I can honestly say that l've never experienced a massage as incredible as the one this massage…read moreplace has given me. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that they are not only highly skilled but truly passionate about what they do. The session I had left me feeling better, more relaxed, and at ease, and I genuinely look forward to the next appointment. When I first went I had so much pain and tension in my back, neck, and shoulders. For anyone reading this, I want to emphasize that this is a professional, therapeutic massage service, and if you're looking for anything other than genuine relaxation and healing, this is not the place for it. The level of professionalism they bring to every session is unmatched, and it's clear that their focus is entirely on helping clients feel their best-not just physically, but mentally as well. My masseuse was Lily, despite the language barrier she explained to me via google translate what the coloring on my back meant. One of the things that has stood out most to me is how comfortable and relaxed I felt during the session. I've even found myself drifting off to sleep -- more than once! It's not just a sign of how effective their massage techniques are, but how trusting I feel in their care. I can completely let go, knowing that I'm in the good hands of Lily.

I didn't find it particularly off-putting but a few questions had me pause because the delivery was overly direct (why have I tried multiple massage locations, etc). I can roll with that style but can connect the dots with a few other reviews around customer service. Difference in style is my guess, but it would not be enough to deter me from coming back - the massage was excellent which is what I am ultimately coming for. Worth the Groupon gamble

Jesse is one of the owners and was very rude to me when I got there and found I had a male massage therapist. I would never have agreed to that. She said my text noted that, but it did not. The receptionist was just as rude telling me she told me on the call I was going to have a male massage therapist. This also is untrue. Rather than trying to make it right, they kept trying to put the blame on me. I was told I was rude and disrespectful as I wanted a refund and was told they were going to call the police if I didn't leave. I work with customers all day long and would never have imagined this type of treatment went on. Beware of this place. Even with a Groupon, not worth it. Groupon refunded me when I told them the police were called as I was rude and disrespectful. They get one star as zero is not an option. Also, Steve, another owner, came up and tried to make it right and cancelled the police call. He was great, but he can't make up for everyone else and their unprofessionalism, immaturity, and complete lack of any business sense.

This is my 1st ever massage so I was expecting there to be deals or specials told to me instead I was just stared at and told "how long" I responded with a confused look on my face saying " ummm I guess 30min" the worker then replies to me saying " how much tip" she says it twice with everyone behind the desk staring at me. so uncomfortably I said "$10" but I don't understand why am being asked for a tip if I haven't even had my service yet because I most DEFINITELY would have tipped $0. I had a strong feeling to leave at this point and not pay at all I wish I would have listened to my instinct. I was then walked into my spa room which again THIS IS MY 1ST TIME I made this very clear when I entered the spa but when I was walked to my spa room I was told nothing but a gesture hand pat on the spa bed. I was then left standing in the corner of the spa room wondering if I take off just my shirt or do I take everything off but leave the under garments on or do I take nothing off and just lay face down?. These are things that should be told to a client especially if they state they are new to this. I had my massage person peeking through the curtains to see if I was done I then opened the curtains to ask what am I supposed to be doing she then say" take off, lay down" and leaves I understand there is a language barrier but I was still left so confused at this point I am taking my shirt and bra off wondering if this is what she even meant? The massage person then walks in as I'm literally taking off my bra and she can see I am taking off my bra but yet she continues to walk in the room and I literally flashed the massage person a couple times while feeling so uncomfortable. The massage person says nothing and just lays a towel on my back the whole time so I'm not sure if I was supposed to even take off my bra. But we get to the massage it was extremely to rough for me I asked multiple times to be more softer please but it only stoped for 3 min and it would be extremely rough again. LADYS if u have Nexplanon birth control in ur arm DONT NOT COME HERE the massage person was extremely rough on my arm massage I kept asking to go soft on my arm as my birth control is there. But again not sure if this is a language barrier but it still continued to be so rough to the point where I just potentially asked for her to stop massaging that arm and move to the next please. The whole massage I could not relax at all I wanted it to be done already. but at the end I left and went to my car to check my birth control in my arm and it was sore and swollen around my birth control and that has never happened in 3 years of having it. I now have to make a doctors appointment to get my birth control checked as I am afraid it may be damaged now. This is my experience at this Spa 0/10 would never recommend to anyone not even my worst enemy.

THIS IS THE MASSAGE I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR ALL MY LIFE!…read more LITERALLY THE BEST MASSAGE I'VE EVER HAD! I was searching the internet for a massage salon which offered cupping therapy, and there aren't many in Omaha. Somehow, Favorite Massage turned up in one of my searches, but I was skeptical. There were no reviews of the place, and it looked like it was in a residential area, which made me a little worried. I called Favorite Massage and asked if I could come in later, and much to my surprise, they were able to fit me into their schedule that evening. The salon is right off of Center St and really easy to find. There is a big sign in the front, and ample parking in the back. I was warmly greeted by Cindy. She was easy to talk to, and very sweet. She made me laugh a lot, too. When I was laying face down on the massage table, she got up on top of the table to walk on my back. It felt wonderful! Nobody has ever done that before. She used just the right amount of pressure on all of my muscles. Most masseuses are too gentle, and you can tell that they don't really focus on your problem areas. I could tell that Cindy was actually taking the time to evaluate each area and use the appropriate technique. I have had hundreds of massages in my lifetime. I can honestly say that Cindy is the most talented masseuse I've ever met. She is an expert! I will definitely go back as often as I can. Please do yourself a favor and check out Favorite Massage! Their prices are very reasonable: $40- for a half hour massage; one hour is $60-; ninety minutes is $90; table shower is an additional $20. They are open 7 days a week from 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM.

I was greeted promptly, and Cindy's English is good. I chose 1/2 hour + "hydromassage" (table…read moreshower), which I'd never done before, for $60. When asked, I requested hard pressure because I am used to not getting much. That may have been a mistake. Cindy walks and kneels on your back, so there is plenty of pressure. I realized this when my breathing started to sound like a gurgle. Very professional and no impropriety. Draping was maintained well, and as for the "exhibitionism" concern of another reviewer, it was much less revealing than literally any beach in America. I don't think I'd do the table shower again unless I had to return to work after and wanted the oils off. Why not 5? She did take a call during my session, though that's understandable as a small operation. She left the room briefly several times without communicating what was happening, so I wasn't sure at first if my time was already over or what. I was prepared to tip 5-10, depending on service. Ultimately went to 12 (20%) because the kinks felt really worked out. She commented "is that all?" but I said 12 on 60 IS a good tip and she seemed mollified and chuckled it off.

I've always believed in muscle medicine through massage and always appreciate the relief I feel after a deep tissue massage. The first time I got a massage here I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the staff here. They immediately have you sit down near the door to take your shoes off and put indoor slippers on and they walk you to the massage room. I remember the massage being exactly what I needed at the time. More recently, I booked my boyfriend and I a couples massage for our anniversary, something we've both needed for awhile. We've both been stressed and tense lately and I thought this would be the perfect way to celebrate. They welcomed us as we got in for our appointment and got us settled into our room. Each masseuse could find easily where are muscles needed the most attention. I appreciate that they also stretched my arms to further aid in the relief of my upper back. Our massages were much needed and helpful for both of us. I look forward to heading back here for another massage soon to work through my tight muscles. This location is perfect for where we live. Not too far, ample parking and near Ital Vital as well!! If you're looking for a great massage at a reasonable price I would highly recommend making an appointment here.
