Great customer service and product selection! The store could be a little more organized and the restrooms could be cleaner, however.

Great location in West Nashville. Their shelves are always fully stocked and well organized, and I've never ran into a rude employee. Very helpful and they try to make your shopping experience better. Unfortunately the restrooms at this location need some work. Always on the dirty side. read more

I love Target. I even used to like this Target a lot. I often ruck in this area and often go in and buy at least something. Of course, the other reviewer that penalized this place for being too busy is kind of ridiculous. For a bit this was a classic 4-5 star Target! Sadly, this most recent visit, I had a cashier who had a terrible attitude. The economy is not great right now. Prices are elevated across the board. We are still not starved enough for choice to ever tolerate aggressively bad customer service ever. read more

While this location is actually pretty good, it is usually so packed here. I appreciate that they usually still have all items in stock but I find it a little too overwhelming if I go on the weekends! The best time to go to this location is earlier in the day, before 9am to beat the rush! But the staff is always helpful and friendly! read more

Horrific Target!!!! I havent been to a target that was as bad as this one. Stuff wasnt stocked, the store was very dirty and if you have a queasy stomach, do not go here. Standing outside near the door (front window area) the smell of vomit was overwhelming, so much so, we moved to the edge of the parking lot. read more

What can I say, Target always delivers with great unique, high quality merchandise and helpful employees. The values found here can't be beat and they have a great variety of merchandise in store. read more

I am always going into a Target if I am nearby one and this location has become more convenient than others in the greater Nashville area! I love that it's near a Trader Joe's and that you can go between the two parking lots without having to go back out to the main road, so plan accordingly! I came around 8pm on a Thursday night, it was quick and easy to navigate, find what I need, shop without being overly crowded, and no wait to check out. Nothing to complain about! read more

Most unorganized target I have ever been to. The women's clothing section is insane. Never able to find anything. Same item different sizes scattered across section with to rhyme or reason. read more

Of course I have to hit a Target when visiting Nashville, it just wouldn't be a memorable trip without a stop! Swung by this Target for a few essentials that we forgot while packing. This location sits among many other stores in a fairly large shopping center. Given this, parking is never an issue! This particular location has some updates, but hasn't fully undergone a full store renovation/update. This is evidenced by the still functioning and active Target Cafe...but those slushies and pretzels though!! Service was spot on, as the stockers were friendly and the cashiers were fantastic. They are taking Covid precautions seriously with mask wearing, cart sanitation and check out direction to ensure lines don't get bunched and backed up with large crowed. Additionally, the store was clean and well stocked. Overall, the store was exactly what we expected and we were able to find everything we needed, including a few extra things that weren't on the list...per usual! read more

Elsa in returns is amazing! Love her so much. She helped me return my jeans with no receipt or tags

Stalwart store with a prime location next to several restaurants (like the fabulous Sonobana) and Trader Joe's on White Bridge. This Target is clean, organized, and well frequented by many patrons. Unfortunately, the latter causes some worry in the current pandemic since shoppers may have some trouble maintaing 6 feet social distancing with such heavy foot traffic, so I recommend making use of their convenient curbside pickup services or online shopping. You'll find everything from basic grocery needs to gardening equipment, kitchen appliances, school supplies, and personal care items as with any big box store. The employees at this particular store are really kind and thoughtful no matter what hour of the day I have to make an emergency Target run. Of course, you may fall into that age-old trap of running in for one item and coming out with fifty...so be careful. There is ample parking in this massive lot, so I wouldn't worry too much about getting a spot. They also have plenty of hand sanitizer at the self-checkout, so if you start feeling a bit antsy with the mass of patrons visiting (like I did), be sure to use some before heading out. Make sure that you wear your mask as it is now mandated, and check the revised store hours before heading out. read more

Each time I visit this particular Target, I notice that this store is typically more disorganized than other Targets in the surrounding area. Specifically, the whole music and media portion of the store has been noticeably disorganized, leaving it very difficult to easily browse through the items to find the item you're looking for, especially if you are in a rush. read more

Target never misses They usually always have what I need in stock, and even the Good & Gather brand is decent quality.

