I looked at a few yoga classes around my hotel and landed on "community acupuncture" as my self care of choice today. This was my first acupuncture experience and I enjoyed it. I ended up being the only person for community acupuncture but I think with other people, it still would have been a great introduction. Janice took amazing care of me (she mentioned the new moon which was something I was thinking about). She took great care of me and I truly enjoyed this experience of reflecting and some release (i shed a few tears during the "session") I came feeling chaotic and worried, I left feeling more centered and cared for.
