I get the impression he or she just does not care as long as they're getting a paycheck. You have a 50-50 chance of your pick up order being ready on time, or just not at all. And they will not communicate anything to you. i've had orders with literally seven items in it, that small, and in seven hours, they can't get it ready in time...Extremely inconsistent and unreliable. Terrible service. I went there to return the computer that I ordered online from Walmart with return code and everything. At the return station only 1 person working. After the customer complained because we were waiting for long time, then another person came. It was a young girl, and she was not friendly at all. The way she talked to customer just like we did something wrong to her. Not only, other one had the same attitude, they always seriousand do not smile at all. After check back and forth then they told me I can't return the computer there, they tole me to call customer service and ask for return label. FIRSTLY- This Walmart refuses to let me park my ebike out front even though I am disabled (have the placard/plate on my car. They make me park in the lot and the only place that is both safe for my bike and has a pole to chain it to is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy outside of all of the parking lots, nowhere near the frant, or even the handicapped spots for cars. Im not even near the non-handicapped spots. Secondly, I have been wrongly accused of theft not once, but twice at this location. One time the boy child who worked at the door yanked my cart to keep me from leaving and hurt my wrist (have a neuromuscular disorder). I cannot stand still for long periods of time due to health problems as it causes dizziness and nausea (neuromuscular disorder and heart disease). If I keep moving in these instances, im fine. I guess you guys think that I look healthy enough to be treated like sh*t. Uh, no. You guys are hindering my health. If this continues, I will file and ADA lawsuit. This place is beyond a super center in size. What don't they have? Have been here several times, and was pleased they had the fishing tackle box I was looking for. It felt like walking a mile each way to get it. My thoughts right now are, "how many steps do the employees have on their fitness devices?" It is ridiculously huge, and I could be wrong, but feels bigger than the IKEA on opposite side of the county. Walmart isn't my favorite place. I wish they'd invest more in US manufactured products. A lot of products are imported. Yes we live in a global economy, and sometimes get things for less this way. With that being said, the grocery part of this store is well kept up. They have a nice fruit and vegetables section. Employees are friendly. If you're looking for fishing gear, they usually are the most competitive. read more

It's all self checkout except for one and it was a little old man!! How sad! People come to Walmart to get lots of groceries, it's a hassle doing self checkout. Not only that it's not old people friendly, my grandma refuses to come here because she has to do self checkout because no one can assist her and they can't scan her grocery card at self checkout only the lines so she loses so much money and the ladies can't speak English to help her. Okay, before you roast me for giving a Walmart (*any* Walmart for that matter) higher than a 3 star rating, hear me out. I came to this Walmart in the morning on a Saturday and it was: 1) Clean, 2) Well-stocked, and 3) Not packed full of people. Those are all three really good qualities for any store nowadays, so that made me happy. The fact that I was able to easily park, find everything on my shopping list (and then some!) made for a great experience. In the future, I'll definitely consider coming to this Walmart. read more

this Walmart is horrible. No cashiers available, only self check out. Which is not ok for disabled people! Only 1 self check out lane That accepts cash, if any are available! Waited 30+ minutes in the single lane that accepted cash. I asked 2 associates today which self check out accepts cash they both gave me attitude and pointed to different directions and said "over there". Waited almost 5 minutes for an associates to come to my lane while I checked out to assist with an issue on the screen. Watched them just chat away and ignore me. This Walmart used to be tolerable, it is horrible Now! The produce is gross, prices ridiculous, employees rude! The only good employee is William, who was checking receipts at the exit. I AM UPSET! Usually they have 3 self check outs that take cash. Today they had none of those open AND had no actual cashiers! We asked an associate about paying cash and he had us checkout on a normal machine and suspended the transaction and then opened a cash self check out and took us over there... made no sense to move around when it was easy for him to open the other register. Very uncomfortable this store keeps going down hill. The workers however are nice, just put in bad situations. They need to get it together. Do not pay for the Walmart + for the free delivery. They have never gotten my delivery correct and it is never on time. Twice it's been delivered the next day while I'm at work. Make sure you don't have any perishables delivered. So frustrated. read more