This piss me off so you can't go in the store, you have to order online to buy the ps5. just go back to old fashion way. I believe someone on tic tick post 50 ps5 and Xbox way target way don't play me like this stop pick a random time zone read more

Of course, after moving to the West side, I had to find the nearest Targèt. (Did I even use the "correct" accent mark for that? Likely not.) Lucky for me, this store's layout is very similar to the Brentwood location that I am familiar with. While this store doesn't seem as clean (although I can't quite figure out why), the staff seems a bit friendlier than the Brentwood staff was. Despite it's not a "Super Target" either, they do have a grocery section which stocks some of my favorite organic, and sometimes rather elusive, snacks. Additionally, they have a small beer selection that suits my taste, and when it's not sold out, the prices can be far better than the local convenience stores. WARNING: This is the closest Target to Vanderbilt. I repeat... The weeks leading to, and after the start of the fall semester guaranteed this Target would be..um..busy. Ok, so that doesn't quite capture it. A MADHOUSE. It felt like I had just stepped into a Black Friday/week leading to Christmas shopping frenzy. I witnessed the poor staff trying to roll carts of product down the overcrowded aisles in a desperate attempt to keep the shelves stocked to meet demand. Twice during this student/parent rush, I gave up the browsing, grabbed the bare minimum, and high-tailed it out of there pronto! Miserable. I imagine this frenzy will continue each time students are moving in and out of dorms. That is, until Ikea decides to roll into town - Ha! To end on a positive note, getting in to, out of, as well as, the parking lot itself is all a breeze. Far, FAR better than accessing the Brentwood or Cool Springs locations. read more

Honestly, the only reason I'm reviewing this Target let alone giving it five stars is that Taylor Swift shops at this particular Target. Seriously, check out the location on Instagram. But on a serious note, I live about equidistant from this Target and the one at Nashville West. I prefer this Target on White Bridge because it's less crowded not only compared to both Targets but also because this Target is a standalone and not attached to a huge shopping center. I will say though that it's gotten noticeably more crowded when it was found out that Taylor Swift shops here. Perhaps others like myself are hoping that during one our Target runs, we'll run into Taylor Swift, too. read more

I used to frequent this Target. Loved it. Now every time I go they're out of stock of everything. It's not like I'm shopping for obscure things. Paper towels, an onion, broccoli, oat milk- they were even out of pepper. I'm tired of having to go to Target then directly to another store to get all my groceries. Target used to be somewhere I could depend on for knowledgeable staff and food on the shelves. No more. I'm done. read more

The customer service here is impeccable. I came in looking for a chair for my dorm at college one day and they unfortunately didn't have it in stock despite the app saying that it was. I met an employee, Brendan, and he was off the bat incredibly kind and tried so hard to find this chair for me on and off site. With no luck, I ordered for pick up. On my next stop by this target to pick up some groceries, I saw him again. He greeted me and asked how my endeavor with the chair was going. He was very kind again, wishing me my best. Finally, today when I came to pick up the chair, he was the first face I saw by coincidence when I walked in. He helped me out immensely and because the chair had come on sale since I ordered it, he helped me work out the price. I have never had such a remarkable experience at a retail store. Thank you Brendan! read more

Target - Heres the chair in it's final glory!! - Department Stores Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

Friendly, clean and quick service. Lines are moving even with social distancing. Workers are ushering customers through the store with ease and ready, willing and available to assist. Was in shopping for a sound machine today and the workers went above and beyond to assist. read more

Target doesn't play music anymore, they are afraid of offending someone . Especially at Christmas , that's why I don't Christmas shop there , it doesn't seem like Christmas in their stores. read more

