I paid cash and then I had to get my insurance involved where they were able to see the scanned script and that the pharmacy was wrong. I had to go back to the store for my refund and they were insanely rude and this was THEIR error. I've never gone back as the Walgreens across the street is wonderful!

If your doctor calls in a prescription for you, they may or may not fill it the same day. They seem to be understaffed and always have a line in drive thru that goes around the building. They can NEVER get my name right. I pulled up at 815pm to be waited on at 830pm and was told they are behind and the prescription wasn't ready. I told them my doctor called it in around 1pm. He said they are short staffed, giving Covid shots and backed up in drive through and on the inside. ‍ I am going to ask if they could use some part time help.

The pharmacy tech asked me how she could help me. I have been trying to get a prescription filled for several months. My insurance company keeps denying the medicine my doctor wants to put me on. I found a coupon online from the manufacturer And thought I would try it here. I have tried it at other locations and it's not worked. The pharmacy tech got together with the pharmacist. They were both very helpful. They did some finagling and were able to get my insurance company to pay for some of the prescription and the coupon to pay for some of it. This meant that I still had a pretty high co-pay but I also saved $1000 on the retail price of the prescription. I am quite pleased! This is a Pharmacy that will go to bat for you. This was way outta the way for me, but was available for a Covid test on a Saturday so I was happy…read moreto make the trip out. My prior Covid test experience at the CVS in Mission earned a rare one-star, so it had to be better here, right? Right! It was certainly a bit faster than the other, having only to wait about 20 minutes past my appointment time. If you make an online appointment, you make your way to their drive-thru, put on a good podcast, mask up and then confirm your appointment with them. You'll never have to leave your car. From there, they'll guide you on how to swab each nostril for about 15 seconds, then put the swab in a vile, seal it, drop it in a metal box and then wipe it down with the provided disinfectant wipe. The test results were WAY faster than a month ago, I received them Monday morning after a Saturday afternoon test --- negative for Covid, by the way. It's a weird confluence of cold season, allergie season, and fatigue from some recent workouts so it's getting harder to tell what's what, but glad to be able to get tested with relative ease and with a quick enough turnaround time.
