I love target, wal-mart just cannot compare! I don't leave target ever without buying something that I don't need or didn't plan on buying when I came in, darn you target...just do such a good job of trapping consumers! Of course, my will power is not that strong, ooo nice pair of shoes on sale?! I'll take it! read more

Target is one of my loves in life. Right up there with blueberries, sushi, wine, and the stickers on the bananas. This one is immaculate, has a Starbucks in front, and has all of the cute clothing/office supplies/accessories/shoes that a girl could ever ask for. I only wish that Target carried produce, and then my dreams of one stop shopping (not at Walmart...which I can't stand for a variety of reasons) would be truly realized. Now if only I could manage to walk in and out of a Target without finding so much stuff that I really "need"... read more

I went there 3 days before Christmas. NOT the best time to go anywhere. I was in a hurry and the ink ran out. The photo lab is right next to the Customer Service area. They do double duty. The ink ran out when I was there and the kind lady came over to fix it. You have to sign in and have your number ready. It is really self service, but not when the ink runs out. So she came over and tried 3 times. She was not really sure of what to do. She said they told her to change it, but she did not know the ink cartridge number etc. Now can you imagine how much pressure she is under with all the people waiting. She held her grace and customer service personality TOP NOTCH. We chatted and that is how I found out she was on her own. She fixed it in a about 5-7 minutes and I printed my snaps and she was sweet enough to help me check out my few items I picked up while she was fixing the printer. It was a very good experience and quite honestly, I feel every time I go there it is better than I print there than at home. Cheaper easier and since I live close, I can get my coffee at Starbuck and then other stuff at the same time. 3 birds, 1 stone. LOVE THAT! read more

The customer service at this location is truly amazing! Brendan is so friendly and always makes it a point to greet the customer with a smile. I feel like at most places, workers usually keep to themselves so when this Target team reached out to me today, I was pleasantly surprised. It really brightened my day. I wish that I got the name of the person who checked me out. She was really sweet and showed me a way to save money on my Target app. This is by far my favorite Target. read more

A Starbuck's clerk dropped a gallon of milk that sprayed all over us. The clerk had no idea how to deal with our clothes having white spots all over them. She finally gave us a couple of certificates for free coffee. Still wanting to clean our clothes, we went to customer service to try to get change for a ten dollar bill so that we'd have enough quarters to wash our clothes back at our apartment complex. "Sorry, we can only give you eight quarters." A manager was called, and he told us that in order to give me more than eight quarters, we'd have to fill out an incident report! An incident report for change? Idiotic! read more

If you go to any Target with a list, you need to expect that you'll only be able to find about 50% of what you were planning to buy. All of their stores are guilty of this, but this one was especially bad. Half of the items I had on my list were completely out of stock. History has taught me that I will now need to wait about 3 to 4 weeks before I can expect those particular items to be replenished. The access to this store is pretty terrible too. You can get to a stoplight by winding through some other parking lots, but for such a busy road, you would expect them to have a better access point closer to the store. In my opinion, it's worth the drive to go to the one at Nashville West. The store there appears to have a bigger selection, is cleaner, and was better stocked. Oh, and there's a stoplight, so you don't have to put your life in jeopardy if you want to make a left turn. read more

This is not my favorite Target in the area, but it is the closest. They are doing construction which is promising because I suspect their grocery section will be growing. I have to say, I love the Target brand foods and grocery items. They are really a step above most generic brands. I also love the convenience of having Starbucks at the entrance, and the dollar section right by the door. Of course I'm not gonna leave without buying some silly seasonal item! Parking is spacious and easy to maneuver, but it's sometimes hard to get back onto White Bridge when leaving because there is so much traffic. But hey, that's not Target's fault! All in all, I'm a fan. read more

I'm more of a Walmart fan. Can't help but notice that both interiors look very similar. Only difference is Walmart is somehow cheaper and friendlier. I only came here because target carried Bose speakers and Walmart doesn't and I wanted these speakers late in the afternoon in a Sunday when the Bose outlet was closed. Overall, this place was ok. They had some expensive stuff like the coolest speakers, soundbars, headphones, quality TVs, cameras, iPads, etc, etc. other than that stuff, I wouldn't come here when I have good old Walmart that's cheaper, open 24/7, and usually carries the same stuff! read more