I love the layout and selection at this Target; plus, it's convenient to get to and the parking lot usually has plenty of open spots. I've even had out-of-towners say it's one of the best Target locations they've ever been to! read more

I don't usually shop at big box stores, Target is my only exception. I have to say this target is a nice one. I'ts tidier, more well stocked and less hectic than the one in Rivergate which is slightly closer to my house. I come to target for essentials: cat food, plain tshirts, hair ties, socks, and the odd seasonal item - like christmas lights. Anway, Target is Target I may or may have not worked at one many a year ago - they have a system for keeping the store easy to shop in, and this one does a good job. They have groceries in this Target now as well. read more

Target, you slay my wallet. All in all, this is your standard Target. For some reason the layout confuses me more than any other Target location I've been in while living in Chicago or Decatur, Ill., but that could just be because I'm new in town and everything is confusing. They have a large grocery selection, which is usually where I fail at obeying my budget. I can do almost all of my weekly shopping here. (Note: I am not a health nut...just a recent college graduate too proud for ramen.) They also have a large seasonal decoration section, which gets me every time. And you can catch a pair of shoes you want on clearance or promotional discount if you check on it. (I just saved $5 on a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for a month. That's a whole beer! Thanks, Target.) read more

Target is always awesome, but dangerous! I will walk in looking for one thing and walk out with twenty things! But who can resist having all that cool stuff in one place. This store is very clean and they have a Starbucks right when you walk in. I'm usually here at least once a week to pick something up. Keep it up Target! read more

The Better Half and I have a longstanding gag about her trying to get me to go to Target, and me resisting. This used to be the Target I resisted going to most, but I've since moved over to the one at Nashville West. This one is of an appropriate size, and the parking is pretty decent. White Bridge makes it relatively easy for getting in and out of. The staff maybe isn't always as knowledgeable as it should be, but you can always find a friendly person who will help you find what you need. read more

Now this is my favorite Target location in Nashville! I feel like this Target has more to offer selection wise and I enjoy choices. They were a lot of bathing suits to choose from this year. Staff is friendly and helpful here, store can be a little messy at times but it is a larger store with more items to keep organized. As with any Target, the Dollar Bins are a must hit upon entering as well as the Snack Bar is a must before leaving...pretzel or popcorn combo! Yasssss! Plus it doesn't hurt that Panera Bread, Nothing Bundt Cakes and Sonobana Japanese-BEST SUSHI IN NASHVILLE-are all right here, too! This location completes and satisfies my shopping needs! read more

There's something about this Target that I've never been able to figure out why it feels different. Perhaps it's because I've been coming to this one my entire life and watched it change from something that resembled a K-Mart into the amazing store it is today, perhaps it's just different. The point is it feels like this is The Target to me... unfortunately that leaves all others (except the Super variety,) lacking. Beyond what you'd expect at a Target, the parking can be a little annoying. I generally park far out as when I get in close I tend to wait two or three times as long as it would have taken me to walk due to the steady flow of pedestrian traffic in and out. Getting in and out can also be annoying as they really need to cut a new entrance into the place that allows for direct flow in and outbound traffic. Being able to exit right at less than a 90 degree angle would help also, but I don't know what they can do for that place. If you want to go left, it's a chore and easier to drive through the next parking lot and come out on a side street and use the light. Eh, it's my Target ;) read more

If there's one thing that has been lost on this generation entirely, it's customer service. And for Target to charge the ungodly prices they do, the lack of friendly service is unacceptable. They don't even make you feel welcome in the store anymore - no hi/hello greeting, the employees completely block the aisles to stock shelves and avoid eye contact with you; God forbid the customer (you know, the one who keeps your paychecks signed) gets in the way. I watched several red shirts dart through and cut carts and families off while walking - it's just bizarre and incredibly rude; do you even want us to patron your establishment? I suppose it matters neither here nor there, since Target, along with other gargantuan grocery stores, will survive regardless, while small businesses flounder. But it doesn't give your employees the right to act like entitled brats. I have seen more gratitude and warm kindness from small businesses as of late, than I will ever see at Target. read more