This store is typical of Walmarts. Low prices for sure. Parking lot is a safety hazard but to be clear, that's now Walmarts fault. It's not everyday my day is as exciting as it was. From going to the wrong Walmart and dropping;losing my wallet. I wanted to take the time to write this review and my experience since it was my first time using the pick up services Walmart has to offer. I haven't experience an amazing customer service in a while specially at a Walmart. Thank you James and his team members. I didn't realize I was at the wrong Walmart until they called me (morning non-caffeinated mom brain). They were supper nice enough not to cancel my order and held it for me until I got there. James loaded my order and asked me if I wanted my eggs in the front and sure enough I said yes and got out to get the eggs from James not realizing I had dropped my wallet. As soon as I got home panic kicks in and I immediately called Walmart pick up services and they were so happy to help me by going out and looking for it but no luck. I have now tried to call the store 9 times and couldn't get ahold of anyone until I tried to go through the pharmacy. I tried every extension multiple times and when I got ahold of the pharmacist she informed me that they've had this problem for a long time and there was nothing she could do for me. She said she could transfer me but it would be exactly the same as me calling prior so I asked "so it's Impossible for me to talk to anyone here at all?" And apparently that's the case. This is one of the better Wal-Marts in Northern Virginia. It is very clean (when compared to other places). Most of the employees are nice, but none really go out of their way to help you. Some I even question can speak English. All in all this is a good Wal-Mart and would recommend this place to other people. read more

This Walmart has recently been revamped to be a Super Center. It has everything you need... milk, eggs and fabric softener. The parking lot can be a bear to navigate and the checkout lines are generally too long for my liking. The store is usually pretty clean... unless you're in the seasonal isle... then all bets are off. Inside, there is a bank, a McDonalds, an eye center and a nail place. So apparently my review for this Wal-Mart wasn't good enough. Even though the renovation has been done for a couple of years now, the Yelp Gods have deemed that location as "moved" and noted that they have renovated and provided a new listing for the "Walmart Supercenter". I never argue with the Yelp Gods over these matters. I am glad that this is now a "Super" Walmart. I used to like the Walmart over at the Manassas Mall better because it was a full-scale Walmart Supercenter, yet it always seemed less crowded than the Liberia Walmart. However, pretty much every time I go to the Walmart at the mall I get a completely incompetent cashier that takes 10 minutes to cash out one customer. Now that this is a full-scale Walmart Supercenter, I like this one better. It seems to be less crowded after the renovations. Sure, this place can get crazy during the evenings or on a Saturday afternoon. That's why the wife and I typically go at 10PM or after on the weekends. Checkout service is better here than the Manassas Mall location. Parking is better here too. And it's closer to home. Manassas - you have two Walmart Super Centers and if you ask me to choose, I choose this one. read more

I have been to many Walmarts in many states. This is the worst. I have now been there three times, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but no more. The worst customer service, the worst selection (nothing restocked, empty shelves everywhere), and the dirtiest I have seen. Even during this time of COVID, many Walmarts are at a much higher standard and are fully stocked. There were people walking around with NO MASKS ON throughout the store, and the people who worked there said NOTHING! The grocery selection is horrible unless you eat only processed food, candy and soda. I will be driving another five miles to a different Walmart from now on. read more

By far the busiest Walmart I have ever been to- one side of a 3 way intersection is completely fed by only the parking lot of this Walmart. That is crazy. Nonetheless, after parking a mile away... The man in the electronics department was quite helpful in helping me quickly find a car charger for my iPhone. Daloris is very unhelpful and told me my items couldn't be scanned with my receipt for a refund, I then went to the Walmart down the street and they did it without a problem. Very unprofessional.
