A sketch and lazy group of personnel and shoppers. They close earlier than posted on their app/website.

What a fabulous new shopping district! The recent grand…read moreopening introduced a bevy of new retailers that ranged from the fabulous new florist Pistils & Petals where I purchased the most unique and beautiful floral arrangement for only $15! No kiddin'. Moxie was also a delight with their innovative interior decor and furniture that offered up so many beautiful concepts. I literally fell in love with a one-of-a-kind console table that was priced to sell at $250. Some other standouts included Pretty Pretty Pop Pop with their custom facial sets ($7) that the staff concoct for you based off your skin's needs. I am also a fan of the bath bomb ($7) and various hair serums and lotions. This is a perfect place to pick up goodies for yourself and for gifts! Baxter Bailey and Company is a beautiful little shop dedicated to all things pup. I picked up a whimsical little sweater with antlers for my pup and was also tempted by the wonderful assortment of collars, harnesses, carriers, and so much more. My pups are going to be more spoiled than they already are.... is that even possible? State adds a beautifully curated collection of accessories, apparel, and jewelry for both the m'ams and misters. I am smitten over a little necklace with a fork charm ($35) and hope that it's stuffed in my stocking! High Garden Herbs & Tea, 1907 Apparel, Thrive, Wildernest, and Red Dog Beads all rounded out the lineup. Can't wait to pick up holiday gifts from here!

The blocks occupied feel like its own little community in the middle of the bigger city. It definitely has it's own vibe and is uniquely East Nashville. When we are in East, we normally make it point to stop in a shop or two. International Coffee, Galena Garlic and Adobe Mercantile are usually spots we frequent when wandering around, and Gift Horse is a cool place for a quirky or local gift for folks. Food wise, Maru and East Creamery are always on point and hit the spot! Hours of each shop differ, so make sure you look specifically at the hours of the places you want to visit. There is no real consistency amongst the shops from an overall hours perspective, which can be a tad frustrating. Parking is a bit wonky as well, nothing really dedicated at all times. There are a few pay lots nearby and street parking is plentiful in the area. Overall, Shoppes on Fatherland is a cool East community and is a good spot to spend a little time when you have nothing going on. It's always an after or before dinner/drink place for us.

Re: Order #300901196261152354…read more Dear Customer Service, Re: Order #300901196261152354 I am writing regarding the above order and to request that my refund be corrected. I began this project in February 2026 by visiting the Dickerson Road Lowe's location. The measurements were completed in March 2026, and I was originally told that the door would arrive around May 3 or May 5. However, the delivery and installation were delayed multiple times. I received several phone calls advising me that the expected date had been pushed back to June 15, then the end of June, then June 22 or 23, and finally on June 29, I was informed that the door had arrived but the framework, hardware, and other installation materials had not. Later that same day, I was called again and told that the framework, hardware, and remaining installation materials would be delivered on July 1, with the door to be delivered on July 2. On both days, I had to remain home for most of the day waiting for the deliveries. When the installation materials were delivered on July 1, I specifically instructed the driver to take everything to the back of the house and place it inside. Instead, the materials were left on the concrete driveway. Shortly afterward, a severe storm occurred, and the materials were exposed to heavy rain. On July 2, when the door was delivered, I again specifically instructed the delivery team to place the door inside the house. Instead, they parked in front of my neighbor's house on the opposite side of my home rather than using the driveway and left the door outside near the back of the house instead of placing it inside as repeatedly instructed. Soon afterward, another severe storm occurred, leaving the door exposed to the weather. The door and installation materials remained outside through multiple rainstorms and extreme summer heat before I received another call regarding the project. After everything that had occurred, I informed Tiarra that I wanted a full refund. I made this request after the Fourth of July but before July 10, well before the scheduled installation date of July 22. In addition to the repeated delays and improper handling of the materials, I also discovered that the door did not appear to be the correct color. I ordered a black door, but the door that was delivered appeared to be white. The door, framework, hardware, and all other installation materials remained exposed to repeated rain and excessive heat until they were finally picked up before July 20. Because of the repeated delays, the improper deliveries, the failure to follow my instructions, the weather damage caused by leaving the materials outside, and the incorrect door color, I requested a full refund. I am requesting that the entire purchase amount, as shown in the attached documentation, be credited back to my Synchrony account so that the account reflects a zero balance. I have also been trying to reach you, Ms. Luke, today regarding this matter. The phone rings repeatedly, but no one answers. After signing into my Synchrony account, I am trying to determine why the refund issued does not result in a zero balance. I have attached documentation showing both the original purchase amount and the remaining balance on my Synchrony account. I did not have an existing balance with Synchrony before making this purchase through Lowe's. Therefore, once the full refund is processed, my Synchrony account should have a zero balance. Please review this matter and correct the refund amount so that my Synchrony account is paid in full and reflects a zero balance. Unfortunately, based on this experience from the repeated delays and lack of communication to the improper handling of my order and the delay and unresolved refund issue, I have completely lost confidence in Lowe's installation services. As a result, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Lowe's to family, friends, or anyone seeking similar products or installation services. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your timely response and confirmation that this issue has been resolved.

Because of the name, I guessed the Idea Hatchery was a shared workspace or a writing collective. It *only* took me [redacted] years to get out of my car and walk in to see what's what. Flanked by an antiques shop and an art gallery (if you've done Tomato Arts Fest you know right where this is), the collective's appearance is a bit nondescript but that makes the discovery all the better, no? Inside the threshold are eight uniquely (east) Nashville businesses. As an incubator, the Hatchery is a perfect spot to test out concepts and gain sea legs before opting for a bigger location or an expanded footprint. It's a great go-between from online/out of the house to stand alone brick and mortar. I believe this is the spiritual parent to the Shoppes on Fatherland. Right now the current occupants tend to skew a bit 'female' in what they do (fashion, art, etc.) but that's not to say that there isn't a lot for a number of demographics to choose from. Selfishly, I'm hoping that some sort of food/treat business takes up residence in the shops. Toffee? Taffy? Shaved Ice? I can keep going folks. Actually, an old-timey, regional candy store would fit in well. Boom. I just found your newest tenant. Sort of. East End has a lot of fun businesses to explore. Next time you're in the neighborhood, scoot just a bit past that (locally) famous intersection and get a taste of what the area has to offer. I think you'll enjoy what you find. At the very least, it's a nice way to pass the time on a lazy weekend day.