What ever you do, DO NOT PURCHASE A SMART PHONE FROM THIS LOCATION!!! My husband and I purchased an iphone 7plus and he purchased a samsung galaxy 8.They were running promo on Galaxy 8 buy the phone get a pair of VR goggles free. The sales lady told us that the VR goggles wouldn't be in for 6 weeks, she didn't tell us that we needed to claim them from Samsung themselves. So after about 10 weeks my husband calls and ask's "I haven't had my VR goggles shipped yet" , they then reply " No sir, you were suppose to claim those yourself through Samsung. WHAT !!!!! After going through corporate and customer service for about 3 weeks, they still refuse to honor the bargain of free AR goggles, it wasn't our fault that the saleslady was misleading and besides all of this he didn't even receive the correct phone he ordered. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! read more

Out of all of the Target's in Nashville, I would have to say that this one is number one in my book. It isn't ever that crowded (except in August when the local colleges are back in session). They are always well stocked and have great clearance. I also love that they know the coupon rules of Target and don't make me feel like a thief (Clarksville Target- are you listening). I have seriously taken my business almost an hour away!). The only thing that could make it absolutely perfect was if it was a Super Target. read more

Target used to be one of my fav places to shop. They had a little bit of everything. Now they have half of a little bit of everything. It seems like almost every time I go to specifically pick up something, they don't have what I am looking for. It has gotten very frustrating. Don't know what my new go to place will be, but I am looking. read more

Called the Hendersonville store today and asked for the Manager on Duty. After being on hold for 5 minutes with no answer I hung up. I was inquiring about purchasing $3500 in gift cards. I then tried the location on Lebanon Pike. The manager answered within a minute and they were very helpful. One star for Hendersonville, five for the other location. read more

The target is very clean and I enjoy shopping here. The one problem is: the food court is so rude. They need to hire a new staff. When they are out of food they are unwilling to make it. I am taken back by the food court department. They are offensive. If the management is reading this... please refrain your employees!!! read more

Monday December 5,2016 I visited your location. I was searching in your Christmas trim the tree section, having no luck finding my item. Daphne (a sales associate) approached asking if she could help me. I described to her the type of string tree lights I was looking for. She physically took me to the proper place and stayed until the item was located. What a refreshing change!!! I salute your HR Department for hiring a person like DAPHNE pleasant, willing to go out of her way making my shopping experience delightful (instead of stressful). Linda L. read more

This target store is like most I've been to clean and organized only down fall is only 2 check out lanes open at 8pm

I like this store but have two complaints. They never have enough check outs open and secondly their pharmacy hrs are too limited

The electronics department is a COMPLETE JOKE! No sense of customer service what so ever and they barely know ANYTHING ABOUT ELECTRONICS! I was looking for an HDMI adapter for my computer to hook up to my tv so I could watch streaming shows on my TV, so I looked on targets website and it said they had 5 in stock. I go to the store and can't seem to locate the item in the electronics dept. so I ask for help (very hard to get anyone to do) and the employee has no idea what I'm talking about. (HDMI IS A STANDARD VIDEO VIEWING HOOK UP THAT IS USED EVERYWHERE!!!) After explaining to him what it was, he confusingly took me to an area and showed me an IPHONE CHARGER!!!! Nothing close to what I was looking for. My girlfriend ended up finding the adaptor in another part of the electronics dept. but then it took almost 20min to buy the thing because all 3 of the electronics dept. workers were helping 1 person decide on what type of cell phone case to buy. IT WAS LIKE AN EPISODE OF THE TWILIGHT ZONE! Never going back EVER read more

I went to this Target several months ago looking for a key chain. An extremely nice employee named Rafir quit what he was doing to help me find one. When they didn't have any that I was looking for, he took his own out of his pocket, took his key off, and gave it to me. It was unbelievably outstanding service. read more

This is a review just for the electronics department. One word to describe them is cluster...particularly the Target mobility person and Brandon, the dark-haired, heavy set man that works in electronics. I was highly disappointed in their customer service and am a heavy Target user but will seek service elsewhere if today is any indication of how that Target views their customers. read more

What is it about Target recently? Or should I say what is it about this Target? I bought a simple candle at the original price of $10. I was on the fence about this particular candle b/c the one I fell in love with was sold out. I happened to be at another Target and saw the one I really wanted and purchased 6 more! As soon as I got home I thought I should return the one I really didn't like. Cut to I am in line without a receipt bc I lost it and thought I've returned things where they can scan my cc and do a reverse lookup. Well I happen to be the lucky customer where Target has a system "glitch" with random cards and they cannot locate the information even if someone made a purchase within a week or two. Instead of the manager saying sorry there's an issue on our end but let me honor the price you paid for it, Jason the manger was only willing info to give me half the value. The great twist was I was going to turn around and give it back to Target by ten fold! What happened to frictionless customer service!?! read more
