Customer service is not nice at all. They'll hang up on you. They lie for there delivery driver. The driver Kathy here in Falls city, Nebraska will steal your items and say your package is on it's way never showing up. This store is dirty, people who work there are rude and would rather walk away from you than help you, they are always out of many items. I ordered online grocery shopping and my eggs were broke (EXPENSIVE) and the fabric softener was open and spilled mostly in the plastic grocery bag. I tried to call the store and there was no answer at customer service and the online order department said they can't help me to call customer service. This was at 3:45 on Sunday. I have given this store many chances and WILL NOT be returning. I would rather drive farther than shop here!!! read more

Went to Walmart to do an exchange. The service reps were very efficient in servicing the several customers in line. My representative was able to complete my return in less than 5 minutes, with little delay. I was impressed by this, I don't think I've experienced this in a Walmart customer service line. The store was large, had a large produce section. The produce seemed to be pretty fresh, but the prices were expensive. Other grocery stores have way better prices. Would recommend this location for shelf and frozen food items. Produce is not the best. read more

Damaged lacroix can in sealed box, Customer service said I checked myself out(there were no live checkers)and should have noticed. I had to argue my point.Return line is far to long to wait most times so I eat any damage problems most time and now it became principle. Self check lanes now are often shut down leaving waiting 8n other lines so Walmart can pay fewer monitor associates. read more

Everyone goes to  Wal-mart. I do not know a single person who has not been to this great store. This is my favorite Wal-mart to go to because in the other Wal-marts i can not find what i want. They are almost always out of something or it is too crowded (like the ones in Chicago). However, the people are friendly like Michelle said, and they all know my twin sister and I because we have been going there with our mother since we were babies. Great prices and great products. I even buy my clothes there as well (which I should mention has gotten pretty trendy lately. I was at the vision center and I have to say they're taking all precautions for their safety and ours,, have to answer the covid questions and get you temp taken and hand sanitized but they have an excellent system in place so for that they get the 5 stars,, gonna look in the store after so ill let everyone know. This particular location has a pretty good selection of Asian groceries. They have 20+lb bags of rice in stock and basic ingredients like noodles and seasoning that are hard to find at other locations. The prices here are pretty good, and even cheaper than big box Asian grocery stores. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I went into this store. I stopped in on a Friday afternoon. It took 2 different sales associates to locate the item I was needing to purchase, an electric tea kettle, for work. The store only had 1 cashier available and since this was going to be a tax exempt purchase, I work for the State of Illinois, I needed to go through the cashier line. After the 7 people in front of me and 35 minutes later, I was standing in front of a cashier that told me, "You have to do tax exempt purchases at the customer service desk". The CS desk was dark. There were 3 floor "managers" and 2 employees sitting on a bench obviously on break eating their lunch, but no one available at CS to complete this transaction. I asked if one of the floor managers could do a tax exempt and the cashier's reply was "No. We are short handed". Maybe one of the managers should open up a register and at least ease up the wait time for the other people. Nope, I won't be back to this store. read more

This particular Walmart location has really been slipping over the past year. I would imagine the vast majority of the issues are a direct result of Walmart corporate and not the specific location. They used to have a really cool grocery list feature in the Walmart app that showed you where products were in the store, the price of the product, and it's availability. Walmart deleted that from the app and provides no alternative. Additionally, the prices are no longer markedly cheaper than anyone else. Also, they very frequently are out of products on their shelves. In my opinion, it's no longer worth it to lower myself to shop at Walmart. Best of luck to Walmart. read more

