Groupon refunded me when I told them the police were called as I was rude and disrespectful. They get one star as zero is not an option. Natalie was good at checking to make sure the pressure was right, both before and during the massage. The massage was very relaxing. Natalie covered the needed areas and also followed instructions for areas that needed to be skipped or receive extra attention. However, the best thing about the whole massage was that my 60 minute massage was actually 60 minutes!
