explains what your body is doing. He will also take the time to listen and understand what you are experiencing as a client and work WITH you to alleviate pain. I have sent Dr F questions or asked if he thought an exer use was a good idea. He provides explanation on why or why not and includes if you should modify it. THE ENTIRE TEAM IS FABULOUS!! The office is flexible s the ladies at the front desk are killing it!! Always courteous, genuine, and full of energy!! They are also fun as entertaining!! Dr Koca and the entire staff are amazing. I was somewhat skeptical going in with severe back pain, and now I'm a believer with little to no pain. Seeing Dr Koca was my last chance before having back surgery that would have kept me out of work for months. As the pain medications couldn't keep up with the pain . I had issues sleeping, sitting , and doing any physical activity. I'm back to playing golf, volleyball , hiking, and more importantly sleeping. Everyone here, from the front desk staff to the chiropractors, is great. I came in with some neck pain having never been to a chiropractor before, and have been really happy with the process and results so far. They are transparent about your progress and show you on the xrays where things are misaligned and what needs to be worked on. From what they've shown me, my upper spine is now more aligned than before and I've experienced less neck pain overall. They are also really flexible with appointment times and get me in and out of there pretty fast every time. Would definitely recommend. read more