Another bad experience. 5 of 6 grocery items I bought cost roughly 10% higher at checkout than the shelf label on Feb 18, 2022 in Glen Ellyn at Butterfield and Rte 53. Should be illegal. Bought 3 pairs of jeans about a month ago. Brought them home to try them on. Two didn't fit. The very next day, I brought the two jeans back to WALMART to return - they had all the labels tags, etc. I was told that due to Covid-19, WALMART was not taking any clothes on return. So, I went today to try again. Once again, I was told that WALMART was not taking any clothes on return due to Covid-19. Makes no sense, all they have to do according to the "experts" is to let the clothes sit for 72 hours and the item would be safe to put back on the rack. I went across the street to COSTCO. I hate that sometimes I just can't avoid Walmart (as much as I want to). It's true that they have everything you could need and at affordable prices, but man is this place a mad house. Talk about a frustrating experience. For starters, the carts are huge and the store aisles are not. It's a chore trying to navigate around all while dodging the mobs of people that patronize this store on the weekends. I almost always avoid big box stores for the pure fact that it's exhausting trying to get around. Plus, I don't typically shop for groceries at the same spot I get my clothes, but that's just me. I always forget that Hobby Lobby is closed on Sundays, and for whatever reason that is always when I need a craft supply or random item for the house. This is usually when I find myself at Walmart. This last time in, I needed poster board, scrapbooking tape, shower curtain rings, towel racks, and some other various items... It was a "Pinteresting" day for me as you can tell. Needless to say, nobody was around to help me find anything! Like I mentioned, the aisles are small and the store is set up very weird. When I finally found someone they gave me the department my item was located in, but did not proceed to direct me to where that was - instead continued chatting with another Walmart employee. So sorry to bother them! After a frantic search and mad dash to get out of this store, I finally found everything I needed. My husband's patience was definitely being tested as we navigated Walmart - that's for sure. I actually needed to make a grocery store run as well, and if this was a more enjoyable experience I would have just picked up my items there, but there's no way I was sticking around any longer than I had to (I made an extra trip to Mariano's instead afterwards). I'd avoid this Walmart (and Walmart in general) on the weekends (or always) if you'd like to keep your sanity. If you really need something and have the patience to find it, they will sell it at an affordable price. Otherwise, spend a little more and enjoy your shopping experience! read more

The other reviews are rather spot on. Smells, it's dirty, the employees are rude (especially customer service), the shelves aren't well stocked, and the items that are stocked don't ring up the proper prices. I've been here three times, all three times the cashiers were rude to me and one of my items rang up the wrong price. I had to argue with a CSS about it each time. One time they just did it, the other two times I had to walk back there with them because they didn't want to help me. Having worked at Walmart years back this isn't how you're supposed to treat a customer. Oh and honestly this Walmart makes me feel like I'm going to get jumped by a gang of thugs while walking to my car. Fix your parking lot lights and maybe hire a security guard. Shopping here at Walmart is so satisfying and amazing. You can exactly get all the things that you need for daily life and essentials. They have the most of the products that other stores around the place didn't have. All of their items are so decent and has a fair prices. They also have imported items, homemade foods, and also pastry foods. Their store is so huge, you can roam around and try to visit their different departments, it is so comfortable shopping at their store. Their staff are so professional and knowledgeable, they can guide or assist you anytime you need a hand, or maybe you are looking for something. Their work is so fast and great, you can checkout easily and you will not experience long lines at their store unlike at the other stores, because they have so many cashier stations, and all of them are so focus and fast at their work. I really love shopping here at Walmart, always find all the things I need, and buy them in such a reasonable prices, I can save a lot of money at this store compared to other stores around. Without this Walmart we cannot save and we cannot buy a lot of quality items in cheaper prices, maybe we are spending now a more money at the other stores around the City. Thank you Walmart! I gave a 5-star because of their great service, awesome employees, fast cashiers, best quality items, easy to find location, clean and nice store, and also for such a wonderful experience they always gave to all of their customers. Huge! This place goes on forever! It was raining when I arrived and I was expecting it to be empty. WRONG! The parking lot was packed. Maybe because it just opened up, not sure. They did have lots of people shopping on a weekday morning but not enough to be crowded. I noticed LOTS of employees stocking shelves. Surprisingly only 3 checkout lines were open. I could tell that the cashiers were experienced. However I also noticed that they were struggling a bit because not all of the items were entered into the system correctly. Hence, it took awhile to check out. Overall, I think that this Walmart will do well here. Huge parking lot all its own. And it definitely has plenty of shelf space and enough employees to keep them well-stocked! read more

Frustrating customer service; 1st attempt they would not accept a digital copy of my documents, when I returned 10min later with a printed copy, the associates and supervisors informed me that no one had access/ability to help me, and to come back another day. 3rd attempt, today, been standing at the service desk for the last 30min. Definitely worth checking out. First, I try my hardest to avoid Walmart. I don't like Walmart. Ok, so why did I go. It was Easter Day and not much was open, so I went here. This location is brand new, so it feels clean inside. It's huge, so there seems to be wide space between each isle. You're not bumping into other people. Yes, I have seen what people call "Walmart people" that you tend to see in you tube videos. However, this is located in a really nice area, in Naperville, which is a really nice town. With that, for some reason it seems you don't see a lot of activity that would be on you tube. For now, I recommend it. read more