This is the Target I grew up shopping at. I've seen it redone multiple times, and it's still the staple Target for Nashville. It's stocked, well staffed, and typically clean. Some of the staff are a little odd and unhelpful at times. I think there might be some sort of mental institution that they hire from for this location. The parking lot is a little funky - they've tried redoing it multiple times, and finally got their own red light, but it's still difficult to navigate around all the medians and figure out who has the right of way. Don't look for a good parking spot - it's a miracle to get within five spots from the entrance. Overall no complaints, but given the distance from the location on Charlotte Pike, I always choose Charlotte Pike over this store. read more

Can this target PLEASE play music throughout the store? My old target did this and it made my time in there even more enjoyable. Now it's just so dull and quiet. I promise music will bring and keep customers in the store :) read more

I was in need of quick little items. Not too much. I asked a guy in electronics about a wireless charger and he just didn't know anything about the product and I asked one last question and he said, "sorry I'm on lunch...." OKAAAY cool. Enjoy your lunch but at least grab another associate for me or something while you hang out in the electronic section. You work for target, take your lunch somewhere else or out of sight from guests. Then the front end girls were just texting and not really doing much, as the line had started to pile up. Worst target experience read more

So, I've only been here a handful of times, as it's a bit of a hassle, my being car-less and all. Especially when I seem to take that one bus that runs every 90 minutes on a weekend. This Target is really no different than the numerous other Targets I've been to in my lifetime. Except for the Target in my hometown, where there is this cool escalator for the shopping carts. I can say that this place isn't as busy as what I'm used to. I think I could count the number of cashiers available on one hand on the weekday I was here. Selection was okay and the aisles were clean and tidy. Just about every visit to a Target I've ever been to results in my leaving with more than I intended. There's always something here that I didn't know I need. read more

All Targets are the same, right? Wrong. This is the only one I can find on this side of town that has Loreal Paris' HIP (High Intensity Pigment) makeup line. It's my favorite make up line, they have lipgloss and eyeshadows, etc. They're so new that they haven't got price stickers yet. (They usually run around $7-8 a pop. As for the Target itself, it's a pretty good one. It's been renovated in the last couple of years but still isn't as shiny as the new one in Nashville West. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be kinda difficult as well. read more

This is for Targets in general- please, please, please keep up with your bathrooms! I can't remember the last time I went into your facility, this location included, and it was clean. I love this Target, I shop here at least once a week. But today's visit was horrible due to the woman at the register. Her name was "Anna". When I asked to scan one of my items with my cartwheel app, she threw it back down. Just because she's having a bad day........I'm not one to leave reviews like this, but it ruined my day. Awww Target. I remember this Target from waaaaay back in the day when I was in college. It has definitely had a revamp though from those days. I'm giving this Target 5 stars for the following reasons: - Such clean and organized aisles! In Dallas the Targets near my condo were wrecks inside - this one is not. Upgrade! - Such friendly checkout people and workers! Holy cow, I was asked twice if I needed help finding anything and the two guys at the checkout were chatty like they were best friends with us while also bagging up our goods and putting them in the basket for us. - Pretty decent food selection for a regular (not Super) Target. They have all the staples - milk, bread, cereal, cheese, lunch meat, plus random other stuff. - THEY HAVE BEER! Yay. I wish they had wine too because the Target boxed wines are pretty good. Stupid TN liquor laws. - Close to my new abode! - It is Target - who doesn't freakin love Target?! Come on, it is the BEST! I won't even complain about how the parking lot exits onto White Bridge Road and there's no light and it takes forever and a year to turn left out of there. Just go through the parking lots of the Stein Mart, Dalts, Wendy's, until you get to the street that goes to a light. Then you are home free and on your way!! read more
